This is the first time I ordered shoes from your company over the internet. It came out it was a positive result. After I received the shoe and tried, I think I ordered the right shoe because the New Balance provide more wide model shoes than others. It fit my feet comfortable. Thanks!

Great service first. I ordered the wrong size and getting the replacement shoes was a snap! I measured my foot and should have went with the next larger size.

Love them! The heel is very stable, which is important to me. They seem even wider than other New Balance shoes, so take that into consideration when selecting a size. I wear my sneakers all the time, so they often turn this color gray. I'm happy to have a pair that won't show so much dirt.

I am a large guy 6'0", 390 pounds. These shoes are great for my walking/running. They support my size and do not flatten out after just one week. I will buy them again.

A really nice shoe, at a nice price. I bought two pairs because of the. Excellent fit and simple, clean style. New Balance shoes have been my go to brand for fit for years. Their shoes fit really well if you have wide width feet. These were slightly snug when I first wore them and fit pretty much perfectly after a week's wear.

This is the second pair of shoes purchased from Zappos. We guys don't shop that often. Just like the previous purchase, they were shipped quickly and they are great shoes.

I'd read another review before my purchase. It said the quality of this shoe wasn't as good as earlier ones of same. I disagree. I'm glad I found these at Zappos in my size. 7EEE. I'm tough on these. Hike off road in rough terrain. I'm about to order another backup pair in case they stop making them. Black leather seems to hold up better than white. Good tough shoe. I wear orthotics in them. Arch supports. Good fit even with orthotics.

Once I find a product I like, I want to stick with it. I hate it when the manufacturer then changes the product. The New Balance 623 has a last and a fit that feels good to me. I have worn it for at least 10 years. This new v2 fits and feels the same on my foot as the older version did 10 years ago. I like that.

Love my new New Balance shoes. Great look and great fit. The speedy delivery was exceptional as usual. Always had trouble finding shoes wide enough to fit my feet. Not any more! Thank you Zappos!

My son loves New Balance. He has a wide foot and he won't wear any other brand but New Balance. The 9 fit better than the 8.5 XW.

Good shoes. New Balance is almost completely alone in offering extra wide. Plus, they fit consistently, time after time, shoe after shoe.

After trying on a lot of shoes, this is the only shoe my very very picky teenager will wear. We bought the same pair over a year ago, and after endless shoe shopping, ended up here again in a bigger size. The style is neutral, but most importantly it doesn't have any bothersome interior seams, lumps, or stiff areas. Comfortable enough out of the box for a demanding kid.
