I really like this shoe. I stand for 12 hours a day at work and my feet are tired and hurt but not like before these comfortable shoes. Thanks NB for the recommendation.

I needed the extra width due to wearing a brace for my ankle. The shoe fit well with the brace and I appreciate the support it gives my entire foot.

I was very happy with New Balance 624. It was a true 6.5. I would like it to have a bit thicker sole. But I will buy a 624 again. I wear them for Zumba and 3 mile walks daily.

I bought these shoes in an e width and while the width at the widest point of my foot is great the width for my toes is a little small. I am wearing them, hoping the leather gives enough. I do have a wide foot and my toes match my foot. I cannot recommend for anyone unless they have tapered toes. The quality of the shoe is excellent which is why I am hopeful.

When the shoes first arrived a substance was on the bottom that made a noise when I walked. It has evidently worn off. Shoes are comfortable.

I loved the leather look and feel of this shoe. I ordered online because I couldn't find it in stock. I wear a ladies 7 1/2 but it fits like a 7. Also the heels don't hug my feet and the shoe flops when I walk, despite it being too small.

I like to use this product daily for work. However, I am not happy with this order. This current order is not as comfortable, the left foot does not feel like it's wide, as I ordered.

The heels buckled fiest time I pulled my shoes onto my feet and continues to weaken as I try to pull my shoes on each day. They are comfortable other then that. They get to hot on hot days. I will not by shoes with the "prong" type heel again.

Was always able to purchase NB shoes in "narrow" until now. Bought "standard B" and they are ok now but in a month or so they will be sloppy.

I don't normally review products, but I feel obligated to do this one! I have been wearing a NB cross-training tennis shoe for years. My first ones were actually made in the USA. I do advanced step classes and with my high arches, I need a leather shoe that I can cinch up as tightly as possible. Mesh shoes don't work for me! The last couple purchases of the NB 624 feels like I am tying a shoe box onto my feet. They feel like they lack any protective padding. There's no "cush" in them. I wear a couple other brands for different workouts and I have described them to friends as "walking on a cloud." I wish I could say the same about my NB 624, but not. The positive part to the shoe is the smooth sole which makes all the spins and direction changes in step class easier on my ankles and knees.

I returned the shoes because the toe width is to narrow in design for my comfort. The last shoes I had were 856 and did not hurt my toes. Are they more rounded in design? What design replace the 856's?

It didn't have the arch support I needed. I got a pair for my daughter and her left foot hurts on the top.

This is my 3rd pair of NB Cross Trainers. I've had 9 foot surgeries and my podiatrist recommended Cross trainers because they are sturdy and the heel doesn't move which make them perfect for my feet and comfort because I have a standing job. This pair though, are tight. So if you are considering buying these, maybe a half size larger.

I have been buying New Balance shoes for years mostly due to their great ratings for stability and cushioning plantar fasciitis. I was so disappointed in these. They are stiff, uncomfortable, and my right foot kind of slides in the right shoe. I may be considering a new brand next time as this is my second pair of less than comfortable shoes from NB.

The shoes were to narrow for me. I returned them. I think I would have liked them otherwise

I have been a New Balance customer for years. I had a pair similar to this (different series) that I wore as a postal carrier for years. I started back with the Postal Service and purchased these in hopes they'd be close to my old pair. Despite being my exact size they just don't fit well and my feet are pretty uncomfortable after a few hours.

These are not as comfortable as my other NB pair. I don't like shopping for shoes online and this is one reason why.

I think I would like these shoes but they are running on the small side. Usually get 8 1/2 and they were too small. Have to get a size up on these. New Balance is a great brand and delivers good quality.

I needed a shoe for working out and walking. I found the shoe too narrow for my foot. I ordered 9 1/2 wide. Did not fit arch.

These are not the shoes I thought they were. I usually get the 824 but, I got these by mistake. They leave red marks on my feet.

Good quality. However, "wide" was not wide enough and extra wide was not offered. Shoes were returned for credit.

They're durable which I like but the downside is that the track Mark's at the bottom of the shoe make this annoying suction cup/ squeaking noise everytime I go to take a step and will only stop if I walk a certain way.

Definitely not the 4E width that was marked on the shoe. Probably not even a 2E. Could not get my foot into the shoe.
