Loved the shoes. Needed some new flats but worried about getting achy, blistered feet. I'm 9 months preggers and my feet are so sensitive. And I hate wearing tennis all the time. I was so glad these were comfortable and nice looking.

I finally found the perfect flats! I wore them all day yesterday and they were great! They provide more support than any other flats that I have tried. I first tried the 8½ which bothered my bunions and hammertoes so exchanged them for a size 9. They have a wider toe box than most flats that I have tried.

I love the Born brand and wanted a ballet slipper with that slim look, not a thick sole but something a bit more substantial. These fit the bill! They look like a ballet slipper but they're more comfortable and sturdy. The leather is soft and the mid-brown color is true to the picture.

This is the best shoe! SUPER comfortable right out of the box and very cute. I LOVE Born, and this is the second time I'm buying this particular show. I will buy more pairs.

Just received these flats and I'm so happy. The most comfortable shoes I've owned. I put them on immediately and I know these will be my walking, working, etc shoes. I'm ordering more colors.

I was in dire need of flats and ordered these the day before the work event. I took them out of the box, wore them for the entire 12 hour work day (ugh) and came home. My feet had no blisters and very few side effects. The leather is very soft, the color is great and I loved that this new version of born flats has such great soles- rubber and substantial for flats. Great shoes.

Flats are difficult for me to wear thanks to a bunion (on my pinky toe joint) and plantar fasciitis. Most flats crowd my toes and bunion while offering zero arch support. These shoes delivered a bit of arch support (which, in my experience, is rare for a flat), and although they crowd my toes a bit, they are flexible enough that they don't hurt my bunion. These are also the only flats I've worn that don't slip off my heels. Bottom line for me is that I can't wear shoes like this every day because I need more support; these flats, however, worked well for me to wear for a day paired with a skirt or cropped pants. I'm pleased with this purchase!

super soft material, very comfy with light arch support I have big toe issues and a lot of shoes hurt, this one doesn't. Bought half size larger than normal.

I've purchased several pair of Borns over the years, Never flats. I ordered a 10 & 11. 11 I'm keeping. I'm a medium with and its a good fit ....wider feet may have a problem. Comfortable right out of the box. Normally flats hurt my feet as my feet are flat with a high instep and a bunion . Normally a flat shoe at the top will rest right on top of my bunion and ow! Not these. I'm curious how a day at work will feel in these babies. Will be nice with skirts crops and dresses.

This is a very comfortable shoe with much more support than your average ballerina flat. Very well made and the color is great!

I tend to love everything Born. These really are the most comfortable flats and super cute with skinny jeans! I think these will become my go-to flats.

I love this shoe. It's amazingly comfortable and it has the arch support I need that most shoes I've tried don't have. However, the navy blue is not as dark as in the picture. I need a much darker navy blue so I'll have to exchange them for a different color. I'll probably get the black and mid brown ones!

Can I just say I love the way this shoe looks and feels? Very comfortable out of the box except for the high edge that concerned me. Thankfully, I did as another reviewer suggested to make it more pliable and it worked! It would have made me sad to return these, I've not been disappointed with Born shoes yet.

I now have three pairs of the Julianne; navy, light blue and mango is my latest. I can't say enough about how very comfortable they are, no breaking in required and lots of compliments about them. I joke that I would seriously have them in every color (where is the pink?). So yes, a great shoe and highly recommended! (And of course, Zappos is the best for customer service!)

Wow! A flat with arch support!?? Who knew! These Born flats are the most comfortable flat I have ever owned. They feel like house shoes! I got the taupe color and it is very neutral and will go with anything. I wore them today with skinny ankle jeans and they were super cute. Very nice supple leather exterior with a cushiony padded interior. I ordered my size and one was just a teeny tiny big (does everyone else have slightly different sized feet like me?) but since the back of the shoe has extra height, it kept the shoe from slipping off my heel. And I love how that extra height also keeps the shoe from digging into your heel. I bought taupe and gray. I wasn't planning on keeping both - but they are so darn comfortable and cute - I might just have to!

I'm a 10.5 and ordered these in an 11. They fit great and are sooooo soft and well-made. I'm 36 but have had several hip surgeries, and am not allowed to wear heels anymore. Born is perfect for me because they're stylish but so, so comfortable.

I'm pretty happy with this shoe, so far. I've worn it all day for two days in a row, so I think they are comfy right off the bat. The material is stretchy, which makes it feel both supportive and flexible. The color is great. I got the gray color, and I love that it's as versatile as black but not as boring. It has a sort of worn in look, which is nice, because they scrape up easily and it adds to the character instead of being totally upsetting. I wouldn't call this a dressy shoe. More of a dress casual, best with skinny jeans. I thought the footbed was pretty comfy for a ballet slipper style shoe. I put a lot of weight on the ball of my foot (thanks heels!) so padding is a must for my bad habit. My only complaint is that the tip of my big toenail is pressed on, unless the nail is cut super short. I have a feeling this will go away as the padding gets worn in more.

A truly comfortable flat! The leather stretched out to fit my foot perfectly. Definitely would recommend. I purchased in black, am going to buy another pair in the light brown! Worth it.

I love this shoe but it is too wide. I dropped down to a 9.5 and it is much better on my narrow foot. Cute and comfortable!

Used my husbands acct to purchase these - arrived quickly as usual with Zappos. Leather is soft, fit true to size. I'm always hesitant to buy flats like these because they tend to cut into the top of my foot, but the elastic band at the top doesn't fixes that issue. Felt really comfortable, decent arch support and a nice squishy insole. I know they will be a fast favorite!

Great flat! I received these a few days ago and am even more pleased than I expected to be. They have substantial padding on the footbed with a good amount of arch support for a ballet flat. They opening of the foot is elasticized, which I really like, as it helps to keep the flat securely on my foot. The leather is a bit thinner than I had expected and feels like it might get scuffed up easily, but its thinness also means that these required little break-in time. Overall, very pleased!
