I have a pair of these flats in black and I love them. I ordered the navy and could not believe the difference. They look like the color is rubbed off all over the shoes. The color looks as if it was painted on by a 2 year old. I am very disappointed and don't understand what happened.

The shoes are much more red than they look in the picture. I thought they'd be a deeper red, pushing maroon. Not a fan.

These made my feet feel awful. Until now I had not bought a pair of Born shoes that I did not love, so I bought these in two colors and am returning both. They feels like they run half a size smaller than marked. The toe box is narrow and tight, it also compresses a nerve on the top of my foot because it hits at a weird spot. The black leather is cheap, hard and scuffs easily, the metallic looks less easily scuffed but it is still hard and cheap I am disappointed that these were not up to Born's usual comfort and quality. I will be more wary when ordering them in the future.

These shoes were obviously used when I got them. Scuffed and dirty on the soles. Irritating to spend full price for used shoes. I bought three of these, and 2 were used. Zappos: If you want to have such a free return policy, re-sell them on sale.

These shoes were comfortable in the front of the shoe, but the heel area came up too high and rubbed my heel excessively.

For the first hour I was thinking "Yes, finally comfortable flats!" I was wrong by the second hour. I had Band-Aids on every point of my foot. They are not very comfortable at all.

I purchased these in Noche and returned them because they arrived with what appear to be scuffs at the toes. Also, the glue-work around the soles looks shoddy. I'd expect suspect-scuffs and sub-craftsmanship for a $20 pair of shoes but not for a $90 pair of shoes. These will work if you're not planning on them lasting very long or you are a very delicate-wearer-of-shoes. They are really cute, I'm disappointed I can't keep them.

I cannot return these shoes as I bought them for a short trip and had to wear them. Navy was hard to find! Born is a brand that I depend on for quality. This leather was like paper. It scratches, it looks worn, the shoes worn for two days are ready for the trash. I am very disappointed with the quality for this brand. I will always love Zappos! You are the best.

HOLY BLISTERS BATMAN! The Born Julianne has to be about the WORST expensive ballet flat made. Cute to look at, but: I walked 2 blocks into a 7 mile walk in DC and had horrible blisters. These were $98 Born shoes when I purchased them. I have a closet full of Born and this is my last purchase of their brand. Yes, I am that disappointed that I will never buy another pair of Borns. I do not recommend these shoes. I also purchased the pointier-toed Halle ballet flat. I have not worn those and they are on their way back to Zappos. Zappos, of course, is the best!

Awful, awful, awful! These hurt my feet worse than Payless shoes. The front comes right across the joint of my big toe and I have developed sores from them. They aren't at all comfortable and I can barely walk out of work at the end of the day. This brand was recommended by several friends but they are horrible. I wish I hadn't spent the $90. I could have worn my cheap shoes and just used inserts. Unfortunately I can't return them but I won't be buying another pair of Born shoes unless I can try them on in the store. Don't buy this style!

Very ugly in person and caused bleeding blisters on my heel. I couldn't even return them because I had already worn them, so had to throw in the trash.

They slipped right off. Not sure if they're half or a whole size bigger than marked. I also didn't like the leather so much.

Love these shoes. I was looking for a nude, comfortable ballet flat and, as usual, found something that worked with Born. They do run a little large. I had to exchange to a half size smaller, which fits like butter. These shoes are soft. Like walking on a cloud. I can wear them all day. They are a little casual -- I have other Born flats that are dressier, which I could wear for work or play, but these are more for casual work/play. But I love them and am finding I'm wearing them a lot.

These are ridiculously small. I wear a ten and these were at most a size seven. They are being returned.

These shoes were way off size-wise. I buy tons of shoes from Zappos and have never had anything turn out this ridiculously off. Crazy.

Cute flats, and I thought true to size, but not comfortable. Born shoes usually have quite a bit of padding and support, this shoe has little to no padding on the bottom. I returned them.

I love the look and feel of these shoes but I have only had them for a week and they already look like I have bean wearing them for six months. They are not at all worth this price considering how quickly they are going to wear out.
