I'm 45, highly active, reasonably fashionable and despite all that have been wearing this shoe or close to it for over 10 years! It's the only cross trainer i've found where i can do squats and my toes don't slide forward. A great gym shoe. Have tried better looking shoes and always come back to this one.

They are excellent. Good fit and comfortable. Am enjoying them.

One great thing about this pair, apart from the usual New Balance stability and comfort, is that if you are out walking early in the morning in tall grass, moisture from the dew doesn't get in the toe section. There are no holes in the toe section to allow dew to get in. This makes them my best choice for walking in the park during social distancing when I might have to veer off the trail into the grass!

If you have issues with your back, or if you are in constant motion, or if you're standing on hard platforms all day long, these are the shoes to buy. I'm on my feet all day. And then I'm walking the dogs. I also love to walk in general. I've already been through two pairs and will now buy third. My fear is that New Balance will tweak this model and ruin a good thing.

I ordered the all black ones. I'm a mail carrier and I'm walking on my feet for 12hrs a day so I needed a comfortable shoe. I've never owned a pair of NB in my life and my coworkers swore by them.

Absolutely loves the all leather shoes and the way they fit. She tried other brands and these were her favorite.

I walk a lot and these shoes are perfect. Very comfortable and they dont make any wounds. Also too pretty.

I have been wearing this shoe for several years as well as a couple of its predecessors. The shoe has sufficient structure, support and cushioning to make walking easier for my feet with issues and arthritic knees. This particular pair seems to be slightly more comfortable that my last pair. I wear these indoors and replace them about once a year. It was frustrating this year to check weekly for 3 months to be able to order the size I needed. Apparently wide shoes are made in very small volumes.

These are the bestgreat support, only shoe I will Jazzercise in. Toe area is all leather, superb support! Your foot doesn't slide out over the sides like they do with the mesh netting in toe area.

I purchased this shoe in an 8 EEEE and found that it had a nice wide toe box (equivalent to my usual 8EE) and it works with a high instep. This seemed to be a well cushioned shoe and I like the fact that there was is rollbar. Unfortunately, part of the shoe impinged on the right side of my foot. There is nothing wrong with this shoe, it just didn't work for me. I do find that virtually all of the New Balnce "wide" widths are not very wide. This was my first time ever trying an EEEE width which I would suggest if you wear an EE in other brands.

I love this shoe. It has helped me get out and exercise more.

I'm a New Balance user and have purchased them before. I use this pair in the gym. Mostly walking. Fit great and are comfortable.

I loved the shoe, but was unable to wear due to my toes rubbing on the top. I returned them to the store.

These shoes are very comfy and supportive. I have problems with knee pain and leg alignment. These shoes have been helping.

This shoe is heavier than I usually get, but it is protective and sturdy.

I recently had foot surgery and my doctor recommended these shoes. Good sole, good fit, really glad I ordered them. Arrived quickly and been wearing them at every opportunity. Foot healing properly.

Work shoes ! Put so many miles on them! Work in a medical clinic .

It is another good walking shoe from NB. The only negative is that the sole is already wearing through.
