These are walking shoes. The right shoe hurt my foot at the top of my toes to the point that my foot was bruised. I have been stretching it with inserts and it is improving, but I still cannot walk over a mile in them.

I bought these previously, but this pair didn't fit on my right foot. The right shoe pinched my baby toe. I had to return them.

Shoe is comfortable but I feel like my heel is slipping out due to a lower rise on the side.

I have noticed that the quality of the New Balance products is slipping over the years and I think this has to do with the constant "out-sourcing" to foreign countries for production. The cushioning on the bottom of this shoe is not as good as some of the older New Balance shoes I bought 5 years ago.

I bought this shoe because I walk daily and also have severe RA. I require an extra wide sneaker for my feet to be comfortable. This shoe has a seam or ridge inside that runs along the top of my foot causing bruising and pain when I walk any distance. (I do 4 to 8 miles a day) It appears to only be on the left shoe and not the right. I tried for a week to wear them but ended up giving them away.

I have bought new balance for some time now. Felt I could order online and get right fit. When I tried them on the insole felt weird. Once I checked it wasn't even sewn in. At the price of these shoes, the shoe should have a sewn insole. Sorry they are coming back to you.

I wore New Balance for years. I have wide feet and they used to be my go to cross trainer. New Balance used to understand that not all women have a B width foot. Unfortunately they just aren't what they used to be. The 624 was hard and terribly uncomfortable. There was NO cushioning inside, the insole was micro thin and hard. I returned them. Hate that I'M now looking elsewhere for better made shoes.

Nice quality, but not flexible enough. I purchased these for cross training and working out at the gym. Couldn't even do a proper "lunge" as the toe box wouldn't bend. I returned them.

These shoes suck feet hurts all day These shoes are very very very very very very terrible it's not worth the money it's bad that you guys will sell this I'll be on my feet for 8 to 10hours

I am so disappointed. These shoes have absolutely no foot cushion. I bought these 3 weeks ago, to alleviate my ball/ toes pain and severe burning. They do not. I am on my feet walking for many hours at work. I wish I hadn't bought these. FYI, I am otherwise in excellent health.

My feet hurt everything I wear them because the size 7 is not a true 7 it's bigger. I hate them

I am a loyal New Balance customer, but this recent pair that I purchased was a far cry from comfortable. The top front area by the toes where it should bend when walking was stiff as a rock and just cut into the top of my foot, it wasn't just uncomfortable it was painful. Don't understand how such a good product after so many years can go so bad.

Wanted comfortable leather walking shoes for daily use but I found the shoe stiff and uncomfortable.

The shoes are not the ones I expected and seem to be narrow. Hard to get my foot in.

I ordered these shoes for work and I've been wearing them for a couple weeks! They hurt a bit, especially the right foot, so since they are all leather,I thought I had to break them in!! Well, they've been killing me for two weeks and I finally noticed why!! They are two different shoes!! I took a good look at them and I realized the right foot sneaker is a lot more narrow than the left! I looked inside the shoes at the tags but they say the exact same shoe! 81/2 medium!! Very poor quality control!! They are awful!! I have to call customer service to see if I can still send them back!!

This shoe is so very painful to wear. I have not yet been able to break them in after wearing them for work at least 4 or 5 times. I have been a new balance only fan for years and I don't understand how they could have come out with such a dreadful shoe. Very disappointed. Kind of sick about the money spent to get thrown in the garbage!

It's hard for me to fine my size as I were a 14 so when I find them I purchase 2 pair. The last 2 times I purchased them one black one white I out one pair up so I did the same again. Problem was I wore tbe black pair for two weeks and tbe glue holding them together fell apart. Quality has gone way down. I will not purchase another pair

The sneakers were ill-fitting for me. For years, I was perfectly accommodated with the junior sized shoe that I am now unable to find on the NB site. I will have to return these, sadly.

Very disappointed with the poor cushioning. They are basically flat compared with a 608 or 609. Unless I can find the 608 or 609 I will stop buying your shoes. I am using them around the house--no serious workouts included.

I was very disappointed in this purchase. The shoes were too small. I ordered the same size (length & width) shoes I have worn for years (& the same size I purchased in a store in January 2020). Since I doubt that my feet have gone in the last 4 or 5 months, I can only assume there has been an "adjustment" in the sizing from the manufacturer. I have always been happy with New Balance in the past so this is very distressing..

They were not comfortable. the back of them to low.
