Loved the color and style, however, the 11W was definitely small for being an 11 and not wide enough in the toe. The insole also seemed super narrow. Had to send back.

I am a 10W and these felt narrow. Alos, the little piece that sticks up in back rubs against my ankle in an uncomfortable way. I returned them.

This was such a comfortable shoe EXCEPT the stitching around the edges is rough! I'm so disappointed that I had to return them.

Color is not close to navy

Looks nice, but for me the elastic across the top is about 1/2-1" too low. Just uncomfortable.

Very, very comfortable, but so unattractive. The toe box comes up weirdly high on the foot to be attractive.

I really wish I had listened to other reviewers; this was one very regrettable purchase. I really like the look of the shoe but man, they are painful. The back of the shoe is too high and gave me a blister after wearing them to the mall! No strenuous activity, just light walking at the mall. Money down the drain on this purchase.

This shoe is really cute, but I couldn’t stand the feel of the insole. The “Born” label in the heel feels terrible. It felt rough and seemed as though I could feel every stitch. As for the arch support, it looks like a support but offers none.

Needed a pair of basic flats for my business casual wear, but I’m extremely disappointed in these. It’s hard for me to find flats that fit (I’m a size 12) and these still did not work. I had high hopes but they’re just not for me.

I purchased the Juilianne Stud this past summer, I loved them and thought these would be good. For some reason these felt really small and stiff. It took a few times to stretch my other ones out, but these are so tight I don't see it happening. The leather is a different I think. I'm bummed because I am so happy with the others. I'll see what they have in the spring and try again.

The stitching around the opening of the shoe felt uncomfortable when I? tried on the shoe. I? immediately knew this shoe would not be comfortable and would likely rub blisters. I? love the look and style of this shoe. Sadly returning.

I found this shoe to be comfortable, but I did not like the color. I ordered the navy and it was sort of a marled navy.

Cute shoe , but a half size smaller than my normal fit . A little padding but you feel almost "barefoot "

they're very cute, arch support is great, but they KILLED my feet. blisters on heels and at the front. I tried to "break them in". gave it 2 weeks. band-aid'ed my feet to no end. didn't help. i'm returning these, which is a shame, cause I really like them otherwise.

These are great ballet flats that actually have arch support! However, they run a little short on my size 11 feet, so I had to return them.

I wanted to love them, but just can't. I wore them for 5 minutes and already had blisters developing from the "tab" on the back. I don't understand the purpose of the "tab" -- it totally screwed up what could have been a great shoe, in my opinion.

Size up! These shoes will not stretch. When I first put these shoes on, they were a little tight, but since leather usually stretches I figured they'd break in and soon become my go to shoe. Unfortunately, I wore them out to the movies before inspecting them more closely.Try weren't breaking in like I expected so to spead up the process, I soaked them and had them dry on my feet. Not the most pleasant thing, but usually does the trick with tight leather shoes. It turns out, the toe box has some sort of backing the DOES NOT STRETCH. This is great for keeping the shape, but means the toe box fits like a synthetic shoe. I made the mistake of wearing these shoes for a flight that was canceled and ended up being a 12 hour trip and by the end of the day the elastic edge had cut in to my feet so much, you could still see the marks the next morning.

I own other Born shoes, and the Julianne fits much smaller than other styles. The toe box was WAY too small and the length seemed short as well. I had to return them. I'm afraid to order a size up because the toe box just seemed unreasonably narrow, so I'm just going to go with another brand.

I am returning these shoes because the fit didn't seem quite right (a bit small length-wise) and because I wasn't happy enough with the look and feel of them for the price point, I didn't like the construction/style as much as I thought I should. Unlike most black flats I've enjoyed in the past, these have a kind of elastic-y fabric band just around the top of the shoe. I imagine it is for fit but I don't particularly like the look or feel that adds. In terms of the positives, it did feel like the shoe would last quite a while as it was sturdy but bendable. I also liked the foot-bed cushioning. I just think, for me, it was that the fit that wasn't right for me (a bit small) but I may have taken a chance to see if it stretched out length-wise had I liked the style more.

Very cute,and the foot bed is cushy, but in my case the toe was cut higher than I prefer, it felt a little tight in the toe box, and the heel came up a little too high.

I didn't love this shoe. The leather is really good quality, and it seems well constructed, grey color is really nice... however it's not very comfortable (support-wise) and it kind of looks like an old lady shoe. I have Lucky Emmies -which provide about the same support for half the price, and are more stylish. Returning this show.

OUCH!!! Good grief, Born! I wore these to work, and half way through the day my feet began to blister on the heels and across the toe bed. I'm a teacher, so I couldn't very well kick them off either. Ended up with bleeding heels by the time the day was over, and I had to wait another week or so to wear flats again--not cool. But rather than give up, I returned them and bought the next half size up. And, the same problem. The middle of my foot moved around more in the shoe, but everything else was just as tight, and the looseness just made me want to add an orthotic. In the end, not at all what I expect from Born.

The pink leather is incredibly pale so they stain very easily and don't wear like normal leather. I love Born but these do not stretch across my wide toes like other Borns I have had in this exact style. Would buy this style again but not in the metallic leather. I tried a larger size too and it was too long.
