I love these shoes; realized yesterday that I've found reasons to wear them every day since they came (just hours after I ordered:this IS Zappos, after all. Never never change.

Love these shoes BUT the little piece of leather that rises up off the heel hurts whenever I wear them. I wore them the first time and the second time I wore them they hurt just the same as the first time. Wish Zappos would take them back - I am very disappointed in these shoes and if you have any foot issues at all - don't buy them!

I felt this shoe was comfortable right out of the box... true to size too. My regular size is 8.5 and its perfect. Love the color because it goes with everything. Just the perfect shoe in my opinion.

Out of the box these are the most comfortable flats I've ever owned. They have a surprising amount of support and cushion and didn't immediately cause blisters. Their basic look is really versatile and they don't leave any toe cleavage. As someone who is constantly shopping for flats, I'll probably buy at least one more pair. I usually wear a 9.5 or 10 and the 9.5 fit perfectly.

I just purchased 3 pairs of these shoes. I was going to return one of the tan or beige because they were very similar, but they are so comfortable, that I am keeping both. I ordered the navy in this and in another brand, but the comfort level wasn't even close. I would buy in more colors, but I have most of the rest. The reviews were right; this is one of the most comfortable shoes ever.

Usually wear an 8 1/2 but didn't have any left in that size so ordered a 9. Looks and feels great. May order another color they are so comfy.

These are the most comfortable flats that I have ever worn. Really soft leather and good arch support!

These were very comfortable right out of the box. Except for a small part that rubbed the top of my foot at first, there was very little break in time needed. I have plantar fasciitis, and while my doctor tells me I should always wear something with a heel, these flats don't completely hurt my feet after wearing them all day.

Finally I was able to find a casual flat to wear with jeans and slacks. I have a narrow heel and high arch, so it's always a problem to get a medium width to fit. This one has a slight elastic binding that seems to do the trick! It's also comfy, which is what I'm looking for but don't want to sacrifice the cute factor.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable - I needed something I could wear around NYC that wouldn't rub my foot and these are perfect. They don't have a ton of support - it feels more like a slipper than a shoe, but they're great everyday basics and I will definitely shop for Born shoes in the future.

I love these shoes! They are true to size and fit right out of the box. No break in required! The color is beautiful. I love this brand.

If you're looking for the most comfortable flat to accompany your outfit (not overpower it) this is it. Very smart looking, comfortable right out of the box and many colors from which to choose. Born shoes last through years of wear.

Very nice, comfortable flats. I was able to wear them right out of the box with no pinching or blisters. They fit a woman's foot nicely with a wide enough toe box and a narrow heel. They have a decent amount of padding for being flats but I wish there was a bit more padding/support at the arch. Of course, being a ballet flat I understand why there isn't much support.

I wear these for 10 hour days on my feet at work. Comfortable, good support, true to size. Cute too - the brown is kind of light, caramel-like.

As with all Borns, these shoes are soft and comfortable. They provide enough support while also allowing for my feet to feel comfortable. I highly recommend them!

I was looking for another pair of Born flats to replace a previous pair that I wore out. I was happy to find a simple pair in this wonderful tan color. They are just as comfortable as my previous pair, and required almost no breaking-in.

I have wide feet and they fit me pretty well. The only issue I have had is the heel hits a little high and rubs my ankle causing blisters. But I imagine that will go away eventually.

I bought both a black and neutral pair, very comfortable. I have a narrow foot and had to insert a heal pad to keep from slipping, but they fit very nice.

These shoes are obscenely comfortable. Never have I worn a ballet flat that felt more comfortable straight out of the box. No terrible breaking-in with blisters and pain; these fit perfectly in the toe and at the back of the heel. Beautiful, clean, classic look, to boot. I bought a pair in dark brown, first, then came back to order the same shoe in three more colors.

Needs a little break-in time but already feels like a very comfortable shoe. Perfect styling. Not too tight or narrow in the toe like many flats.

Great shoe. Very comfortable. Rubs my small toe a bit. But unlike most flats, I have not had any painful rubbing at the heal.

These shoes are amazing! They honestly feel like slippers. Thy are super comfortable all day long. I bought them in tan, which is a little dark for my fair skin, but who cares - they are so cute and comfortable! I will definitely buy these in more colors.

These shoes are very comfortable. I stopped wearing flats a long time ago because I needed good arch support. These have moderate arch support, and my feet feel good all day. Great for work - they are stylish and comfy. Worth the price to get something so nice and comfortable.

I am a teacher and need comfortable shoes and Born shoes are always a winner. These fit perfectly and give great support throughout the day.
