My dad has been struggling with a disorder which made his legs and feet swell. He was in a 10.5M shoe but he now needs a 13EEE! The stores of course made it difficult to find shoes that would fit. I just decided to try this site for the first time and was surprised to find that size. I was skeptical purchasing without trying it on first; however, it fits him perfectly! I will be shopping for him here from now on.

I needed a wider width & being a 12 year NB customer I bought a pr of these to verify that they fit. Yes, perfectly. Then I ordered the 2nd pair. Ouch! Mx623 but drastically different. Found on 1st pr shoe tongue 632AB2 vs 623AB on 2nd shoe. Called Zappos no fuss, no problem. THEY LISTENED to my issue & replaced 2nd pr in 1 day with 623AB2 on shoe tongue. Fantastic. They provide exceptional service and I highly recommend them.

Timely delivery and free! Shoes fit and work well on my husband's size 17, war injured foot. Zappos is the best!

This is a phenomenally comfortable and well made sneaker which I will enjoy wearing for some time. New Balance is one of the few sneaker brands that consistently puts product out there not only in large sizes, but in a variety of widths. What they sometimes lack in style, they more than make up for in quality and effort.

Excellent support, especially on the sides which is important for a cross-trainer shoe. Plenty of room in the toe box. Good cushioning with every step.

Some reviewers claim that the New Balance quality is slipping. I've worn New Balance Cross Trainers for about twenty years. This latest pair doesn't seem much different than others I've worn. I have thin feet and have had bunion surgery so I use after-market insoles in these shoes. I make them as comfortable as possible, with the room that's available up front. The 623 is a good basic sneak for walking, exercising, etc. As I have done, you could order one width wider to make room for an additional insole. Don't assume that the factory shoe is the way you must wear it. Be creative and make it more comfortable. Especially if you do a lot of walking on hard pavement, you will like having the extra cushion you provide for yourself. My 623's last for years and end up as mowing shoes. You can't beat the price either.

For years I've been in a similar New Balance "all court" shoe to this, always a size 16d. Either my feet are growing at age 65 (spreading more like it) but I ordered these in 16 and had to send them back as too small, and 17d is a good fit BUT almost too short.

Excellent product. VERY comfortable sized as described. would buy a second pair as this style may not be around forever...CAMO!

I wear NB walking/running shoes. I searched all over town and couldn't find the ones I wear, so I eventually went to Zappos.com. There they were, so I ordered them. I don't remember if it was the next day or the day after when they arrived...at my office...on my desk...with me sitting there. I'm now not sure why I'd go drive around town looking again. Although I try to shop at locally owned stores, I think for at least my walking/running shoes I'll just sit in the air conditioning of my office and shop from my keyboard. Great experience. I just replaced these shoes after 1 year and 3 months. They lasted a very long time and through 25 miles a week of walking for my job. They are comfy like all New Balance shoes, and were perfect for the price and durability. Unfortunately, I needed dressier shoes for my new job, and had to switch to a comfy dress shoe (Nunn Bush Cameron's). If you can wear these at work, I highly recommend them for walking, jogging, or standing!

I have bought pair after pair of shoes for my husband to wear to work. He had very wide and rather large feet (14-15 EE). He has had these for over a month and has not complained once! Hallelujah!

Very nice simple sneaker. Once broken in was always very comfortable. Although, I beat up on these a little bit I am disappointed the I am only getting about a year's wear out of them.

These shoes are great. However I want to comment on Zappos customer service. They are second to none. I ordered a different pair of shoes before leaving on a 3 week business trip. I put them on briefly to be sure they fit and then into the suitcase they went. I get to sight and put them on and they were actually too small. I had ordered a 16 instead of a 17 which I can sometimes fit into, well not this time. Called Zappos, they overnighted me a new pair to my hotel room. Very happy with Zappos customer service. This is why I order all of my shoes from them.

My husband wears a 13EE New Balance sneaker. Zappos was the only place we could find his size in stock and it was a better price than the discount shoe store he usually purchases them from.

It has been years since wearing shoes because it is really hard for me to find the right shoes. I am used to wearing work boots that are big and heavy. I have very wide feet and not much of an arch. Every shoe I have bought before either wasn't wide enough or too high of an arch which made my feet hurt. These are the first shoes that have really felt great. They are light weight and good support. I would highly recommend these shoes.

Super comfortable and work great with my orthotics. Fit smaller than the 622 so had to go up a size. Still happy with my purchase.

Love Zappos! Very fast service, my order came in two days after ordering. My son requires a very wide shoe and Zappos provides this and for a good price!

Bought these for my son who has a job in a grocery store and is on his feet the entire time. He says that they are very comfortable even in the coolers and freezer.

I already owned a pair of 623 New Balance shoes and really like them. I decided to get another pair to wear for my work as I'm on my feet for about 4 hours per day. They fit just right for my wide feet and are extremely comfortable.

I originally bought a half size larger than usual due to the reviews, but had to exchange it for my usual size. So if you usually wear a 12 4E, go ahead and order a 12 4E. Once they broke in, which didn't take long at all, I found these shoes plenty comfortable. I would absolutely buy them again.

This is my 5th pair of this series of New Balance shoes. They were true to size, comfortable when walking. They also retain their color and appearance over time. I always keep a new pair in the closet ready to go.

I am a woman who wears 9.5 m. However, to have thick socks and orthotics I wear men s 8 EE. These shoes as so many are unisex. I have terrible right foot and I can walk. This is the first type that I did not have to send back to the wonderful customer service of Zappos.

After my first pair I sent them back for the EE and they were a perfect fit. So maybe they run a little narrow but most likely my fault. That being said they are excellent shoes. I walk a lot like 4 or 5 miles every day. After about a month of walking and taking them off after I got in I decided to wear them all the time. Getting ready to order my second pair. Okay, they're a little loud but I couldn't care less. Maybe the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. Thanks for the easy return Z.

My husband found these sneakers to be very supportive and comfortable. He has always liked this New Balance sneaker. They are very durable and we even put them in the washing machine when needed. Highly recommended.
