Cute style but it felt like the top part of the shoe was tight and would be uncomfortable after wearing for a long time- had to return

I love the looks of this shoe, and wish it fit. I even tried a size longer than I need. But there is no room in the toe end for my toes! Still looking for the perfect brown flat.

The fit was true to size. The buckle across the toe was a little larger than the proportions seemed to fit. I'm returning them.

This shoe is so cute and the interior seems sooooo soft and comfy. BUT it was ridiculously small. Even going up a half size would not have fixed this. I checked to see if it was mis-marked, and it was not. I usually wear 10.5 or 11 WW. I bought an 11, and i am not sure if I exchanged for a 12 if it would have been long enough. Wow. I have not seen such a small 11 in my life! Too bad for me. I really liked the looks of this shoe, but have no choice but to send it back.

Fit smaller than the size.

Cute shoe but narrow in the toe box. I ordered my usual size 10M. Returned it and hoped to try 10.5, but unavailable. I was afraid to try the wide version, so am returning.

These shoes had a lot of cushion but not much arch support. Initially they felt true to size but after I wore them for 4 hours the left shoe stretched so much I could put a finger behind my heal. I am sad to return.

Im not sure what the heck happened but this shoe was WAAAAAAY small. I wear a 7 1/2 and it was all I could do to get my foot in the shoe! Such a huge disappointment! If you are a wide shoe wearer, you may want to size up..unless I got the fluke pair that was just too small..bummer!! Aside from that, they seem to be made well.

These were very cute, but a little too snug in the toe box for me. I also found the leather a bit stiff, but it may have loosened up in time. I really wanted to keep them, but pinching across my toes is a no go.

I love the style of this shoe, just what I was looking for. However, it is, without a doubt, the most UNCOMFORTABLE shoe I have ever worn. The innersole has what I would call "memory foam" and after wearing them in the house for 10 minutes, I felt like I was standing on pebbles.Wanting to be able to keep them, I took them off, put on different socks and tried again. Same thing, totally uncomfortable and I could feel my feet starting to get cramps. It seems the foam bunches up and makes them so uncomfortable. Back they go.

After reading some of the reviews, I ordered a Wide in a half size down, but it was too small. I returned those and ordered my regular size - still too small! I think my foot is just not cut out for these shoes. Shame as they are very cute and feel well cushioned.

I really liked the look of these shoes but they were so tight I couldn't tell if the width or arch support would be good. I wear an 8 and these felt a full size smaller. I am going to order a 9 if available and see if that works better.

Adorable shoe but WAY too small. Toes were smashed and I ordered 7 1/2 WW which is my normal size. I am exchanging for a larger size.

Wonderful looking shoe but very narrow in the toe box. I am going to order a 1/2 size larger to see if that will eliminate the problem.

This shoe was a disappointment. It was extremely narrow and tight and felt like 1/2 size smaller. Overall I would recommend buying half a size larger and wider. I ordered 7.5N and would order 8M. The arch support is also minimal to non-existent. There are better shoes out there

These shoes are cute and nicely made. That being said, they are not comfortable at all. The molded sole is very heavy. The length is OK (size 8.5) but the toe box is narrow and the heels are too wide. My foot comes out with every step. Also, I think the pair I received had been returned before; (incomplete and missing packaging inside the box). I'm going to give them a trial period but I am 99 percent sure that they will end up being donated (hoping to find a lucky person with narrow toes and large heels).

I like the feel very much and the width across the toe but they gap when you walk.

I needed a 10.5 but they don't have it so the site recommended the 10 and I ordered it.

I wear an 11 which felt too small; i also tried a 12 which was just a bit too big. Also a little flatter than I expected. Very pretty shoe and exactly what I was looking for - back to the drawing board.

These are a very cute flat, and generally very comfortable. They are a bit narrow but offer some decent arch support. All in all, I would buy them again.

Wow, I saved this in my favorites for weeks! I wanted this pair of shoes so badly. Finally, I was able to purchase a pair. First of all, the color wasn't as dark as I had hoped, but I could live with that. But the comfort level was terrible!! The part of my foot in the front of the shoe was pinched so badly that I decided this wasn't going to be a situation where I would be able to "break them in". For the price I should not be in this much discomfort! I sure hate that I have to return them, but I am just not going to be able to wear them.

Ordered 11W but the toe area was tight. I’m thinking that the buckle tightens the toe box. Loved the style and distressed smoke color that would go with pants or skirts and all colors.

I wear a 9 (more like an 8 1/2 on one foot and a 9 on the other) and ordered a 9. The toe box was snug and rubbed a bit on my toe, so I need to return them. If that hadn't been the case, they seemed like they would have been comfortable. I think they run a bit small.

These shoes run on the small side. I ordered my usual size of 10 D and they were too tight, so I exchanged them for 11 eee and they fit just fine.
