HOORAY! I have finally found a flat with arch support. I have the navy and they felt wonderful from the get go. Whoo hoo! I wear an 8.5 wide or 9 med and the 9 medium fit perfectly.

These are the most comfortable flats I own. I have a high arch, so flats are typically not for me. These have a great cushion and good support. I bought 3 colors!

Super comfy flats. I can't wear "real" flats as I have to have some kind of structure with my flat feet. They have some arch support inside which fits the bill. I'll be buying some more colors.

I love these shoes! They are comfortable and look so good on my feet and really are great with all shapes of jeans, dressy pants and skirts. They also look good with dresses when your feet say "No" to the heels. I ordered them in blue and I'm waiting for the red ones to get back in stock. They have a little arch pad that gives them give a little more support than other flats but keeps the great look of flats. You will love these shoes. I do.

These are the most comfortable flats I own! They do not dig into the back of your heel like other flats. They are a little more expensive, but worth it!

These shoes are perfect! Perfect "teaching" shoes. They stay on your feet and were comfortable the first day I wore them to school. The support is really good. I usually wear a 9 but I ordered an 8 1/2 due to the fact I thought they would stretch over time.

I have always wanted to find a ballet flat, but never found a pair with the proper support. These completely fit the bill! Very comfy right out of the box. For a ballet flat it feels very supportive.

So comfortable right from the box - and I get compliments whenever I wear them. At first I though it was a lot of money for a flat - but they are worth every penny! I will be buying more Julianne's. And the taupe color the the perfect neutral I have been searching for.

Love them! very comfortable...true to size...good support unlike some flats. They look great with jeans and I plan on wearing them with some nice summer dresses as well.

I normally wear a 7 1/2 wide-width shoe, but I thought I would try these anyway because I really liked them. I purchased an 8 to compensate for the wide width. They fit wonderfully! If you require wide-width, you will not have any problems with these shoes. These are awesome! Can't wait to purchase more of this brand!

Perfect flat. I wear 9.5-10 (Euro 41) and these are perfect at 9.5 for me. Got the Mid Brown color and haven't taken them off in 2 weeks. Here buying a back-up pair right now.

I've been looking for a comfortable flat to wear at my daughter's wedding to be able to slip on when the heels are killing me and for dancing. I think I've found it in this shoe. It has a lot of cushioning and fairly good arch support as well. I ordered a half size up to accommodate a bunion in my left foot and am very pleased with the roominess in the toe box without slipping off at the heel - which can be a common problem! I love the neutral color of the pewter as well. It will go with many things.

This is a comfortable shoe that fits my foot well. My feet are narrow and the medium fit me well. There is nice cushion inside the shoe which is comfortable. The leather is soft.

This is my first pair of ballet flats. I have high arches and was afraid they could offer no support. They have nice, moderate support. They're comfortable right out of the box and I wear them with or without socks. They're cute and add a touch of class to a pair of jeans, and work very well with skirts. I'm back on this site to order another pair in another color!

I have wide feet with a bunion and have trouble finding flats that are comfortable. These are great and true to size. The leather is very soft well world the price. I highly recommend.

I never write Zappos reviews but I am in love with these shoes. Similar look to the Frye ballet flats I bought last year, but with more structure and arch support. The leather is extremely soft and supple and they fit my foot like a glove. Love these shoes!

I generally have a difficult time finding flats that are both comfortable and cute. While a little on the pricy side, I felt that these shoes were worth it. They are so comfortable and are now my go to shoe for everyday wear.

Wow, I just got these shoes in the mail today and they are the most comfortable flats I've ever bought. I was surprised at how padded the insole is, I guess I missed that when I was reading about them. I'm also surprised at how lightweight they are, they will be perfect for spring and summer work shoes. I got the noche (tan) ones and the color is great, the stitching detail is cute, and the inside pattern is lovely. If they weren't so expensive I'd have been logging into Zappos to order at least one more pair in another color, but now I've got to save my money, not buy any more stupid cheap summer shoes, and hopefully will swing another pair later this summer. In the meantime, I've come back to Zappos to review them and look longingly at the other colors.

After reading reviews, I bought the Julianne in black and navy, and I will be ordering them in more colors. They fit perfectly, with no chafing at the back of the ankle, and run true to size. The leather is high-quality, and most importantly, they are so comfortable! I have chronic foot and ankle problems, and these have been better than any shoe I've found. I just love them!

I wanted to write a review for all of you with narrow feet. My feet are really narrow and I usually cannot wear flats because they fall off of my feet when I walk. However these flats stay on my feet and are comfortable for flats. They actually have a footbed with cushion and support.

Got blisters the first day, then they were comfortable. Good amount of support, especially for flats. I'm usually between a 7 and 7.5, and I got a 7, which worked well. I like the mid-brown color for spring.

Love these! I have a problem foot and can't wear heels anymore, and need something that isn't too thin and flexible. I can't stand the clunky look of so many "comfort" shoes, especially with a dress, and these have solved that problem. They have great support for a flat and aren't as flimsy as so many ballet type flats; the sole is thick enough to cushion and stiff enough to to prevent to much flex at the ball of the foot and under my problem big toe. The trim around the opening is smooth and soft, and doesn't cut into the top of my foot as many others do (my feet are kind of bony and not wide, so that may be different for others). I now have 3 pair, in black, pewter and the bronze. I wanted the red ones but they are sold out not only here but everywhere else. They are great casual shoes but look good with a dress as well, and will serve well over most seasons.

I have been looking for a classic ballet flat with a little more support. These were soft enough to be comfortable right out of the box. I have moderately high arches, a wider forefoot, and bunions. Flats are usually a problem for me all the way around. Not these. I did rub a small blister on one heel because the back of the shoe is pieced with seams. I did not break these in before taking them on a trip where I walked a lot. I bought these in black and gray.

This shoe fit well and was comfortable for me right out of the box. The padding was soft under foot making the support better than a cheap flat. The elastic at the top kept the shoe from gapping or having sharp edges. The fit was in line with what I expect for my usual size. The shoe is flexible and I wore it for a full day of work without issue. I ordered the pewter color and while it looks dark silver on my computer and tablet screens, I feel it is more a silver lavender in many lights and not quite as dark. It is pretty and I am keeping it and pretending it's a neutral, but I would have preferred a more silver/charcoal color. I will be buying another pair of these shoes soon.

My most favorite flat of all time. Support, style, and is sturdy (some very expensive flats have nothing between your feet and the floor which is ridiculous in my opinion). I have them in two colors.
