Fit and size was fine - it's the glittery look to the fabric on the shoe that I can't stand. Will have to return these, thought they would be more suede-like, not sparkly.

So cute, with a lot of support. Unfortunately, the toe box is a bit snug, so I feared it wouldn’t wear well. I considered ordering a half size up but decided they’d just be too big.

Cute shoes, but are too narrow and too squeaky. The squeaky would probably wear off, but the narrowness hurts my feet. Thank you Zappos for your excellent return policy!

The most comfortable pair of high-heels I've ever owed are the Comfortiva Neima, so I ordered this pair hoping for a comfortable flat that I could easily slip on and off to take my dog for a walk or wear to work. I wasn't 100% a fan of the buckle on the front, but figured it'd look fine with pants. I have very wide feet, so I ordered an 8 WW in black. When I got them, not only was the buckle much more prominent than I'd imagined (and not in a good way) but I couldn't even get my feet into them they were so narrow! I am so glad Zappos has such a great return policy!

I loved these shoes. They look very nice and professional. The support and cushion are the best I have found in a shoe ever. But the cut hits right at my ankle bone which i imagine would be painful after a long walk. I was so sad to return them, they were so close to perfect.

I wanted to love these shoes. I normally wear a size 8, and so I ordered my size. These shoes felt a full size smaller. The metal decoration on top is a bit asymmetrical and that is difficult to discern from the pictures. I returned the shoes and did not order a size up because I did not like the asymmetrical decoration.

Cute but tight in the toes. And after wearing them for a while my knees felt pained so there is something odd about the structure of these that I never encountered in other shoes before. Maybe too stiff? I'm not sure. They are cute though.

After a few wearings, the brown leather dye rubbed off, leaving a white spot. Such obvious wear after just a short period is unacceptable.

Very Nice looking shoe. Small toe box. Kept under my desk at work for work only. toes began to hurt and feel cramped after walking on them for awhile. (I have normal toes). then foot hurt. Thought at first it was something else, but only when i put this shoe on did my feet begin to hurt. Never had this experience with a shoe before. Maybe redesign the shoe. too bad. Returned them

these are super cute and super comfortable, but their soles are EXTREMELY slippery if the pavement/asphalt is wet at all. At first I thought it was just a fluke, but I almost fell on my butt 3 times as I tried walking across the wet sidewalk.

Too long for my feet. I was popping out in the heel.

I had to return the shoes. I wear a size 7 D width which is the width that the wide shoes are supposed to be, unfortunately when I tried them on they were too tight. After I returned them I found another similar pair of shoes at Payless Shoe Source that was half the price.

Would have fit great but it was a half size too short. The other pair of 11 W I received at the same time fit just fine. Typically if a shoe doesn’t fit me it is bc of the width not the length, but not this shoe.

Appears to be much narrower than stated.

The size was good, but the bow across the top was too tight, I thought it would stretch for I wore them 4 hours, I could hardly walk the band just dug into my foot. I am returning, so sorry they are very cute and have a lot of cushion

I really liked these shoes! (the "but" is coming). The style was perfect, I could wear them at work or to casual events. They were a little snug, but more because the bottom was squishy/padded a lot. BAD THING: Quality. They scratch/scuff VERY easily. I can't wear these anymore because I accidentally bumped the toebox against a curb and it completely ripped some of the front of the front.

Love buying from Zappos. Very convenient & fast. These shoes just did not fit comfortably. Unfortunately I had to return them .

I think this a cute shoe but it wouldn't stay on my foot. The toe box wasn't long enough and the heel was too wide.

Would not buy again. Leather on top of shoes began to rub off within 3 mos of moderate (weekly) wear. Comfortable but not well made.

This shoe is so cute! Too bad I can't wear them. My heels kept slipping out so I put some heel pads in the back of them and that helped, but the toe box is so scrunched I had to take them off and go barefoot around the office. I was literally in pain and won't be wearing them again.

These shoes looked nice but quality and fit was disappointing. The top over the toe felt tight but I assumed it would loosen up. Arch support wasn't great and similar to another reviewer's experience, a section of the front/toe fabric scraped/peeled off after only a dozen or so wears - to the point where I felt like the shoes were ruined so I threw them away. In hindsight, I shouldn't have kept them but I was pretty desperate for black work shoes so I decided to give them a try. But they were just not a good fit for my feet.

I bought these in March to leave at my desk so I can sit barefoot and slip into them easily when I get up. Within 3 months the finish on the shoes was wearing off on the toe, along both sides and around the top edge on both shoes. Not just occasional scuffs I normally get from my chair, but to where they looked years old. Very comfortable and looked great on my wide foot. However, won't buy these again as the material quality was poor.

These seemed to be good quality, and a nice style. However, they run extremely small. I ordered my normal shoe size and was barely able to squeeze my foot inside to try on. I ended up going with a more affordable option.

Nice and very comfortable, but the black finish rubs off very easily. I've got a brand new pair of super scuffed flats :( And only after wearing them for 1 day.

Thought that this shoe would be wide enough for my extra wide feet but I was truly disappointed. Not only could I not get my foot into the shoe but once I did manage to stuff it in the toe area was also very tight. I need a very wide shoe and going larger in length is not always the answer. HELP ME!!!
