Good shoe, good fit. I appreciate the fact that Zappos will take back the shoe if it doesn't fit and charge for return shipping. I have purchased shoes from Amazon, and have to pay for shipping. Zappos is much better.

Spent several hours looking for a brown leather walking type show without success. Found it on Zappos. Delivered on time, right price, no hassle.

These shoes are great. I mainly wear them on the weekend and they have been very comfortable. I think I am going to buy a second pair to keep in my bag just for the gym.

I am very pleased with these shoes. As a daily exercise walker, it is getting more difficult to find shoes that offer the right amount of support for this activity. I found these New Balances to be true to size and very comfortable. I will be ordering a second pair, just in case the company decides to discontinue this model (as I have discovered shoe manufacturer's seem to do too often)!

I always buy these shoes because they fit my B width feet. They feel good and fit very well. They also provide good support.

I have Nikes but the New Balance far exceeds the comfort of the Nikes. Zappos is the best in delivery and in returns if the shoe does not fit.

After reading the reviews on this shoe I ordered a half size larger than my normal size. I'm glad I did that because this shoe seems to run a little small. I'm very happy with my purchase.

The most important thing is my praise for doing business with Zappos. They ship quickly and when you return an item it gets credited within a few days. No hassles! Truly a customer friendly company. I have worn New Balance for years (EEE width) and find them to be an excellent fit and long lasting.

Love these shoes, they feel very light but they still provide plenty of cushioning and support. The toebox is snug but not cramped, and the lacing system is easy and just work. After a few weekends wearing these, the $28 sneakers I used to get from Wal-Mart don't seem like a bargain.

I had to return the first pair just felt narrow so the wider pair fit just fine. (Thanks Zappo) So maybe they run narrow, most of the time I don't need extra wide. I walk a lot 5 miles a day on rough mountain gravel roads. These shoes are perfect great support and no sore feet even when I do 9 or 10 miles.

So far these provide good comfort and seem to be wearing well. Walk on asphalt up 6-8 miles a day in very hot weather.

Very nice shoe! True to size and the toe cap is great. Will stand up to active use. My wife ordered them and I am very pleased.

I had never tried on or worn a pair of New Balance sneakers before but after wearing them for a couple weeks I highly recommend them to anyone. They are really true to size and as usual they arrived in a very timely manner from Zappos.

When I ordered a pair of shoes, the shoes were too small. I called ZAPPOS, and told them my story. They in turn re-order the correct size of shoes and had them delivered in less than two days. Also, made arrangements for me to return the first set of shoes at no cost. Thank You for the Great Service ZAPPOS, most copanies has lost the meaning of SERVICE, but ZAPPOS HASN'T.

Bought these for my husband because he needed new shoes. They are a darker and richer brown than pictured (which was a good surprise). He was walking on concrete in them and thought he was walking on a rubberized or cork surface the first time out.

I wear a size 16 shoe. Yes, I have big feet, but Zappos had quite a selection of shoes that not only fit well, but look good. I will continue to shop Zappos.

I have tried all sorts of shoes to work in on a day to day basis that has a slip resistant sole and i have tried Reebok, Skechers, Nike and they don't last but about 3 months or so and then the bottom has rubbed off and the side has started tearing apart. I bought these New Balance and by far they have lasted me 5 months and just now started to wear out the bottoms and the side is still in tact. Now for comfort, I don't think they are the most comfortable shoe so I got me some Dr. Scholls orthotic inserts and the athletic inserts and they have made a world of difference for my knees and back.

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Whether I'm walking, running, or just standing, they give me awesome support and keep my feet completely pain free. And for the price, they are very well worth it!

I have big, old feet that need a soft shoe, and I am cheap. New Balance on sale are the ticket for me. Perhaps a bit casual but I no longer have regular court appearances. So they work out for me.

I ordered the same shoes 2 years ago and use then primarily for Pickleball. Great fit and support, although I add an arch support for very flat feet.

Nice comfortable work shoe. I have worn a bunch of NBs over the years, first time ordering online. Note, I don't buy them for the style. Actually, plainer looking would be better for me, I work in an office with a dress code. Still, plain enough that I have not been told "No Sneakers." The people that have a color accent in their sneaks get told about it. Note, I use orthopedic inserts, so the arch support part doesn't apply to me.

Comfortable out of the box. Fully broken in after 2 miles. I haven't worn shoes like this since high school but I work in IT at night so it's not important that I wear expensive dress shoes around the office. These are very comfortable and at a great price. I go on long walks outside around the neighborhood and these shoes never let me down.
