I'm a teacher (on my feet all day) and need really comfortable shoes! This shoe was exactly what I was looking for. The tan is a great neutral and it's very comfortable right out of the box. The leather is very soft and didn't leave any blisters. I'm usually a 9 and the 9 fits perfectly.

I found these to be incredibly comfortable right out of the box and they are a well-made shoe like all Born shoes I have purchased. I have a couple of pairs of Sam Edelman's Felicia flat which I also really like and those are a tad cuter with their little bow, but these have even better arch support and it's nice to have a little variety. I also bought the Born Yara which I think has a little more style, but alas, it was a little wider and didn't fit my narrow heel as well so I had to return those. I usually wear clogs due to my narrow feet but am finding that certain flats fit as well and I can now add this shoe to my options.

I have two pairs of these and they are the best ballet flats. Ever. So comfortable, no break in needed. Love them.

Lovely shoe and well made. Soft leather, cute insoles, even cuter soles. Feels like a sturdy ballet shoe and makes me want to dance. But I had to go half a size down since my reg size was a bit too long. That was a surprise.

Love these! Was looking for a good pair of everyday black flats and this fits the bill. Very comfortable right out of the box...I bought a second pair in gray. I most often wear a 9 and these fit perfect.

When I saw this shoe it looked exactly like what I was looking for.I ordered them and they came within 48 hours! They arrived the night before I was to spend a weekend that involved a lot of walking. I put the shoe on and walked and walked all weekend without any rubbing or tightness no breaking in needed. They fit my foot like a glove. Substantial and true to size. Very cushy sole and they are definitely my go to shoe for fall. Couldn't be happier with this selection and I'm planning on ordering another color. Definitely the most comfortable shoe in my closet.

I have ordered and returned what feels like hundreds of shoes and Zappos has continued to be easy to work with and very fast with shipping and crediting returns. I have a normal width foot, but struggle with finding the right amount of heel cushioning and arch support...both of which not many flats have. In the summer months I only wear Vionic/Orthaheels and in the winter, I wear Danskos. Now with the skinny jean trend, a flat is a must have, which started me on my search. I do like these shoes. They are simple and cute and very true to size. I am a 9 1/2 and that's what I ordered and it fits great. The footbed is padded and it has a cushioned arch support, which is actually enough for me. Where I had problems were with the heel cushioning. I ended up using my gel heel inserts which fixed the problem but the heel inserts push my foot forward more making me wish I had ordered the 9 1/2 wide in order to not have the pinching feeling that I now have...not in the toe box, which is very roomy, but on the outside of my big toe. The are real leather so hoping they will stretch a bit. Overall, a good shoe and much better than anything else I've tried, but still not perfect for nonperfect feet.

Love Born, they are wonderful shoes for anyone who walks a lot and wants to still look stylish on the job or on the weekend - wore these the first day, all day with no issues. Have a new go-to brand for shoes....

Love these shoes! They are the only flats I've found that have ample cushioning inside and an arch support. They are foot friendly, not to mention cute and classic!

I love these shoes! So comfortable right out of the box, they have become my go to pair of shoes. They look great with dressy slacks and jeans alike.

Extremely comfortable flat. Wore these all day for two days, both in the office and walking through city streets - no rubbing, no problems at all. I got it in black so it's not particularly the most exciting-looking shoe I've ever bought, but that wasn't why I bought it. I needed a basic black flat, and this one is perfect.

I love these flats! These fit perfectly right out of the box and are so comfy for running errands and taking my daughter to the park, but sleek and stylish for casual dinner as well.

Where have these been all my life? I love Born boots so gave these a shot. Love them! So comfortable, great support, worth every penny and then some. I have the tan and am buying them in black, too. Love!

Love this shoe. Very cute, fits perfectly, doesn't gap out to the side when I walk. I wear Superfeet orthotics and the 1/2 dress shoe arch support orthotic fits inside this shoe without making it slide off my heel.

Adorable shoe, I'm thinking of getting an additional color. Fit is perfect and there is more support than in most flats.

Super cute and comfy. They could be more cushioned, but it would probably need a thicker sole, and I think the flat style is much nicer. Took no time to break in and after 8 hours, I have no blisters or foot pain! I usually wear a 9 or 9.5 in flats; I also have very narrow feet. I bought a 9 and they fit great. They are flexible so I'm sure they would fit lots of foot types.

I was in search of a comfortable pair of flats for work. I am anywhere between an 8.5 and a 10 in different types of shoes. I purchased these in an 8.5 and they fit well - they don't slip off but they're not too tight. Typically, I have issues with flats - either they offer zero support or they rub at the heel or the toe box is too tight. These shoes have great cushioning on the foot bed and decent arch support for a ballet flat. At first, they rubbed at the heel and I was afraid it would continue. But after wearing them for 2 full days at work, they broke in and no longer rub. They're comfortable and I will purchase them in more colors. Zappos was fabulous as always with their lightning-fast shipping!

My old feet are happy in these shoes. There was no breaking in needed. They are made of soft leather, but not too thin. It's nice to have a tiny little bit of padding between my foot and the pavement. I have a high arch, so this is too small for me, but it's better than nothing. I have the tan color since I needed a neutral shade. I polished with neutral for leather protection.

I am so pleased with my new shoes. The fit is perfect. The shoes were comfortable right out of the box. No break-in needed. It's like wearing a comfortable pair of house shoes. I ordered the red and navy at the same time. I was so pleased with both that a few weeks later I ordered the black, graphite, and noche. That's right! Five pairs within a month. I wanted to be sure I had enough before they were discontinued. I hate when that happens. I fell in love with the Born Jerrica and they have been discontinued. This is the first time I have ordered shoes online without first trying them on in the store, but I read all the reviews and I was willing to take a chance. I'm glad I did. Plus with Zappos if they don't fit, you can return them. It's a win win.

An awesome shoe. I'm sensitive to discomfort, and these are super comfy. I did have a brief period of breaking in, about 2 wears, during which the back hurt the back of my heel and my pinky toes were rubbed a bit. That said, I've never owned shoes that I didn't have to break in at least a bit. I'm very satisfied with them.

Very comfortable and nice to wear to work at the office. Sizing is perfect for me. I don't like that they are so shiny, but I'm willing to forgive that I guess.

I love these shoes. I own them in black and light blue (please bring that color back). Red is my newest addition. The red is a perfect red--a true red. They fit perfectly and are really comfortable. They look good with pants or a skirt. The perfect ballet slipper.

Reading the reviews I thought I could get away with ordering a 6 I wear anywhere from a 6 to 7 mostly 6 or 6 1/2. The 6 was too small and unfortunately they don't have the red in a 6 1/2 ANYWHERE. Love the shoe but sending it back. :(
