Great shoes. But, of course, I knew that because I buy a new pair every 12 - 18 months. And that is the strength of Zappos. When I log on I can order the exact same shoe I did last time - no guessing about size, fit, or quality. Thank you Zappos for making my shoe shopping experience the best ever.

Good quality shoes, sturdy and very comfortable. The shoes are true to size and have a lot of soft padding. They have a removable insole which is important to me because I used AFOs. Overall experience with these shoes and New Balance is great. They are highly recommended.

Like the way the shoes fits and the support it gives my feet. I did find that the sizing was small. With the free shipping that was not a problem.

Got these for my husband who needs a lot of support in his shoes. He says they are super comfortable. The suede material "dresses" them up more than regular tennis shoes.

Great sneaker and great price. Been wearing for almost 3 months I really like the wider width options seems so many brands don't offer this anymore and the sneakers are just to tight. There was no break in time required fit perfect right out of the box. I wear mostly at work, the seams and stitching are still perfect. I will be buying another pair good fitting and quality is hard to come by these days at this affordable price. 5 stars.

This New Balance shoe is my favorite shoe. I am a teacher, and I am on my feet all day -- in the classroom, in the hallways, and on duty. This shoe is just what my tired feet require.

I always order my shoes from Zappos now. It is easy and I always know what I am going to get. I have not used the return policy yet but my wife has and it is very clear and good. The New Balance MX623v2 is my shoe of choice for walking and running and hold up well. Fit was as expected.

I have bought many pairs of the 623(B) and the last 2 pairs the rubber has been coming off the soles. I would not buy any more of these. They must be making them cheaper.

Just what I wanted and expected. It's a comfortable New Balance show that's wide enough for my feet. I like the classic grey and styling.

It seems that shoe companies don't think that people with large wide feet should have something stylish. Not only does this shoe fit perfectly but it looks good. Thanks New Balance!

First pair was a little tight returned them with absolutely no problem,shipped the next pair before they received my return cant ask for anything more.

As my grandson wears a larger size shoe(size 18) they are hard to find and by using Zappos we have been satisfied with our choice, price and brand, also the prompt service. Again thank you.

Cute company, the right shoes, fast delivery. Saved me a bundle in gas and time driving to one store and then another, fruitlessly trying to find the exact shoe I already knew I wanted. I'm not ready to shop for new shoes online because the fit for me has to be just right. I can't see "buying" and returning half a dozen pairs of shoes just to find the right fit when a physical store can fill that need efficiently. I am super picky about fit. Once I know what fits, Zappo's is a great way to get the second, third, or fourth pair of exactly the same shoes, which oddly enough, physical stores often don't carry. I am about to order another pair of the same shoes from Zappo's today, as a matter of fact.

My Dad had a problem finding the New Balance size 15 shoe he liked. Our local stores only carried up to size 13. I ordered these for him and they came quickly and were a perfect fit.

This is the second pair of this style I have ordered and both pairs were the quality I was expecting. I will be ordering more of this style. A most comfortable shoe.

The sneakers arrived on time. They are true to size. Very comfortable. They looked exactly the same as in the picture. I will order another pair in the future. Also a great price.

Shoes are a perfect fit, especially for those with wide feet. Sole sometimes separates from shoe, but Zappos is always willing to replace. I have ordered these shoes twice a year for the past 4 years. They are the best!

My son has big, wide feet and these are the only shoes he happily wears. He puts orthotics inside for added support and wears them all day to school and for sports.

I am a FedEx driver and I've had 3 pair of these shoes. Very good for on your feet all day. Great support, and they hold up really well.

Excellent shoes. Excellent service. A little pricey, but most shoes here are pricey. It is hard to find my size in stores. Zappos is the first place I look for shoes, anymore.

Xmas present for my 83 year old father. He has a pair of New Balance already but not the camo print. He loved the camo print and they fit perfectly, as I ordered the same size he always wears in New Balance. Great looking shoe!
