Wonderfully comfortable. Wanted to love them, but just didn't suit me. I think I am too old at 69. Pity!

These are great looking and comfortable boots. I normally wear a 7 and these are perfect with thicker socks, a 6.5 would have been better if tights are worn. Color is true to Zappos photos. I get compliments every time I wear them. They look Awesome with skinny jeans or a skirt.

I LOVE these shoes! I seriously wear them every chance I get since they came in the mail! So comfortable! I'm normally a 10 and I bought a 10 and it's perfect with slightly thicker socks. With nylons I add socks because it can be a little loose, but I like to wear the really thick socks too and they fit nicely too. I've worn these with jeans, skirts, leggings, dressed down and dressed up. LOVE

I hesitated to buy these because of the price. But all of the positive reviews convinced me to pick them instead of the less expensive boots that had a lower overall review. I'm glad I did, I love these boots! Right out of the box these boots are comfortable enough to wear all day. The heel is very comfortable, not too high or low. The boots are very well made, and I believe I'll be wearing them for years to come. They do run a bit large, but are perfect for thick wool socks. I love these boots and will look for more from Sorel!

I normally wear a 10, and for Christmas, even though I told him not to, my father bought these for me in a 10, which fit perfectly. I am a 35 year old woman - I am not looking for my parents to buy me anything of fashion - regardless, he bought them, and boy am I pleased. First - the wedges are confusingly comfortable. I do not wear heels - ever. But these are incredibly comfortable and stable, including in snowy conditions. They are functional (I live in Minneapolis. It was -6 this morning and we have both ice and snow, of course), gorgeous, and comfortable to boot (pun intended). The toe box has plenty of room - which is good for my problematic feet (small yet present bunions and other podiatry maladies) - and the three hole laces make them easy on and easy off. I like to call them my "Lady Gaga meets Minnesota boots" - they are the perfect combination of function and fashion. They do run a bit roomy, by the way - but that is so that you can purchase the liners. I do NOT recommend sizing up - this way you can use your thick wool socks and buy the liners. I LOVE them.

These are by far the most expensive shoes I've ever purchased, but I was swayed by the great reviews. They arrived right before I travelled for the holidays and were the only shoes I took with me. They did well during a 9-hour drive and were fine to wear exclusively for 5 days in a row (no breaking in necessary). They're so comfortable and really cute. I purchased these because I desperately needed waterproof winter shoes that were also professional looking (aka, not the fur-covered Sorels I already own). I'm between a 8.5-9 in boots, and I ordered the 8.5.

love these boots. The height is no problem. The sizing is generous. I wear a 6.5 or 7. I got the 7 and can wear them with or without socks. The color was a little darker than I wanted but not enough to send back

Awesome! Tons of compliments! Super comfy! Worth the money. I work on my feet & can stand all day! Fit great right out of the box! I did order 1/2 size down. Usually I'm an 8 but the 7.5 is perfect if I don't wear bulky socks.

I live in a ski town. So much snow and believe it or not we tire of Apres wear. I have hardware in both ankles. A lot of hardware also no arches and many other issues that prevent me from wearing heels. Too much to list. Love Sorels, so took a risk based on the reviews. These boots are amazing. Trust me. I'm a Euro size 40, a 9 in Frye and Ugg and ordered a 9. They fit perfectly. I seriously can t believe it. Never thought I'd wear a heel again in my life. If they're too Metrodome for your liking, the boot can very easily be tempered with a leg warmer or straight/boot cut pant. I am a snow boot junkie with bad ankles and feet, and these boots rock. Worth every cent. Thanks.

I love these shoes! They are very comfortable yet provide height and are fashionable. I have worn them for a full day with lots of walking. The sole is very sturdy and provides good traction. Length wise they run true to size but a little big in the toe box. I just need to wear thicker socks which I will be doing for the winter anyhow. These are pricer shoes but they are well worth the investment.

I am obsessed with these boots! I wear them for hours and my feet never hurt. They provide great arch support as well!

I love these boots! I wear a 7 to 7 1/2 in a boot. I chose the 7 based on the reviews and they fit perfect and I still have room for a thick sock. They are so comfortable that I can wear them all day. They are light weight and with the rubber sole it makes them so nice and quiet to walk in. I have yet to wear them and not get a compliment. And Zappos, as always, your service is excellent.

Love these shoes! They are incredibly comfortable and look so good.I get so many compliments. I had to return them because they ran bigger than I thought and so worth exchanging. Also, Zappos is so easy to use.

Not that these shoes need any more compliments than have been posted...but I bought a pair after reading the many positive reviews! From the moment I wore these boots downtown to the local Hobie Store the employees began complimenting them. I told them they should carry these since they are such a hot seller on Zappos! This is an age defying bootie - for girls and mature women of trendy style. Wedges are great for walking and stability in town. This bootie is stylish, edgy and looks particularly amazing with Skinnies! I stand only 5'3.5"-120 lbs with a 13.5" calf and these elongate and slim the leg - the fashionable design rocks! I bought them in Grill/Black which is a nice natural color, very hip and cool looking bootie. Do expect the laces to come undone...not a big deal, surely with time they will mold and stay as the laces age.

Love these shoes. They do run slightly large. I generally wear a 9, but an 8 1/2 would work. Nice thick socks fix this. Love the heel. Super comfortable!

I love these boots. They are very comfortable; plenty of room in the footbed to accommodate my small but wide feet. The heel is also perfect and very stable. These have become my new standing-room-only concert shoes since they provide a few more inches, to hopefully see the concert, and hours of comfort. Worth the price.

Super comfortable and wearable. Love the height and the grippy wedge soles. Ordered 1/2 size smaller. Could have ordered full size smaller but love wearing thick socks with these.

Love these boots! Very comfortable and keep your feet warm and dry. I've worn them for 10 hours at work no problem and I'm not a high heel person. Order half size down though; it runs big.

I bought these for a trip to Boston at Thanksgiving and they have become my absolute favorite winter shoes! They are amazingly comfortable from the first wearing, the leather is soft and supple. The best thing, however, is how cute they are. Every time I wear them I get stopped. They are warm and totally waterproof. True to size if planning on thick socks.

I live in Vermont, and these boots perform beautifully in serious winter conditions! They are not insulated, but they are quite warm anyway, in addition to being waterproof. The tread is great on snow and ice, even with the wedge. They do run a bit large. I am somewhere between an 8 and 8.5, and the 8 is large enough for me to wear with thick socks.

I wear a size 7 and originally ordered a 6.5 based on the reviews that say order a half size down but sent them back for the 7 and they fit perfectly. My husband bought these for me as a gift and I love them. Quality materials, and surprisingly comfortable despite the heel height. I consistently wear a size 8.5 but the 8 fits perfectly. I have the Grill/Black color (it is a deep chocolate brown). Very classy color, the photo appears to be true to the color.

I love this boot! I have problems with my heel slipping in most boots, but not these. They are also very comfortable - barely even feels like wearing a heel. They have great grip and look awesome. I am normally an 8 and ordered a 7 1/2 and they fit well with thinner socks. The fact that you can lace up also gives you control over how tight they fit on your foot.
