I ordered my usual 11W but could have used an 11 1/2 instead. My toes rubbed and the top laid right on my bunion. Other than being too short, the shoes felt great.

These are very cute and super comfortable with great cushioning and arch support. Unfortunately the cushioning seems to have an odd odor, so I had to return them.

I ordered these in size 11 in both the black calf and the mocha leopard. There is some inconsistency in sizing between colors. Super comfy in black, but slightly too small in leopard. Very strange. The toe box was tighter, shorter, and pressed down on my toes a lot in leopard. Also, it looked like the front edge of the toe box was worn already in leopard. The black pair was not as cute and feminine, but because it fit better, I kept the black and returned the leopard.

These shoes are cuter than most "comfort" shoes, but unfortunately they're not as comfortable. I normally wear a 7.5-8, and in the size 8 my toes feel bunched up against the front of the shoe. Also, they have very little arch support.

These were a really cute shoe but unfortunately cut across the bottom of my big toe. If not for that I would be keeping them. I have a very hard to fit foot (extra wide with high instep). Thanks Zappos for stocking so many size options so I can try again!

I love Zappos! Bought 2 sizes to try and ended up keeping the smaller one.I was seeking to replace a pair of flats that is falling apart, and I am happy with these. I have a wide foot and a bunion and this shoe is fairly comfortable but not perfect. But it looks very sharp on with both a casual skirt or pants, and unlike a lot of others it is very feminine and not clunky. May not be my favorite pair of shoes, but I love the look and I can wear them for several hours.

Returning as rather clunky and not really narrow nor appropriate for FL. Cute for colder climes.

I ordered a 9W, my regular size to fit an arthritic right foot. Was unable to even get my foot in the toe box. Otherwise, it's a very pretty shoe and seems well-made.

I saw these and loved them and ordered them. Unfortunately, although they are very beautiful shoes/good quality, they were much too tight! My size but it felt like a whole size smaller. I ordered 8 1/2M. I have never had a problem with Softspots sizing before this.

Shoes were okay as far as comfort, but whoa did they smell bad! Not that fresh new leather smell or even no smell at all. I honestly thought an animal was decomposing in my house somewhere and cleaned and cleaned until I discovered where the smell was coming from: these brand new shoes! Gross. So I returned them. This has never happened with any other shoe from Zappos so I assume it's the shoe maker's choice in leather or whatever chemical they use to treat the leather.

These shoes go well with slacks and jeans and are true to size. However, if you have flat feet like I do, I would not recommend them. For me the arch support is insufficient. Also after a few days of wearing them I notice the leather (if it's leather) beginning to peel at the tip. I may have scrapped against something,it's possible but, the leather is paper thin. Less than a month into having them, both shoes have peeling at the toe. Now they did not cost $500, but I did expect them to last a little longer. That's my two cents.

I bought these for graduate school interviews. Surely these would be more comfortable than wearing heals. No. My feet hurt so badly that it even hurt to walk barefoot the next day. I recently wore them again and went through the same pain. The also like to occasionally act like flip-flops when walking -- not okay.

These gave me blisters the first time that I wore them. The support is great, though. Once they are broken in I think they will be more comfortable. They do scuff quite easily.

These were very comfortable and cute shoes, but after wearing them around the house for the day (I had bought them for a conference where I'd be standing all day), the red on the tips of the toes had worn off. Too bad, they had great support.

These are cute shoes with great trim detail and cozy soft interior, but they run smaller than marked so adjust for size accordingly. I ordered an extra wide width in size 8.5 and they were very tight in the toe box and felt a little on the short side. I will try ordering the next width and size up and see how they feel.

I really wanted to like these, but these things hurt! the toe box rubs really hard on the feet and the heel is oddly angled out. The padding is nice inside, but the rubbing on the toe and heel area was a bit too much. I'm going to need to return these unfortunately.

As other reviewers say, the toe box is snug. These shoes began to rub in the toe area after I had worn them a little while. I was surprised, as I usually find Softspots comfortable. I should mention that I have a slight hammertoe and a small bunionette, but this is why I chose Softspots. Disappointed with this pair. Really can't use them.

This shoe is super comfortable. But the upper is not all leather as touted on Zappos. The inside lining is man made material which does not breathe well. My feet get sweaty in these shoes. But they are comfortable so I will just deal with hot feet.

This is a very cute shoe, but like others have said, the toe area is way too shallow and rubs on top of toes. Sorry, had to return them.

I really wanted to like these shoes. They are so cute and look to be very comfortable, but they run at lest half a size too small. I am sending them back.

These shoes are adorable but sadly just a little too snug in the toes. I walked around the house trying to decide if I could live with the tightness, but ultimately decided to return them. The length and width felt true to size but the toes are just a little too narrow.

I was looking for a cute, comfortable flat, and this fit the bill. They felt a little tight in the toes, but I kept them anyway. I should have sent them back. After wearing them to work for a full day, my toes were hurting! I wear a size 7.5 regular width and typically don't need a wide, but I would recommend it in these shoes.

I'm normally an 11. These ran a tiny bit bigger than an 11 and the back rubbed against my ankle, so I put a back cushion. after wearing them for more than 5 minutes, even if you're just sitting, you can feel the pressure/imprint of the shape of the shoe on your foot. Not very comfortable because of that. The soles are indeed comfortable though.

The toe box has insufficient room. I felt there could have been more room for a 9WW shoe. I think Softspots forgets that they have to accommodate for the cushioning they put in the shoe. I am very disappointed. The shoe is adorable and is just what I was looking for in a shoe. I am contemplating ordering half a size up but read another review that the shoe was slipping in the back when they ordered half a size up. I will keep looking.

These shoes look very professional for work and nice style, soft padding, perfect low heel. I usually wear an 8.5 or a 9 - the length of the 8.5 was right (my heel slipped out of the 9), but regardless of the size the toe box felt tight and uncomfortable. I was sad to have to return them.
