Disappointed. I am in my late 30s and wear wide width shoes, which are hard to find in even marginally cute or age appropriate styles. I wanted to like these and another pair of Soft Spots I ordered, but in addition to being wide, there is way too much space between the top of my toes and the inside of the shoe (I can fit my fingers in the gap with room to spare). So, if your wide foot is also thick, give these a shot.

I fell in love with comfort of the shoe the moment I put them on my feet. Once I stood up they appeared to be wide across the middle of the shoe. I am going to try and order 1/2 lager and narrow. Hope this will solve the problem. Don't want to send them back.

The shoes are very comfortable. They smell a bit - but my feet are not in pain at days end - so the odd scent is worth it. As usual, Zappos service is incredible.

This shoe is comfortable and stylish. I wear them all the time to work as they look professional. The padding inside is wonderful! My only complaint is that I wish it was a half size smaller as they are a bit big.

Toe box felt really narrow, heel in person was a little lower than in picture. Very cute detail and nice color.

I really like these shoes! they have padding and arch support. They can go with skirts or jeans. I am not a "flats" person; I bought them to hike from my car to the office - when I get to the office, I change into my heels! However, I'm finding all sorts of outfits I want to wear them with all the time. I usually wear a 9-1/2, so that's what I ordered. They feel a tiny bit big, but I'm okay with it!

I ordered a 7M and 6.5W, and like others have found, the toe box is much smaller than normal. I ended up going with the 6.5W because the 7 was a bit too long for me. Overall, it's got excellent arch support and it looks really nice -- it goes well with dresses and pants. My only complaint is that the heel width is a bit narrow so I have to wear those invisible shallow socks or tights to keep the shoes from rubbing against the sides of my heels.

These are very cute and its nice to find a pair in a narrow. Until this, cute flats have been a holy grail for me with my narrow feet. They are very "structured", which makes them a bit dressier than those that feel (and look) like slippers. I find them a tad short for size.

Cute style, well-made. Sz 6, cushy inside but not enough arch support for my high arches. Returning.

Very nice, cushioned footbed. My left foot felt pinched in the front, but I do have an issue with that foot. So they just couldn't work for me, but were very attractive and well made.

Cute shoe. I am a 10.5N and ordered a size up as they don't come in 10.5. The 11N wouldn't stay on my feet. Too bad, they felt very comfortable otherwise! May try the 10N to see if they fit.

I needed comfortable shoes for standing up during an all-day event. These shoes were so comfy! It's like your feet are being cushioned the whole time. I remember standing in my hotel room and not wanting to take them off. I gave it 4 stars for overall because I have wide feet, and the corner of the shoe kind of pinches my feet a bit when I walk. Overall, it was good for staffing a booth at the conference. The style is actually really cute and professional-looking for such a comfortable shoe.

These shoes are beautiful! They fit snugly, so no extra room for my orthotics, but I wish they fit! The insoles that come in the shoes are very padded & comfy. They are glued in, though, so you can't take them out to test for fit of other orthotics if you need to.

Very nice comfy footbed, which was one of my primary goals in a shoe. Flattering. Just enough lift for a flat. Good quality leather. I'd like a teensy bit more length, but not a full half size. I can't wear this if I'll be walking all day just for that reason. I expect they'll last a long time.

These are so cute! They're so soft and flexible--it's like walking on a cloud! They do run a bit large, even with my really wide feet, I could have sized down, likely. I normally wear 6.5 or 7, but I could have gotten a 6 (I always order wide when available).

Very cute shoes. I really like these. The heel is a little loose, but they are otherwise comfortable, so I got a pair of heel grips and that took care of the problem.

I thought these would be cute for work - for me they were tight in the toe - will stretch out with wear however.

I ordered 5-6 pairs of black flats at once, and these were the most comfortable for me right out of the box. They are the only pair I ended up keeping. Most shoes hurt my feet. There's one spot on these up near the toe that feels a little stiff, but I'm hoping they loosen up as I wear them.

Ouch. I keep thinking these will be comfortable. It's probably my fault for not returning for the next size up, but my previous pair of Softspots was a 7.5 (very similar style) and fit like a dream. So I ordered these in a 7.5 and after a month of wearing them in, I cringe at the thought of putting them on. I wish the brand would be more consistent.

I'm still on the fence with these. I'm wearing them with socks inside at home to stretch them a bit, and then with regular knee-highs at work to see how they feel. The other reviewer that found them too short in the toe box, that's exactly what I found. Otherwise, they would fit perfect. If I went 1/2 size up, they probably would be too wide in the heel. The inside is so comfortable though with great arch support. The sueded material on the inside may be part of the problem with the fit. These may be made to be worn "barefoot". I may do that in the warmer months, but once the heat goes on, I put on trouser socks or knee-his. That material fights as you try to slide your foot in and then your knee-hi bunches up. The look is really nice and the leather is good quality.

Love this shoe. Soft and pretty. Toe box too cramped in w size, not wide enough. Hate to return it, but I need more room. Thanks.

This shoe is very cute looking. I bought it to wear at work and it was a great choice. The only problem is that when I first got them, they pinched my pinkies. But as I've worn them more, the leather has adjusted and they fit very well. Love them now. Would recommend them to anyone who wants a cute and comfy shoe.

I ordered an 8.5WW. These shoes had minor gaping at the sides and toe box felt a bit tight. They also had too wide of a heel and I walked right out of them. Will try an 8WW but am afraid toe box will be too narrow. Really wish these had a wider toebox and narrower heel.

The contrasting leathers in the red along with the chain detail create a better-looking flat than most. The toe box in the 7.5W felt right but the shoe was too wide along the rest of the foot. I'll reorder a 7.5M and hope the toe box is adequately large. The comfort of the insole is terrific!
