Love these shoes. True Born quality & fit. They may run a tiny bit on the large side but I'm keeping because I prefer that over too tight. Very soft leather.

These are beautiful and easy slip on flats. The grey color is lush and the cushion is super cushiony without being bulky! Love!

First thing I oooo'd and aw'd about is the super cushioned insoles these shoes have. Impressive. The leather is very supple and buttery. Though I haven't worn them around yet, I feel there won't be much break-in. The heel area feels pretty loose, and down the road, the foot could slip out of it. However, I am a true 9.5, and this fits my foot perfectly. Lots of room in the toe area. Color is true navy. I might get other colors now. Get these!

Love these shoes! Can be dressed up or down. I'll probably by a second pair in another color. The bottom is very spongy, which is comfortable, but in the summer in bare feet can get a bit sticky.

This is what ballet flats should feel like! Substantial but not heavy, nice padded sole, cute style, good leather. I want them all but will settle for some. I have a wide toe box and narrow heel and ordered my usual size with medium width and they fit perfectly. Love.

I absolutely love these shoes, they match everything, are cute and good for my troubled feet. They are super comfortable and seem like they will last a long time. It is a good idea to use some sort of leather conditioner to protect from rain and scuffing. They are worth the extra money.

These are great flats with good arch support! They fit like a glove right out of the box. I am normally either a 9.5 or 10, and I ordered 10 in these based on some of the other reviews. I did well - the 9.5 would have been too small! Can't wait to order more pairs in different colors.

I purchased these just prior to a trip to Paris - needed a comfortable but fashionable flat to walk around in. These were perfect. Dealt with a little rubbing on heels at first only because I didn't have time to wear them before trip), but over they were so comfortable. My feet weren't aching after long days of walking and biking all over the city. Great shoe. True to size.

Heel slips a little while walking. Worse with hose on. Comfy alternative to heels and looks cute. Slipping heel hasn't cause blisters but haven't walked miles either. Overall happy.

I bought these and wore them to work the day I recieved them. They fit perfectly. I wored on my feet 5 hours straight standing. A client saw them and asked me about them. She loved them. They are my favorite pair of shoes next to my tennis shoes!

I love these shoes! They really are the most comfortable pair I now own. Having gone from being a sneaker-wearing freelance artist to having a full-time design job in an office, I was feeling kind of shoe-deficient in appropriate footwear that was both comfortable and worked with any kind of wardrobe. These are perfect. I bike to work and I often walk miles afterwards, and these still feel good. I just have to stop myself from wearing them too often, so I'll probably buy them in another color. (The pewter metallic has a bit of a rosy cast to it, but pretty much works with everything.)

Super comfy and cute! Fit true to size. Rubbed a little bit in the back at the heel so I used those dot stick-on heel cushions and no more rubbing!

Finally! I must have ordered 10 different pairs of black flats and this is the only pair that actually fit like I expected! They are comfy right out of the box, no breaking in needed and I love the heel cushion, no blisters with these shoes! They also look great! Love these shoes!

I always have a hard time finding flats because I have high arches. I took a chance on these shoes and love them. Although they are a little wider than I would like, my whole arch is actually in the shoe, which is awesome. They are really comfortable and perfect to wear at work when I am on my feet all day. I would definitely recommend for people who struggle finding flats. Great shoe.

I bought these in navy. Loved them so much I bought the tan. Comfortable right out of the box. Wore them all day without an discomfort.

The pewter color has a pinkish-brown overtone that is not evident in photos. It's just not what I wanted. My normal size is between 10 and 11 and depends on brand. I'm definitely a 10 in Born, so I recommend sizing down if you are between sizes. Very comfortable shoe.

I love the design, color, and material of these shoes. They are true to the picture. However, it took me a few days to break them in, because the back is high. Now they are very comfortable and my go-to shoes, even for long walks.

Awesome shoes! I have gotten three different colors because I love them so much. One pair can last a long time, being sturdy, comfortable and cute! I definitely recommend them.

I have a very hard time finding comfortable shoes. When I needed some dressy ones for my son's wedding, I tried on dozens of different styles locally and via Zappos. These were the only ones that I could imagine wearing for more than 10 minutes. I wound up wearing them for 10 hours straight including several hours of dancing. The low scooped front didn't bother my knobby big toe joint and they have enough arch support to let me go without orthotics. Plus they're cute and looked great with a navy blue dress.

Love, love, love these shoes! Comfy from the moment I put them on. My foot is slightly wider than average but too narrow for most wide shoes. These are a perfect fit for me. I got the tan which is a nice neutral color without any strange undertones.

Comfy shoes and the neutral color goes with many outfits. The tab that sticks up at the back of the heel rubbed my ankle the first few times I wore them and it hurt, but either the tab got softer or my ankle got tougher and it is no longer a problem.

I bought the navy. They were very comfortable and true to size, but a frumpy, dowdy shape. The toe box was long, wide and rounded - I felt like I had duck feet. Also, the navy color was too light and it looked slightly distressed or weathered. I desperately need comfortable navy flats but I just did not like these enough to keep.

Very, very comfortable shoe. I often have trouble wearing flats because I have a neuroma, but I just put a small insert under the ball of my foot - works great. I bought two pairs and will get more.
