This shoe is not attractive and the back/heel comes up so high on my heel - I know there is no way I could be comfortable in it.

I found these ran a little large and were uncomfortable and stiff at the front/top.

I found these to be uncomfortable after wearing them for awhile. The toe box pinched, and the entire inner structure felt off kilter. They look like a nice comfortable shoe, but there are issues. May try an insert and see if it helps.

I have a pair of Ecco's in nearly the same style that fit me perfectly. I have to wear an insert in my right shoe and the shoes that I have accommodate the insert fine. This new shoe that I ordered was way too big and the insert pushed my foot out of the right shoe! I always order the same size shoe when I order Ecco shoes but something seems to have changed.

Hoped this would be a good casual walking shoe for travel. Felt more like a slipper than a shoe. Insole very thin and with little support. Sole much thinner than it appears in the picture. Would not be good for walking outside on pavement or cobble stones. Not even close to the support and thickness of the soles in my other ECCO shoes.

Shoe was too narrow. Had to send it back.

Too short!!! Cute shoe, love the style. I wear a 12-13 depending on the manufacture. Feels like a 10. Returning.

I love the color and style of this shoe. That's where my love affair ends. Although they were perfect in length, for me the width was way too tight and I always wear a M width. Also there is no arch support at all. My feet overpronate so often I has issues with high arch support. In these shoes the since there is no arch support there was a gap from the bottom of my foot to the foot bed.

Cute shoe but fits about a full size smaller. Sending back.

I love the look and quality. Runs much to small. I wear a 12, need a 13 in this shoe. Will return, too short.

At first I loved these shoes. The size 39 was just a bit snug, so I ordered the 40 They were perfect at first, but after a full day wear they were almost falling off my feet and rubbing in the back. seems odd that a man made shoe would stretch, but I did notice one other reviewer saying the same thing. Now that I've worn them I don't feel I can return, so they will like go to Goodwill with money down the drain.

I really wanted to like these but right out of the box they just looked like pointy and tight ballet shoes and that's how they felt. I got these to replace a pair of Born ballet flats that were comfortable and attractive but after 2 years look worn. I will probably get a new pair of Borns and send these back. Thanks to Zappos!

I was looking for a summer shoe that would be comfortable and span the gap between sneakers and sandals. The Bluma is very cute, but does not offer much support and runs very large. I usually wear a 5.5 and was swimming in the 36. Going to see if a 35 works. Note that I have narrow feet, including heels, and have found that Ecco runs large on me in the past. Someone with wider heels might not have the same issue.

Very unsexy shoe. If it had been more comfortable with a less flimsy insole that kept bunching every few steps then the looks wouldn't have mattered as much. Eccos always seem to run large and they don't make a size smaller than what I bought. Returning.

Size does not conform to size indicated. much smaller then expected.

Not pleased with this shoe returning it didn't have a comfortable feel that Ecco usually provides.

no way are these a size 11, way to small. order a size up. they are very cute however I will need to return

After a long breaking-in period, these shoes were serviceable for near daily wear. However, they smelled AWFUL after about 9 months despite all of my best efforts to keep them clean and dry. I finally had to throw them away because I felt embarrassed wearing such stink bombs. I would not buy these again.

I wanted to love these shoes. They were very comfortable while trying them out at home. However, the first day I wore them out, it felt like they'd shrunk over the course of the day. The left shoe gave me a terrible blister on the heel. Very disappointed. Couldn't return because I'd worn them outside. Now I'm stuck with them and can't wear them. I've had other Eccos that worked well, same size even, but these are not recommended.

Love this shoe! Cushion inside, classy outside. But, the sizing is such it is either too small or too large. Must return. I ordered a 6 -6.5 and a 7 - 7.5. Will not work for me.

These are cute shoes but they are too narrow/tight across the top of the instep. My feet are a regular width and I have never had issues with narrow shoes previously. I am bummed as these are lightweight, otherwise very comfortable and a great metallic color. I love Zappos but I did not love these shoes.

I loved the shoes however I am a 10½ shoe size. The size 11 was to short and the size 12 was too big. The size 12 kept slipping off of my foot. I am sad to say I had to send both pairs back. This style was hard to find a size to fit my foot.

I purchased the Ecco Bluma as a summer walking shoe for a 3 week trip to Europe. This shoe has NO arch support and is extremely light weight and is most uncomfortable on cobble stones and all hard surfaces. My mistake! I do not recommend!

I have at least eight pairs of Ecco shoes and this is the first pair that is a disappointment. I ordered my usual size and wore them with misgiving as they felt a little tight. After three days of trying to break them in, I gave up on them. The backs of the shoes dig into my heels and my toes are sore from the shoes being too short. They are size 40 like all my other pairs, but I noticed the box has 9-9½ printed on it. They are definitely more size 9 than 9½. I like the style and the footbed is very comfortable. But this purchase was a big waste as I cannot return them. I guess I will give them to someone who can wear them.
