I believe that if I did not have bunions, I would not have an issue with this style. I usually take a size 10WW. The shoe fit fine everywhere except in the toe area, where it was too snug for comfort.

These shoes are very comfortable. The heels are a wide, so I must wear them with stockings to prevent rubbing. The buckles look nice for work, and the toe box fits well. Light arch support that improves as the shoes conforms to your foot.

These are beautiful shoes, nicely padded insoles and lovely detail. I really liked the low vamp as I have one foot that was broken right in the arch years ago and now I have a lot of arthritis in the break that makes it very hard to find a shoe that fits over that spot. So the low vamp was really a selling point. I ordered 9WW which normally fits me in Easy Spirit and Hush Puppies, however, the toebox was too narrow at the very end of the shoe. Ingrown toenails is not something that I want from a pair of shoes. I tried walking in the house in them anyway and the heel was much too loose and the shoe literally kept coming off my foot as I walked. I am sending them back.

First let me say that I do not have a fat or wide foot but the part with the chain across the forefoot is a bit uncomfortable at first when you stand up on the shoe. I have a fat big toe and I think my problem may be how my toes are shaped. But, the rest of the shoe feels true to size. So other than a little 'pinch' at first across the top of the foot the shoe breaks in fast and soon you will not feel any pinch.

I bought these shoes strictly for work. I was a little put off at first because they are a bit tight, but once they are worn in they fit like a glove. My only concern was the front of the shoes, the leather seems to chip away easily. I do a lot of walking. Thank god I used a sharpie to color in the spots.

I was looking for a "not too flat" flat that would go nicely with both slacks and dresses and found that in this shoe. Totally appropriate for both the office and the weekend. Lots of cushioning keeps this shoe comfortable all day. The shoes were a bit snug in the toe box at first, but loosened up over the course of wearing without becoming permanently stretched out. The shoes are really simple but the chain link detail on the toe and the color contrast help keep the shoe stylish and fun.(Added bonus: the rubber sole has been a saving grace this icy winter.) I purchased a pair in the tobacco and one in the navy. Had a defect problem with the tobacco and Zappos took great care in helping replace the shoes. Another satisfied customer!

These shoes fit like a dream and the cushion made working on my feet for 12 hours a day very easy. They are a cute design and look great with slacks or a skirt. My only complaint is that within a month of wearing these shoes, the tops of the shoes began to peel. I wore them as working shoes, but still the leather was unable to hold up to all the walking and I had to get rid of them. Such a pity!

I really like these shoes. They are very cute and comfortable on those days that I am on my feet all day. The only thing that I don't like about them is the width of the heel. My heel will sometimes slip in and out of the shoe while walking or while I am driving (I drive a manual). I will mention that I have a very narrow heel and often have this problem, but I did get a narrow size and this still happens. So I would say they run a bit wide. Other than that I absolutely love these shoes.

These shoes can be great if I find the right size! I ordered a 7M which I usually wear. But the cushioning (divine!) is so thick that it made the shoe too tight at the toe. I'm re-ordering in a 7.5M. Hope that works.

Took a day or two to break in, but now they're very comfortable. I really like that they're both cute and sturdy. From previous experience with this brand, I decided to order a half-size smaller than what I normally wear.

These are very comfortable. It is difficult to find shoes in a narrow width that are cute and comfortable. These have excellent support and kept up with me the first day that I wore them. I highly recommend them.

The shoe is really stylish and goes with dresses or pants nicely. It was too small in the toe box for me and the heel slipped in my regular size. Will continue to wear Softspots though as good quality.

These are super cute and look great on. I usually do not go for leopard shoes, but these would really add a little pizazz to an outfit. However, I am an average size 7½M, and these are rather snug in that size. I tried a 7½W (I usually never wear a wide width) and they seem to be OK - more room in the toe box, and not slipping off the back of my feet. I am still trying to decide for sure whether I will keep them. So, my advice would be to realize that these shoes run a little short and a little narrow in the toe box. If your feet are medium but you like room in the toe box, try them in a wide width. These shoes only give so-so arch support,but they are very padded and comfortable and they are not super flexible on the bottom (which is what I need). I may wind up putting my Aetrex insoles into these shoes because those insoles give better arch support.

I really wanted to like this shoe. Like others have said...toe box is super snug...heel was a bit loose so I know it wasn't length. Fit was not workable at all and I had to return them...disappointed, but, as usual, Zappos makes it easy to return.

These are stylish and I can wear with slacks, jeans and different colors. I have a very wide foot and these fit better than most. Hoping the stretching as walking will make them perfect.

These are beautifully made shoes, with an ultra comfortable footbed. I loved them so much I ordered 3 different sizes to try to get into a pair that worked. In my regular 9m the toe box was just too tight. I ordered a half size up (it was too long) and then the same size but in wide (perfect in the toe, slipped out of the heel even with thick socks). I am so sad I can't keep them. :(

I really like how these look and they feel good when you first put them on but then after a few hours the tops of my feet start hurting. I was hoping for better. I plan to keep them and maybe with time they will get better but I can't highly recommend them for that reason.

I wanted a comfortable, casual black flat. I like the look of the shoe and they are comfortable to stand in. I probably should have purchased a half size smaller. I wish they had better arch support.

These are very pretty shoes. I really like the copper color. They seem comfortable and I really like the inside padding. However I cannot seem to get a good fit, it seems they run short and wide. I will try one more size and hope this works because I like them so much. I absolutely love that Zappos will let me return them for free!

Very cute and good quality flat for everyday - I ordered a 7 1/2 and when I first tried them on they felt somewhat snug at first but because of the comfortable padded interior my foot seemed to get used to it quickly. Nice arch support. I really like the style and I ordered basic black - I think I will get much use out of them for an everyday casual shoe.

Love the look! Third try on getting a size that will fit so I am giving up. Thanks Zappos for making returns easy and free!

Loved the shoes color and shape but it is too small for my size 10 feet. I returned and reorder a size 11W.

Overall, I really like this shoe! I am wearing it summer/winter, with skirts/pants, or dressy/business looking capris. It's not "old lady looking" according to my teen girls! The best feature is the padded sole the whole length, although there is absolutely no arch support. The padding does help relieve the pain slightly. I couldn't wear my soft orthotics with this. I have RSD nerve pain in my feet, so only soft, flexible things can be tolerated for a short time of sitting per day. The upper is a bit too rigid, but because of the generous size -- there are never 1/2 sizes above 10s - I can wear to my limit easily. I like the extra detail on the heel, but the heel falls off my foot. So I needed heel liners too. Found out the gel ones heat up and ooze their way right out of the shoe. Found 1 sticking to my purse after taking shoes on/off during movie! I will definitely buy from Softspots next time I need shoes. I would like other colors, same style.

In the looks department, these were exactly what I was looking for. Ballet flats offer no support and I can't wear them, so I wanted a cute flat that didn't have a clunky bottom. These are perfect! The heel provides a little lift, the ball of the foot has padding, but toward the toes is very flat which look great! I ordered my usual size and I couldn't decide whether to go up or not. I finally just wore them out and could barely walk by the end of the day. The back of my heels had blisters because they slip off and rub in the back and my small toe was rubbed quite a bit too. I'm going to get the toe box stretched and I'm guessing I just have to break them in. I'm still hopeful that these will be my comfy work shoes with some TLC!
