In love in 30 seconds flat! I needed some cute but practical boots to wear this winter. Saw these boots, the 80+ 5 star reviews, read a bunch and thought I would give them a shot. I ordered a 1/2 size down (as recommended by others who have them) from what I normally wear and snap! Perfect fit! I put them on and literally wanted to go running. They are amazingly comfortable and so cute and sassy looking. I think my daughter was ready to kick me when I had repeated myself too many times on how comfy they were. I am yet to wear them out and about but I am certain they will be fantastic. They feel very stable due to the "grippy" sole and the heel is simple to walk in. I'm going to look fab all winter long in jeans or leggings! Oh, and just for some icing, I ordered on Wednesday and they were on my doorstep Thursday. Why go anywhere else than Zappos?

True to size, perhaps a bit roomy. I usually wear a 7.5, purchased a 7.5 and they were still comfortable with some thickish Smartwool socks. Very comfortable for walking. I wear these daily to commute and have had no issues, only compliments!

Love these boots! I read all of the positive reviews, but was still hesitant to order. I'm so glad I did! I love the style and the craftsmanship is good - what one would expect from Sorel. I thought that the heel height would be too high for every day wear, but it is extremely comfortable and easy to walk in. I love that they have great traction, so I can truly wear these stylish boots in MN winter when the conditions are less than ideal. I ordered an 8, which is my normal size. They're a bit roomy, but not so large that I would go down a size. The boots are pricey, but I think they are definitely worth it. So happy I ordered them!

I just got these today...I really felt that these boots were a splurge, but justifiable for NYC winters. They are very lightweight, despite their appearance, and super comfortable! I took off my other shoes and switched them out for these immediately. I love them so much...now I am on the prowl for another pair of Sorels! I have the limited Nordstrom release Tivoli from last year, but like that these are more shoe than snow/weather boot. I know everyone says this, but buy these!!

I love these boots! I got them in both black/grill and grill/black. Not the most original names, but awesome boots. They are so comfortable I wore them all day without a single complaint!

Most comfortable boots ever. Ever! I bought them as winter boots, so it will be a while before I can speak to how well they handle snow, etc., but they fit beautifully (true to size 8.5 with a little room for thicker socks). I originally bought a size 9, which was too large even with thick socks. Finally, they're so comfortable. The heel is very stable and doesn't feel high at all, and there's a lot of cushioning in heel and toe. The boots are light and the outsole is grippy but soft, if that makes sense. Absolutely recommend.

I ordered the 8 and it was just a little bit big on me so I ordered the 7.5 and they are perfect, even with a thicker sock! Love them!

I love these boots, just ordered this summer so I haven't worn them for long periods, or on the ice and snow (which we get a ton of here in MN). I've been looking at these for over a year. I waited too long to order the taller version of these on another great site that had them marked down a lot less. I was very upset, but I'm glad I waited because I know I will wear the mid version way more then the tall. I bought these without trying them on and they are amazingly stylish and comfortable. I normally wear a size 7-7.5 and ordered the size 7 because most of the reviews said they run a bit big. They were right, mine fit but are just a tad too big even though I ordered a half size down. I'm hoping they will be fine when I put some heavier socks and really wear them outside of the house! Just bought them so I can't give the best review because I haven't worn them out yet. But I've already received compliments from friends & family who've seen these in my closet. They are my favorite boots so far & Sorel boots are known for their great quality.

So chic and so comfy! Arch has perfect support, nice solid footprint - will have no problems walking in snow in style. So glad I bought these boots. Sorel is such a great brand with consistently great product. I'm loyal.

Very cool boot! I ordered my size and it was only slightly roomy. With a heavier sock it will be perfect. I was apprehensive about the heel height, but I felt very secure walking around in it.

Love these boots. Was worried about the height of the wedge,but as others have commented they are comfortable. Have only worn around the house at this point and have not had any problems. My only concern is with the laces. I feel you can only wear with leggings or skinny jeans as I think wearing under jeans the laces will come open.

I finally found my perfect boots! I won't probably wear them during the coldest months in Montreal but I'm really happy with this purchase, a bit pricey but totally worth it. I usually wear 6.5 and after reading the reviews about going half-size smaller, I ordered a 6 in Grill/Black (they were sold out here so I had to order them on Sorel's website). They fit perfectly! I can barely feel the wedge, it's so comfy! And honestly, it's really tough to find comfortable yet stylish boots... but Sorel made it possible!

