Bummed. My wide feet usually like Comfortiva. This particular style was too snug for my 8W feet all the way around. The toe bed was especially cramped. I don't think there would be any combination of size and width that would work for me. Sadly, I had to return.

I really like this shoe. It is the third pair of this same model I have purchased over three years and I wear them to work. The last two pairs have gotten very scuffed at the toes where the leather starts to peal off a little. I have never had that happen with any other shoe. This time, I am going to try putting a thick later of polish on them to see if it helps preserve the toe.

I really wanted to like these. They were for a trip to Europe that would require a lot of walking. Really pretty, but just too small overall. I tried a larger size and they seemed sloppy.

Obviously I ordered the wrong size since the shoe was very short and my big toe was very cramped on the top of the nail. Had I ordered the next size up, it would have been too wide. The dark brown w/toe trim was what encouraged me to purchase this shoe. However, I thought it looked ‘old lady’ in person (and I am one, but don’t want to wear shoes that look like that). Because Zappos has such a wonderful return police I’ll return them and get another shoe.

These shoes are great, however, because of the short from toe bed they hit me right the bone so they hurt.

I sized up 1/2 size and still they were too small. They are very cute, but way too small. I was worried about exchanging them since the size was so far off. I also have a narrow foot and these were pretty narrow.

This particular pair of shoes was returned previously from another customer. Although the shoe is marked WW, it is very narrow. I will be returning them also.

These are darling shoes, but felt a half-size shorter than normal. The arch support seems very good, and the cushy insole would be a pleasure to wear. However, the length issue, plus the fact that they felt narrow across my toes means they are going back. I don't know what I'd do without Zappos! I have very hard to fit feet, and I'm not within an hour of a store that carries these brands. Thank you, Zappos!!!

I couldn't even get my feet into these shoes in the wide width. They are cute, but they will be returned.

Nice shoe but runs small had to return ..

I received a 10 WW and really loved these to begin with. After a few wears, they got really floppy and now I can't wear them as they slip off. Super bummed as I loved the feel and look of them. Definitely consider trying two different widths.

Much too tight in the toe box - had to take them off right away

These were cute, but I'm sending them back. They were too short, even though it's my usual size. (I haven't ordered this brand before.) There was no room for my toes.

I typically wear an 11 and have a wide foot, so I was excited to see these came in an 11W. The 11W, however, was way too tight so I returned them and ordered the 12W. Those unfortunately were too big, my heels were completely coming out when I walked. I probably could've done an 11 1/2, but that is not an option. They did feel comfortable, though, and I have flat feet.

Still looking for blue flats. Ordered double wide, these were way, way too tight!

I was excited to get these shoes, however much to my disappointment they are not comfortable on my foot. I can feel the square heel on my heal when I was walking around my house. The shoe is very stylish and cute. Unfortunately they will have to go back. Love Zappos shipping policy.

I was in love with these at first as they were very comfortable. I never wear a wide, but they fit perfectly. However, after wearing these for a 12 hour day (not standing the entire time; mostly sitting), I hope I never have to wear them that long again as they were just plain uncomfortable. Maybe they need to be broken in more, but I will only be wearing for short amounts of time.

The right shoe felt perfect with my arch support, the left felt too snug in the toe and like it might blister my heel. Disappointing, as they are cute and very light weight.

I love the look of the shoes and really wanted them to work. I tried them in two sizes but the toe box was both too short and not deep enough to accommodate my medium-wide toes even in the larger size. So disappointed!

Too large! Ordered my usual size and it was way too big. Returned. They are cuter in person though, it’s a pity that size down is not available.

I’ve worn these shoes at least once or twice a week for two years. They are falling apart in the back inside top heel area. For the price I certainly got my money’s worth. I love the style and I was very pleased to find an option for my wide feet. My only frustration is that the leather is poor quality and the toes went grayish scuffed/worn out looking within the first few weeks of wearing them. I’ve been using black shoe polish periodically since then with limited success. I won’t be buying this brand again since the look of the leather wore out so quickly. It’s a shame because the fit and comfort are perfect.

Day One: These are the cutest, most comfortable shoes! Exactly what I've been looking for in a flat. These styles never have enough support, but this one is fantastic and I think I've finally found my go to work shoe. Day Two: A wicked squeak has developed in the left shoe which will likely preclude me from ever wearing them again. I'm slightly crushed. I am a 6.5 EEE, bought a 7 WW. Sent back for a half size larger and now they fit like a dream.

I think this is the most gorgeous shoe! But even at half size bigger than my absolute biggest, there's no room for my toes. Granted, my feet are wedge shaped, not tapered, but this style usually fits. I am so bummed, because they look awesome, look like quality, but just do not fit.
