Smaller fit than expected despite ordering my usual size in this brand. It may be due to the hard material of the shoe, but the tips of my toes rubbed against the front of the shoe.

no. this is not a 13w. I normally wear a 12w so i thought this would be comfy. Nope. so tight i had to buy shoe stretchers

I’m normally a 12wide or 12D so I assumed a 13 wide would be great. Maybe the leather just needs to be stretched out so I’m trying to stretch them out with shoe stretchers. They look great and I think they will be amazing if I can feel cozy in them.

they are comfortable but not enough support

I like the shoe, very attractive. Only proble is felt tight in toe box. I want to wear shoes around the house little longer beside to send back.

I wear a 10 wide I ordered the 9.5//10 they fit like a 9 . The leather is a stiff leather not very forgiving.. really wanted to love these but they are going back.

I have been wearing Alegria Pro shoes for 9-10 hour shifts in a busy kitchen, usually slide in models. I loved the look and feel of this, with a very slight heel and protected heel. Just a little small for my consistent 8.5

Love the look of this shoe and it seems like it will be a comfortable shoe. Cannot comment if "excellent" arch support as only tried them on. Depending on shoe construction, sometimes I can wear a 6 1/2 wide. Due to the way this shoe is made, I had to take out the orthotic, and then my foot went in just fine with this removed. The toe box is a little short due to the way it's made so my toes were right at the top. I am returning this size but asking to be on the wait list for the size 7 (37) when/if it becomes available. Have worn Alegria shoes for several years (am not a medical professional) and find them phenomenal.

The only bad thing about this shoe is the rivets. There is not enough padding between the foot and the rivet. They are a nice design element, but they hurt. I am going to keep the shoe and look into getting my own inserts and see if that makes a difference.

This was OK, not really sold on buying this manufacturer again. The leather didn't wear well.

These shoes are very cute. They are very stiff out of the box and too large in the heel for my liking. I am on my feet all day long working in a hospital. I was hoping these shoes would work out to wear to work; however, I am very skeptical that they would cause more discomfort that would out weigh their look. I am disappointed to have to send them back.

A bit narrow and snug. I’m usually a 6.5 but ordered at 7-7.5. First time wearing them they did rub a bit at heel, which left me with a couple blisters. I will wait and wear them again in a week or so. I’m sure they will stretch a bit.

I have plantar fasciitis and have orthotic inserts. These shoes fit great until I took their insoles out and put my orthotics inserts in and then the shoes became very sloppy. Be warned the inserts in these shoes are very thick from toe to heel. My inserts are very thick at the heel but not at the toe making the shoe very sloppy for me. Very disappointed. So looking forward to a shoe I could wear instead of tenna shoes :( Shoe is very sharp looking, a little heavy, almost clunky but I would wear if I could.

These are truly fun shoes that feel good on your feet. Great arch support and large toe box.

First let me say that Zappos is awesome. My first pair was never delivered and they replaced them without a problem. I would have hesitated to order anything online ever again if there had been a problem, but because the customer service was so great, I will now be sure to always order from Zappos before anyone else. Now the shoes: the reviews are spot on. I always order half a size up so that I can put gel pads in my shoes to protect the BOTTOM of my damaged foot. And I am glad I did with these because the TOP of my feet needed it. My problem was, oddly for me but similar to what others have said, with the top of the shoe. The bottom was padded enough and felt great without gel pads, but the metal pieces on the side, coupled with the hardness of the leather, made the top of my feet ache despite how big they were. I am with the other people in hoping that the leather softens up with time. BTW, I always wear trouser socks and not regular socks, so that may play a part in my discomfort. I didn't order them in a wide fit and am glad I didn't. They are pretty wide in the front already, kind of like clogs. I didn't need the room because the shoe runs small but because the top would have been too painful without it. Overall, my feelings are mixed about these shoes.

Just a tad too big and boxy--not good for my already size 11 feet!

I love these shoes. So cute and very supportive. I kept them and I have been wearing them for about a year now. I wear a size 9 US and these are a 40 EU, which is equivalent to a size 10. They are too short. Even with the large toe box, they hurt my toes after wearing them for a full day. I tried the 41 and they fell off my foot. So there really was no size that was perfect. But I liked the style so much I kept them.

I have a narrow foot but love my other pair of Alegrias. The heel on this shoe is a little wider. Sad to have to return them.

I discovered Alegria shoes when I had a heel spur that was killing me. These were one pair of shoes that didn't bother it. I was looking for chunky loafers and found these. They're the closest thing I could find to what I wanted, so I got them. They are comfortable and I can definitely wear and walk in them all day, which I need for business travel. They're dressy enough to wear with my suit and casual enough for jeans. I do wish Alegria wouldn't put that butterfly logo on the outside heel - I think it looks juvenile.I colored it with a black Sharpie so it's less conspicuous.

Big and clunky but comfortable. Returning because too big. Always wear size 10 but with this shoe 41 was too small and 42 way too big even with thick socks.

I always wear a 41 and these are a little short in the length. I will try the 42 but they will likely be too big :(

A little bit clunky, but worth it for the comfort. Unfortunately the shoe was too big all around. My foot just couldn't fill up the space and I don't think the next size down would help.

Nice looking shoe. Monster insert though. Can't get my foot in the shoe.

I tried the size 39 and it was too tight in length/toe..went to the 40 and it was too loose overall but fit length. Not a fit for me but pretty shoe.

It does run small. I ordered 39 and need at least a 40..toe ran into end. Pretty shoe, not familiar with the brand prior but the support is firm arch... have to try size 40 and see how that feels around the house. I have bunion/toe issues and flat feet so we will see.
