I have always worn NB in size 6.5W, loved the extra room in the toe area. What has happened? Recent order of my size felt too narrow so I returned them and went with extra wide. Still not enough room in the toe area as evidenced by blisters on top of my feet and on bottom after going for just one walk. My feet haven't changed but something about NB shoes has. This model feels as if you are walking on concrete, no padding whatsoever. And now that I've gone for a walk in them, I can't return them so it's a total loss. But the only way to really tell if a shoe fits well is to wear them. No more NB for me unfortunately.

Box finally arrived, it was destroyed very surprised they even delivered it. Shoes appear to be ok but very small. Always worn the same size not sure why they are so tight. Do not lie them at tall have always like my other new balance shoes.

For some reason the shoe rides up and slips in the back heel area. Also the toe area, where your foot joints are in your toes, are very tight so I think itmay fit smaller. I do not like this shoe.

I love New Balance but unfortunately, this shoe is a disappointment. I purchased as a walking shoe and gave it plenty of walks to break it in but to avail - and now I cannot return. I WOULD return if possible. It is stiff and no matter how I lace it, there is pressure on the top of my foot.

These were stiff and nothing like my 608s. I am waiting for my money back.

I ordered wide, while both were marked wide, the right shoe was NOT wide.

I have bought this model over and over for the last 6 years for my tired feet. They were great for just wearing around. No more. They are stiff, hard and digging into the top of my foot. There is always a break in period but I am past this now.

The first two products I received were so cheap! Nowhere near worth the prices, the most expensive one wasn't as good quality as something from Payless. I have been a customer for decades and have continued to be more and more disappointed in the declining quality. This is such a shame as NB used to be a great company with great quality athletics.

I bought a couple pair of the women's 990v4 last year that I love. But I wanted a pair of leather uppers to wear in the fall through spring when the suede and mesh upper style is harder to keep clean. The 624 are uncomfortable and not good looking at all. I'll use them when doing yard work. I have a pair of 1300 I bought last year that I love. It is a practical and good looking shoe for the fall, winter and early spring. Wish it came in more than one color. Also the 1300 color is described as grey so I thought that was a new color. But it looks like the same color blue that I purchased last year, The upper is blue and the bottom is grey. I think it should be described as blue.

Even though I wear the size sent they are a little large. They also feel heavy. I'm not sure I'll be able to use them.

Was super excited to find out NB had womens size 13 extra wide. I have always bought mens new balance for my work shoes because hard to find my size in a womans. Decided to try the womens show and they are the most uncomfortable shoe. Within a couple weeks of buying them I had to buy inserts. Definitely do not recommend if you have a job that you have to be on your feet all day.

I ordered the wide width. The fit fine every where except the toes. They narrowed too much at the toe for my feet.

I bought 4E , as I do with every tennis shoe purchase. But these are too narrow. I'm unable to wear them. They cause too much pain across my feet. They look nice though. Very disappointing.

Hurt my feet, I had to sent them back. Still waiting to here that they received them and are issuing a refund.

I have returned a size 8.5D because of a toe box too small. So I reordered 9D and still the toe box is too small!

My last 10 pairs have been 12.5 EE. However, this pair is very narrow and uncomfortable. I'm going to return them this week.

I bought these shoes for work but when the arrived they were extremely narrow so I had to send them back.

I was a customer for 10 years. I would buy the all leather walking shoe 928 but the last few years they make them different and they are not comfortable and caused injurie to my right foot. I wish they would go back to making the 928's no v2 no v3. Just please bring back the 928 ww 8.5 this would bring a customer back!

The New Balance 624 has long been thee uniform shoe/sneaker fo private school black for boys white for girls....required. New Balance update is probably better performance wise but it eliminates this shoes long history as a uniform show because of the gray on the heal and the pronounced N outlined in color. What a disaster st our school alone there are a thousand children who buy two pairs each per year of this shoe.....no more new model breaks the rules.

NB no longer makes the 623WT2, a very comfortable sneaker. I expected the 624WT2 would be a good replacement. After buying the 624 it is the most UNCOMFORTABLE shoe I have ever worn. Have been trying for months to break them in, to no avail. Cannot wear after a couple of hours. Very dissatisfied with this purchase, a terrible fitting shoe. Leather is very stiff. Wish they would go back to the old 623 model and preserve the customer base. Very dissapointed in NB. -jf

I had to return this purchase because the back of the heel is designed too low. My her slips out when doing lunges or push ups.

I've bought this model several times in the past years but this year's model was too small, and so uncomfortable - unacceptable.

These shoes squeak. I wore NB for years but can't get used to the noise these make when I walk. Probably too late to return them. Very unhappy with them.
