Love these sneakers, I take a size 11 1/2, and have for 35 years. First pair I bought was a little small, sent back and got the 12 and they are perfect. I have since bought another color of these and so far am very pleased. Just seem to run about a 1/2 size smaller than previous NB I have bought. This seem to be the case for a lot of NB lately. Had the same problem with another pair. Had to return and get 1/2 size larger to a 12.

Very comfortable...they are exactly as described. Great shoe.

This was my first time ordering from Zappos and I must say I was very pleased. Not only did they have the type of shoes I wanted, but also at the best price. I will definitely come back .

Whenever I need a pair of tennis shoes, these are the style that I look at first, and usually buy. I have tried other styles and companies and I am always disappointed. These shoes have good support. I always use my custom inserts (which is why I say that arch support is moderate -- I remove theirs) and that makes these shoes are the most comfortable for me. I always buy the men's sizes in order to get them wide enough (they never think women really need wide widths). I need to stop trying other shoes!

I have worn the NB 623 for years, but since they weren't available I purchased these. They feel a bit smaller but still fit. Haven't worn them enough yet to know how long they will last, but the 623's have been great and I assume these will be the same.

I've always liked NB shoes, and these are particularly good for general fitness. They have a very secure sole and good support. A great shoe.

I ordered the brown model and they appear just as the photos show. I have a very wide foot, so elected for the 4E and so glad I did, they are very comfortable, and my feet don't feel bound up at all. They're pretty light on the foot so I think I'll be able to wear them comfortably for walking long periods of time.

The size runs small! I needed to exchange multiple times until I increased by a full size. I have been buying New Balance shoes for years.I have been a 10.5 for over 20 years,but needed 11.5 in this shoe.

Although I knew of Zappos, I never really researched the company until my son joined the Zappos famly in October of 2012. I am very impressed with the inventory, customer service and the ease of the ordering processes. As far as my shoes, I have found that the New Balance product is not only highly rated by orthopedic specialists but are comfortable and stylish as well. And, for me, they are made is the USA.

5 Stars all the way. The customer service is outstanding. Sometimes I get my order the next day If you don't want to order on the computer just call and the customer service reps will take care of you. This is the best and most comfortable athletic shoe I buy. New Balance shoes generally fit comfortably at first try and this one is just like that.

Shoes arrived quicker then expected. They were everything I anticipated and more! I am a very satisfied customer. Kudos to Zappos!

I've been a New Balance devotee since owning my first pair 7 years ago. NB shoes are comfortable, well-made, good looking, and last for years. My last pair lasted for four years of hard wear. I have a extra wide foot, and used to have difficulty finding. Will last for years.

A good shoe for the money. The slip resistance is above average. I'm on my feet all day long and these shoes are comfortable all day. They seem to be 1/2 size smaller than the MX623.

I wear a Size 15 EE Wide shoe. The most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Period. I don't have an arch in my feet, so if you're flat footed, these shoes are for you!

I found, I ordered, and received the shoes in a short time. Very satisfied with the service and the shoes.

This is my third pair of New Balance athletic shoes. I have now had them over a year and honestly I avoid wearing them. Should have sent them back when they were brand new because the right shoe comes up too high and rubs against my ankle - very uncomfortable. Have placed several inserts in them to raise my ankle, but they are not very comfortable and don't always do the trick. Otherwise, they are well made and look nice.

Had to exchange for the next larger size because the toe box is cramped. Although 4E width, the toe box doesn't match the width, as SAS shoes or old Red Wings do. Now a little failure of the leather at the toe box on one side, so I was about to call for a patch piece.

This shoe is advertised as non-marking, non-marring. Absolutely not true. A deckhand took 3 hours to remove the sole marks on the boat deck. Awful and dishonest.

Worth it for the price. Fit okay but they are a little stiff. I would not use these if I was a serious workout warrior, but fine for walking or a short light jog.

They are a little heavier of a sneaker than we have bought from New Balance but they fit great and my son loves them.

Used to wear NB for a long time. This shoe was too small and had to exchange for 1 size larger. It looks good but there is no flex in the sole. Ended up returning it in favor of the Skechers Vigor Trait which has a very flexible sole and is very comfortable.

The shoe looks good but feel short--I have always work size 10, I may need an 11 in this one. Noticeably shorter when held next to a Rockport size 10.

This is a nice basic shoe. Not as comfortable as my new balance in the past. I only wear new balance shoes due to the comfort. This is a no frills type of shoe which is just what I wanted. Zappos as usual was great to deal with. Fast shipping also.
