I really wanted to like these shoes because they are cute with cushioned soles and match several of my outfits. However, the stiff piece of leather in the back rubs my heel to such a degree there is no way I could wear them for any length of time. Others have found them comfortable so maybe it's the shape of my foot, which is narrow. I have a pair of Born low boots which are fashionable and comfortable, so I do like the brand.

Great shoe, loved it until it started squeaking after about a year. I may purchase another anyway!

The Panna Cotta color is more gold in person than it is in the picture. The left foot was very comfortable, and the right foot was uncomfortable in the arch. I've never had that before. Maybe the shoe was not made right, or maybe my foot is weird.

These are cute and have held up well. I have mild plantar fasciitis and these don’t cut it for arch support-one day and I’m hurtin. But the do have a teeny little more support than a normal summer flat. The gray is great color. I’d recommend them unless you have foot issues.

Great shoe, looks so pretty! I'm an 11 normally but they were to small (narrow) but the 12 was to big (but width was perfect!) 12's felt better but slipped when walking!

The shoe was incredibly comfortable, but the back of the shoe rubbed on my Achilles tendon and I knew it'd be a problem. I enjoy this brand and understand not every shoe is for everyone. Ended up sadly returning.

Lovely shoe but my daughter needed a smaller size! Her foot is somewhat narrow.

These shoes are great everyday flats, but they run very long and super narrow. Returned and exchanged three pairs in a Wide width and they were all too narrow.

Got these in navy which is definitely not a dark navy. I would call it more of a medium denim blue. Not a bad color but not navy. These run about 1/2 size smaller than my normal size in length. I found they were tight around the edge of the shoe above my toes. Also the back of the shoe is a little high which might irritate your achilles tendon. The sole is a nice rubber with a pretty design and there is a slight arch. Overall a nice shoe. Wish it had fit me better.

I ordered about six flats and finally liked these. I just needed a blue flat to wear to my daughters wedding. She approved these!! For me, I didn’t slip out of them, they are a lovely blue, they hide my toe cleavage. So what’s not to like?!

I love Born shoes. This wasn't quite cute enough to keep, but very well made for a flat. Supportive, cushiony, stayed on my feet, and a no-slip sole.

Very pretty, simple and comfortable shoe for the most part. Returned because I have a bunion on my right foot and this rubs right on it. Also, I requested 10 W and received a pair where the "M" had been marked out and "W" written in on the inside of the shoe. The box stated "Wide", but they did not feel like a wide at all.

Gorgeous leather, obviously great quality, but the toe box is too narrow/shallow compared to the body of the shoe. It did fit my narrow heel without slipping, though.

The shoes have good support and cushioning for a ballet flat, but the tab in back kept irritating my ankle, so sending these back.

I needed a pair of black flats and bought some different ones first but ended up with these. They're basic and cute. I did have a bit of discomfort the first time wearing all day, but I'm used to sox and athletic shoes, so that's probably why. They are fine now.( I have a pair of Born clogs I love)

So far so good. They look super narrow, but once I put them on, they felt good. They don't slip off my heel and have nice cushioning. Leather is nice. The mid brown is not quite as dark as I was hoping, but will probably keep them.

Pretty shoe. Probably would be comfy if it fit properly. I suggest sizing up. Sad to return - wide felt like a standard width so it didn't work for me. Not nearly enough room in the toe box for me.

I like these but am returning them for a wide.

I've owned a pair of these shoes before and for some reason these 8.5s felt a half size small. Also didn't like this color but loved my gold ones I previously owned. Positives - these are definitely comfortable shoes with inside cushioned footbed, no toe cleavage, forgiving cut for bunions, no heel rub, and sturdy soles. Downsides - for a young 30-something I felt you could definitely tell they were "comfort" shoes, the metallic did rub off on my gold pair within three months (that might be my gait though), and you DEFINITELY need to wear these with some little liner socks. Once the insides start to get smelly there's no getting them fresh again.

My foot is wide and I ordered wide. The shoe is pretty tight in the toe box (not what others experienced) but I think that if I go a size bigger the heel will slip. The shoe is cute enough, but the fit didn't work for me.

Simple shoe and exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I am returning because the sole does not feel supportive enough for me. I work in an office setting, but am often walking across a campus that spans a few blocks for meetings throughout the week. I need additional arch support, but did not feel I got this with the Julianne. I did feel that this shoe fit my wide toe box and narrow heels very well. So close to being perfect! Wanted this to work so I could buy in multiple colors!

Great looking shoe and appears it will hold up well. I was a little disappointed in the support, though. Most other borns I have worn have excellent support. This one is good, but not as good as some others.

Awesome arch support, but I have open sores on the backs of my heels from that part that sticks up. I'm hoping they soften up.

LOVE THE SHOE. IT'S PRETTY BUT I WEAR AN 11W AND THAT'S WHAT I ORDERED BUT THE TOE AREA IS STILL TOO SMALL AND REALLY TIGHT. THE HEAL AREA IS PERFECT.

Beautiful shoes! The leather is so soft. But they fit more like a C width than a D, and that's not wide enough for my feet, so back they go.
