The double wide was good and seemed like it would be comfortable but 7 was way too big and 6.5 too small.

I am a pretty reliable 6.5ww and these were just sort of tight. Not bad looking and probably would be a comfortable all day shoe just be aware it runs a little small and a wee bit narrow.

These shoes were tight in the toes, and loose in the heel. Had to send back.

The shoes were great, but the navy pair that I purchased scuffed on the toe incredibly easily. After only moderate wear I was polishing them daily, sometimes twice, just to get through a workday. I'm really sad that I have to replace them so quickly because everything else about them is still great.

This shoe was cute in the picture but looked a little too "grandmotherly" to suit me. It felt a little snug on initial try on. The shoe has great arch support and once it was worn a bit I suspect it would be a good walking shoe.

Super comfortable shoes but the leather consistently wears off. This was my second pair of these and both had the same issue with the leather coming apart within the first handful of times wearing. So comfortable though!

I love the look of these shoes, and I ordered my usual street shoe size..8.5N, but they were short and wide on my feet. Sadly I'm returning them. If it weren't for Zappos, I'd never get any new shoes, but why can't manufacturers be consistent? So frustrating!

They looked great but felt a full size smaller.

These run really small. I'm hesitant to exchange because I'm afraid even a full size up will not fit well.

I love the shoe, the style and look but it was a bit tight on my right foot as that is my bunion, problem foot. My left foot had no problems except after just walking around the house for 30 mins I started to feel the discomfort in my right foot. I try not to buy wide automatically being sometimes it can be loose to the point of falling off. It just depends on brand. Well...sadly it's gotta go back and ill order a wide. I really love the shoe and don't want to give up.

These shoes are cute and comfortable, but make a lot of noise. They seem to pop when the foot bends. Annoying. Maybe it will go away once they're broken in. I do like the rubbery material of the soles. Good traction.

I have a love/hate relationship with these shoes. They are comfortable in the sense of quality right out of the box: the leather is really soft and the foot bed is cushy. I rarely feel that way about shoes. But...my usual size, 10W, was definitely too narrow. Fortunately, it came in WW (which I never need to order). Got them, but...while the width was great, the length was ridiculous! They were flopping off my feet. Sooo, I ordered a 9.5WW. But....they just came and they are too tight all around. What is up with these shoes?? I REALLY want them to work. They are adorable and clearly excellent quality but I just don't know if I can count on an $80 shoe in 10W stretching enough to make it worth they money. I think I will be returning the original (3rd pair). Bummed! :(

I was so excited when this shoe arrived. It's just as pretty as in the picture, and a great match for my office wear. However, I was quite disappointed that neither the sole of the shoe nor the insole were properly measured to accommodate the width of the shoe. I have wide and flat feet. The insole at arch feels like it's near the center of my foot rather than under my arch. It looks like the same sole is used for the narrower widths, so there's unsightly overhang on the interior of my foot. This also seems to create gaping at the sides when I walk. I appreciate the effort to even make a wider shoe, but this was a miss for me.

I thought these were cute and had decent support, but the foot opening by the toes was really stiff and just hurt to have on for any length of time, I had to return them.

8.5w - too long. 8w - length perfect, but way too narrow. 8ww - although still narrow for a ww they could've been workable, but so short that my toes bumped against the front. I tried!

I ordered these in a normal and wide, but both felt narrow to me (I normally wear normal width). The foot bed is squishy, which may appeal to some. I have plantar fasciitis, so this is a negative. The foot bed is not removable, so if you have an insert, it will need to go on top of the foot bed.

These are a very comfortable shoe but the scuff really easy and the leather breaks down really easy so it looks like they are peeling

I love the look of these and they clearly would be very comfortable if they weren't short and wide. I've been a true 8N for 30+ years and these aren't either. Just a tad too short/tight in the toe but enough to know I couldn't walk a block without feeling them; and, just a bit too wide to not look sloppy. If they came in a slim, I'd be willing to try them but they don't. I'm not sure why shoe companies have decided that people with narrow feet don't need/want good looking and comfortable shoes. I don't want to be wearing old lady comforts even if I am 'mature'. I want comfortable, stylish shoes just like everyone else and they're becoming very very hard to find.

These shoes are cute but the soft sole padding in the toe area means I need a larger size. I am going to try the next size up.

Far too narrow to be an EE width. Very disappointing. I guess I will have to mark Soft Spots off my list of shoe brands to try.

When I first put on these shoes, I thought I was wearing slippers! So comfy. They are great BUT, they squeak.So it's a big downside to these shoes - I'm still wearing them but everyone knows I'm walking toward them!
