I would not buy New Balance anymore due to the last 3 pairs the soles kept coming off. The first time I thought it was because after a year I thought it was wearing out, the second time it happened after about 6 months, this time it happened after 3 months. I am guessing the are just getting cheaper the way they make them.I have been buying this 622, 623 New Balance for about 10 years. They fit well and are comfortable, but a shoe should last longer and not come apart. I live in Florida so it can't be due to the weather because they never get wet. I am going to try something other than New Balance.

Very comfortable shoes. I'm on my feet most of the day and walk anywhere between an average of 3 miles a day at work. These lasted about 4 months of daily use before the soles wore to almost bald in some spots and started separating from the shoe. 4 months isn't a very long time, but considering I put 250+ miles on them it's not bad. I've had shoes that lasted longer, but they weren't as comfortable. These are still comfortable, although worn out. Brown/Brown are a nice dark suede and for this price, I'll take comfort over longevity any day. Just ordered a new pair.

nb always fits with my wide feet this 4eeee is to narrow what's up with that ?like the look and feel of shoe.

I wear a size 10B. The heel on one shoe delaminated less than a month after I got them so I contacted Zappos, and they quickly replaced them. My only complaint with the shoe is that it has no arch support. It has a flat foot bed and a thin insert. The side of the insole is what is supposed to act as the arch support but it really doesn't.

These shoes are a good value for the price. They are true to size and are very comfortable with no break in.

This shoe is as pictured. I'd recommend purchasing it one half size larger than you would normally wear. The shoe is made better than most, my last pair lasted over a year wearing them 5 days a week. If you need a good everyday shoe, this is the one.

I love these shoes! They are very comfortable. But I have had one problem: the right sole is coming apart. I'm going to fix the shoe because I love them but just as a heads-up, the sole may begin to fail.

I ordered a pair of New Balance shoes from Zappos. When they arrived they were were too tight. I returned them and ordered the next size. The turnaround was quick and easy. Customer service was great.

I have been wearing the MX623 New Balance shoes for nearly a decade. When they discontinued the original, I was very skeptical that the v2 would be as good. I was happy to find that 623v2 were just as good and fit the same as the original. These were my second pair of v2's. This time I opted for the grey, which is a softer suede-type material than the white/navy pair I previously had. I believe the grey style look much better than the white also. I bought a gel insole for these shoes because I have extra sensitive feet and I found that the heel either had extra pressure or my toes were slightly elevated causing a weight shift to my heel. The insole corrected this and makes these shoes comfortable and a perfect fit.

The shoes are doing quite fine and holding up well. I exercise 3-4 times a week with them on and they haven't caused any issues. Definitely a good buy on my part.

I have bought many pairs of 623 mens 12B shoes. They fit good and are comfortable. The only problem I have is that on the last two pairs the soles have come apart, which a little shoe glue helped for a while. Now my last pair is coming apart. I live in Florida and they never get wet or dirty. I may switch to another brand.

Great shoes, great service! I've been buying New Balance shoes for many years as they have narrow widths. They hold up for years and are comfortable. I've been ordering shoes from Zappos.com for a number of years as they make it convenient and easy to find what I need and easy to make my purchase. It's nice the shipping is free too!

The shoes are comfortable and stylish. A good shoe for the money if you have large feet as I do.

Nice looking shoes overall. There are several comments on the shoes running a little small and to order a size larger. I followed that advice and need to return the shoes I received to get the "correct" size. My experience is -- order your normal New Balance size and you'll be fine with the fit.

I have purchased several New Balance shoes of various styles in the past and have ordered them in EE width. I had to send these back and get a 4E width. The 4E fit like my EE in the other styles. Zappos made the exchange easy. These are a comfortable fit and the size is about right.

When you have size 16 feet, options are limited. These always fit and are subtle enough in all black to transition even into casual wear.

Surprised to find it smaller than expected for a New Balance sneaker. I've been buying this size from this brand regularly for years now.

Just purchased a pair of New Balance MX623v2 and could not be happier with the service and product. My original order for was a size 12 and I quickly found this particular to be a tad to small. Reordered was very quickly sent the next size up, no hassle, great job!

First, I want to rave about Zappos. I had such a good experience with customer service when I had to return my first shipment because the shoe fit a bit smaller than I expected. Immediately, my rep put in a request to replace the pair with a 1/2 size larger and emailed me a return label for the incorrect ones. The new shoes were here in two days. It would have taken me longer to find these locally, if ever! I would not hesitate to continue shopping at Zappos! Now, the shoes: the New Balance MX623v2's are good exercise shoes. If you're looking for a wide trainer, this is it. They could use a little more innovation in terms of materials and colors, but they do the job. Presumably the buyer for these is actually going to use them for exercise and not for walking down a fashion runway!

I ordered a 15B hoping that the narrower size would work. It did. The support is pretty good like all of my previous NB. The only detractor is that the tongue and leather a slightly different shade of white. Not so bad looking (compared to a beat up pair), but kind of "elderly" looking. (No offense to elderly BTW.)

I bought these for a dressier casual look than my old white 623's gave me. Added bonus was that NB improved the cushioning in ball of the foot. One drawback: they're extremely warm in the blue suede edition; would not recommend them for workouts.

I purchased them for my husband. He said they were fine until he got them damp from the rain. He feels like they shrank some, although they are still comfortable.

The shoes felt narrow at first but after wearing them for a few days they felt better. I normally do not have this problem with New Balance and I get most of my shoes from Zappos because of my shoe size being 14EEEE.

Yes there's not much style in these shoes...at best they look "generic sports", but they are comfy with a nice fit and even somewhat rugged able to take punishment if used on camping trails. An all-purpose sports shoe that flies under the radar.
