I love these shoes! I often wear size 9 and sometimes 8 or 8.5. I ordered them in 8.5 and am exchanging them for a 9. I should have known as I have a different Born flat in a size 9. Very comfy and versatile for dresses, pants, and jeans. And they don't flop on my heels.

These shoes are amazing. They feel comfortable from the moment I first put them on, no breaking in was necessary.

The best flat. Cute with great toe box for a size 10 foot. Also have bunion on left foot that can cause big discomfort. No problem with this shoe! Very comfy! I have tried everything. I returned everything except for this shoe - the Born Julianne! As always, Zappos is the best for returns. The only way to buy shoes, see what fits best and return is with Zappos!

I have tried several flats but so far these are my favorite. I now own 4 pairs. I'm usually an 8 or an 8.5 and the 8 fits perfectly. I wish there were more vibrant colors such as yellow, orange or purple, I'd purchase them all.

I bought these navy flats for my 11 year old daughter who is very picky about shoes. She wears a women's size 9. She put them right on and wore them all day to church without sox or tights and had no problems with blisters. The soft leather finish is more of a mat look with a handmade feel to the shoe. It is not a stiff and shiny leather. I would recommend this shoe and may consider buying it again in a different color for myself.

I have "duck" feet... wide forefoot and narrow heel. These shoes fit perfect and had enough arch support so that I didn't feel as though I had on bedroom slippers. Normally, I wear size 8, but had to go down to a 7.5 which fit like an 8 in other brands. I would prefer a completely smooth insole, therefore, he stitched leather in the heel was a bit irritating. The stitching in the arch support didn't bother me. I expect with wear, the heel will wear down and become smoother. For me, this is a keeper.

I have these in two colors and LOVE them. They were comfortable right out of the box and fit true to size for me.

Very pretty shoe but too narrow for my feet. The panda color is supposed to be silver, but they aren't a white silver. It has a gold cast to it, which I think makes it more versatile to match more outfits. Perfect for spring skirts and dresses. Shame it didn't work.

I really thought that I would love these shoes. I have a bunion and need a wider shoe for the forefoot. Unfortunately I also have a very narrow heel. I ordered the 9½ and returned them for the 10M. That did not work. The heels were too wide and I would be walking out of my shoes.

These flats are extraordinarily comfortable right outbof the box. The Leather is supple, soft, and non-constricting. And the color is great. The red is neither too blue nor too orange, just a beautiful velvety red. Very happy with my recent purchase; I am actually wearing them now.

I had these shoes previously, and loved them so much that I purchased two new pairs (black and tan). They are comfortable once broken in, but they do require a while to get to that stage, in my experience. Out of the box, they feel a bit more snug than marked - but they do eventually stretch a bit. For my comfort, the back of the shoe, which can rub a bit when walking, needs to be broken down and made a little more flexible. Once that's a bit less stiff, it's much more comfortable. I wore these nearly exclusively when walking around Las Vegas, and was as comfortable as could be expected. These go well with both casual and dressy clothes. A bit more expensive than other flats I have, but a good investment. I just wish they had removable insides!

I'm a hairdresser and wore them for the first time on a long day. They were so comfortable and my feet did not hurt at all at the end of the day. This color goes with so much also.

These are great flat shoes to slip in and out of. I normally wear a 6½ but had to send them back and go up a full size to 7½. The toe box did not give me enough expansion room but then again I had foot surgery on both my big toes. My foot slips a tad in the heel but that little notch on the back heel keeps the shoe from rubbing. These will be great during the spring and summer when I just want to slip into comfortable shoe but need to look nice (no flip-flops). Exchanging these shoes was a breeze with Zappos' great service! I love Zappos!

I love these shoes. I looked at many brands and some were too loose, some too tight - these are comfortable, stylish, and look great with everything. Everyone needs a pair of black flats - this one is it!

Very cute shoe. However, I tried a medium width and the toe box is too small for my foot. Going up to the next size would make the shoe too long. Also, the heel area has friction. I really wanted to keep these. :(

These are great shoes for wide, big, flat feet! Yay, I finally found some flats that are cute and comfortable. Wide shoes are a great thing.

I love these shoes. I will definitely be ordering more colors. They were comfortable from the second I put them on. I wore them all day the first day I put them on. I have worn ballet flats for years and find that the heel on this shoe adds a great deal to the support and comfort of this shoe versus the completely flat heel of the flats that I have worn before. I am so happy that I found these shoes.

The Born Julianne has a beautiful fit and the most comfortable flat I've ever worn. I have a penchant for flats so own 3 pairs now in different colors. The Panna Cotta is my most recent purchase and the photos don't show how textured and lovely the color really is, a warm gold and cream soft metallic. The run true to size, my 8 1/2 fits perfect.

I tried these in black leather against the Kenneth Cole "Slip on By" and the Vince Camuto "Ellen." These fit true to size and were comfortable. The leather was good quality and they were the only pair of the three that had a padded insole. I like that otherwise the lining of these (and the other two pair) was leather. They were comfortable. However, I didn't really like the styling of the little heel, and preferred the lower-profile, more flexible Vince Camuto shoe instead. But if you're looking for a ballet flat with a padded insole, these are a great shoe.

Extremely comfortable. Not quite sneaker flats, but these provide excellent padding and support.

Very comfortable right out of the box. The first pair I was black and I liked them so much I ordered a pair in blue which were equally comfortable.

Even with my narrow foot and multiple foot surgeries, I can wear this shoe all day with ease and no slipping off my heel....with jeans,a skirt, etc. I have two pair, wish I could have more. Not a lot of arch support, but that's hard to find in flats like this!

These are the best! I have tried a hundred pairs of ballet type flats and they are all terrible! These Born flats are the first that did not slip on my heel or dig into my heel. The throat of the shoe is just high enough not to Pinch the top of my foot while still high enough to hold the shoe on while walking. The footbed is comfy. The leather is quality material, nicely finished. I wear 8 1/2 or 9 M depending on brand, and 9M in Borns. The 9M fit perfectly.

To the point! These shoes are worth every penny. But they run half a size too big I am a true 10M my heel slips right out. I will reorder for sure.