Holy cow, too! I buy fashionable shoes of various heights and then mostly wear my flat ballerinas or boots, so I was determined to find a pair of FLAT fashionable, water resistant boots for this Fall. But then I stumbled across these shoes and read all the reviews about how comfortable they are. I didn't actually believe what I was reading, but I really, really wanted to. So, given how easy it is to return shoes to Zappos (!), I went ahead and ordered a pair. I wear 8 1/2 - 9 shoes, and ordered the 9. They fit perfectly. Not too tight, not too lose. And, much to my amazement, THEY ARE SO COMFORTABLE! I certainly don't feel like I'm walking around in 3 1/4 inch heels! I wanted a pair of flat, fashionable, waterproof/water resistant boots for this Fall and Winter and I HAVE FOUND THEM! Now. I need to resist buying another pair in a different color...

Love these boots! I was worried that they'd be too high for me, but somehow when I put them on they didn't feel that high. They're super comfortable and have ample room in the toe box. The leather is really soft, too. I got them in black and I'm thinking I may have to order a second pair in another color! Also, the sizing felt right on target for me. I sometimes wear an 8 1/2 but mostly I wear a 9, and that's what I ordered in these shoes. They fit perfectly.

Ohhhhkayyy...now I see why you have my money. You can keep it, because I am NEVER returning these boots. I'm a solid 8.5, read the reviews and my 8s fit perfectly with a wooly sock. The grill/black is lovely, the leather divine and the construction should survive even me. Bring it on, Motha Nature!

Well, it is a sad day, because I had to return these gorgeous boots. I am a big girl, with a size 10½/11, wide feet. Based on reviews of them being roomy boots, I thought that I would give them a shot. They were way too tight. Also, maybe I am a wuss, but they also seemed really hard, like clogs, with no cushioning at all. I cannot argue with the quality, though. They are super well made. Maybe someday they will have wide sizes and I can stick a big, cushy insole in there.

These shoes came in two days! I love Zappos....anyway, I am in between a size 9.5 and 10. I had seen reviews that it ran a little big so I ordered the 9.5. They fit perfect and are ridiculously comfortable. I am so excited to break these out for winter. I was going to order from the actual Sorel site but I love Zappos and the return policy is much better. I definitely won't be returning these shoes. I highly recommend these boots!

I waited an entire year until these boots came back in stock. Worth the wait for sure. Get a pair while they are available. 5 stars for sure. They make your legs look like a mile long. Not a bad perk. Once again Zappos gets a 5 star review as well.

I would pay almost any amount of money for these shoes. Seriously, the price is high but they are worth twice that for the style, the waterproofing and the durability. Buy now. Do not hesitate.

No better wedge boot out there! They are simply the most comfortable boot & very versatile. I own 2 pairs, brown & the black grille, & they are worth every cent. I wore them all winter in my classroom on tile flooring, walking my dog in snow & ice covered streets, & even playing in 8" of snow in the park with my boys. They still look new! Excellent quality boot & stylish. This is a purchase you won't regret!

I love these boots. This is my second pair of Sorel Joan of Arctic Wedges. Last year I purchased the brown color and they were my go-to shoe all winter. I think they tend to run a half size large so I sized down on my second pair. The heel is high enough to be sexy but the wedge makes it stable and comfortable for a full day on your feet. The sole is perfect for walking through snow without slipping. Just buy them. You will not regret it.

These boots are awesome. So comfortable. I order early as they will sell out very soon as the weather will be getting colder.

This is my second pair of the same boot. I bought the grill/black color last winter and just HAD to have it in black as well! These boots are great for getting around in snowy weather while trying to look stylish at the same time. Plus the boots are very comfortable and I am on my feet all day at work. I wear a size 8. These boots run a bit big but I wouldn't go down a half size. I just wear a heavier sock. Worth every penny...twice!

I love these wedge boots. I just got them in late July because I moved to Russia in mid August from Texas. I am a mom of 3 turning 35 in a month and I wanted something stylish. I am a size 7.5 narrow foot and they fit fine with plenty of room for a thicker sock. The color is adorable and true to the picture. The laces are long so I tuck them in a little. It's still warm here in Russia so I have only worn them around the house. I'm looking forward to wearing them with all of my skinny jeans. They are super comfy and I believe worth the price.
