Really liking this shoe, there is a little arch support, didn't take a lot to wear them in. Well made. They run about 1/2 size to large, had to return for a smaller size but Zappos makes this very easy.

These are really comfortable. I ordered a 6 and the 6.5, and both were comfortable, but I worried the 6.5 might stretch out too much, so returned it. The only difference for me between the two sizes was the 6.5 felt a little bigger in the heel. The stretch around the toe is great if you have a bunion like me. The padded insole is a nice touch too!

These are very comfy. The color is more of a grey/blue than navy. Looks good with denim and is ok with some of my navy bottoms. Runs a little big so I got 1/2 size smaller!

Incredibly comfortable and they look good too! I wish I could have a pair in every color. No break in time needed, I put them on and they are perfect.

I love this shoe! My daughter has it and she introduced me to Zappos. It feels like bedroom slippers it is so comfortable. It is well padded. And the best part: it stays on my heel! I have a narrow heel and that's always a problem. I ordered it in Tan and it's a perfect goes-with-everything color. I would definitely recommend this shoe.

Love this shoe. Will wear this in the Spring but the fit is just right with good arch support, etc. Born is my favorite for flats. Well-made shoes.

I have flat feet and I need arch support. My doctor prescribed me sneakers, but a girl wants to look cute and trendy. I have searched high and low for years looking for the right flats. I have even tried Tieks, but they do not come in a wide (returned them). This shoe has excellent arch support, and they do not squeeze my feet. They are comfortable. Inside is padding to support the arch. They do not scratch up my heel. I recommend these shoes and they are true to size.

I bought these in the navy. I was disappointed that the blue was not deeper but was more than willing to overlook this one "flaw". These shoes are true to size and are comfortable right out of the box, no breaking in needed. I am thinking of buying a few more pairs.

I have these in 3 colors. They are very comfortable flats with some arch support. The sole is flexible. I have major foot pain issues and can wear these without any problems. The black and blue have a scuffed look to them. I recently polished my black pair to add some shine. The tan is a nice neutral color to match anything. They fit true to size. I love that Born is very consistent in their sizing across all styles.

I purchased this shoe in two colors. The fit was true to my dress shoe size and the shoe is very comfortable. I have received compliments on the shoe. It has become one of my favorite shoes. I like the Born products for their comfort and fit.

I absolutely love them! I run a bed and breakfast so I put a lot of rough miles on shoes and I am constantly up and down stairs and rushing around on errands. These shoes wear very well, always feel comfortable, easy to slip on and off and have a terrific amount of cushiness for flats. The lining/interior is a very attractive floral print. I wish that I could afford them in every color!

I love these shoes! I am on my second pair. These are the only ballet flats that have actual arch and foot support. They are my go-to shoes when I know I'll be on my feet all day! Comfort and stylish!

These ballet flats are a beautiful color that goes with everything (pewter), and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. They were recommended to me by a colleague for being very comfortable and they do have a lovely padded footbed and a supple leather upper. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect ballet flat. These are really beautiful shoes. I had originally ordered the navy, but it was more of a medium blue. So, I exchanged them for the grey. The grey color goes with a lot. The leather is soft. I've gotten these shoes a little wet with rain/morning dew and there are never any water stains. True to size and no toe cleavage.

Perfect neutral flat for work and play. The backs rubbed a little into my heels but nothing that won't break in with more wear. The cushioned sole is so comfortable for being on my feet all day.

These adorable ballet style flats are the first pair I have been comfortable in. They did not need any break-in. I got these so I could wear them with casual or dressier clothes. You won't be sorry if you get these wonderful flats.

Love it! The Pewter is a great color that will go well with everything. The shoe fits my size 11 feet well, and is lightweight and stylish. There's not much arch support, but there's room to put support in. Out of four pairs of shoes I ordered, this is the only one I'm keeping.

Great shoes! They didn't really need to be broken in. If you're between sizes like me, I would recommend going to the smaller size. Very comfortable!

I love these flats! They are both stylish and comfortable, but - most importantly for me - they have really good arch support, which is a very rare find in good looking flats. I have very high arches and a fragile back and I cannot wear shoes without good arch support; I wear these everywhere. In fact, my daughter - who also has similar challenges - stole my first pair when she saw them. She is a New York City public middle school principal on her feet all day and not only loves their comfort and support - she loves the compliments she receives from her most stylish teachers and students.

This shoe came this afternoon and I did not get to open the box & try them on until after supper. I hate wearing shoes and take them off the minute I come in the door. Three hours later, these Born Julianne are still on my feet. Love them! Cannot wait to dance in them at a wedding this weekend!

I love these flats. I have them in navy, red, and black and wish they came in brown. Comfy, true to size, go with anything.
