Shoe felt a little small in length and toe box width. Comfortable and cute shoes.

Comfortable shoe but too tight in the toe box for me.

This shoe is just right when you are wanting comfort and good looks– Often hard to find together in a flat shoe. So I'm going to use it for long days traveling, touring, walking through airports with luggage etc.

Nice padding for the sole, but it makes the toe box too snug. Will have to go up 1/2 size and try again.

Cute shoe for a flat. The padding inside is super comfy, albeit a little hot. I'm still breaking in the rest of the shoe. I normally order a 7.5 or 8, but had to go to an 8.5 on this one and even that felt a little snug. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Love these shoes! They are very comfortable and I like the style. I'm on my feet all day at work and these shoes are great.

A little bit tight in the toe otherwise I would have kept this. Also, I thought it was listed with a removable insole but I would have had to tear it out to see if my orthotic fit.

I ended up loving these shoes, but be a little careful when ordering. I ordered both a size 7 and a size 6.5 to compare and see which one fit better, and the 6.5 was an entirely different shoe than the size 7. The 7 had a more squishy insole, a softer inner lining, and had an awesome padded pillow on the heel to keep the shoe from slipping off. It also had a nice, quality looking exterior. The 6.5 looked like it had gone through a 'cheapo' redesign. At a glance it looked like the same shoe, but upon closer inspection it was way shoddier craftsmanship, and it was much less comfortable to wear. I love the size 7 that I ended up keeping, but if the 6.5 had been the one that fit, I think I would have returned it. It just wasn't as good of quality of shoe.

These shoes are super comfortable! The first time I put them on I knew they would become part of my regular shoe rotation for days when I'll be on my feet a lot. The insole is extremely comfortable and squishy. Minor complaint: the toe box is a bit tight where the buckle crosses it but it hasn't caused me any problems and I think they will stretch a bit with wear.

This shoe is very comfortable, with lots of support in the insole. However, I have bad bunions on both feet. The left bunion is worse, so it kind of rubs. I think when I wear the shoe some more, this won't be an issue, as the shoe forms to my foot. This is a high quality shoe.

I am a true 10½W in these type of shoes. So unfortunately, Zappos was out of stock by the time I discovered them. Had they been available, I would have purchased this blue/tan color as well as the tan/dark brown, and the copper leopard.

I know that these types of shoes need to be broken in a bit, but the overall shoe seems slightly narrower than advertised. Still it's a good shoe.

I have a narrow foot, yet I need a wider round toe box. This shoe - as cute as it is - pressed my two smallest toes together too much.

The sizing is not consistent. Usually take 8.5WW, so I ordered the 9WW based on comments. The leopard print fit wonderful and they were so comfortable, but the color was a bit over the top for me, so I ordered the basic black. The 9WW did not fit - too harrow and felt a bit short. I exchanged for the 9.5WW and they were too long. They are cute and I really wished they fit.

This is a strange little shoe. The design is very cute and they look terrific with skinny jeans. They are also extremely comfortable. But, as other reviewers have mentioned, the fit is weird. I ordered my regular size but returned it because it was too tight in the toes, though a good fit elsewhere. I went up 1/2 size and it's just a little too big. I'm keeping them because I like them otherwise but I wish the fit were a bit more standard.

Adorable, but unfortunately, they felt too tight for my size 10 feet. (Long toes get all crunched up at the top.) Need to get something similar and a little larger due to the shape of the toe.

These are absolutely darling shoes, but I ordered a 7½WW and it is so small that I can barely get my feet into them. Unfortunately, they will have to go back.

I always wear a 10WW. However, the toe box box was too short, causing both of my big toes to rub against the end of the shoe. That was very painful! I love the style of this shoe, which seems to have average arch support. The leather is slightly stiff, but of good quality, so I expect it will break in upon wearing. I will try a 10½WW. I love Zappos. I buy all of my shoes here. Sometimes I have to kiss a few frogs before I find my glass slippers.

I ordered a 9W as that is what I usually wear, and by the reviews that sounded right, well I got them, they are too short and not wide enough. They are very comfortable, so I will try a 9½WW which I have never worn in my life.

Back of the heel is a little high and rubs a bit. They will be okay with a pad in them. I wear orthotics in mine so that lifts it just right.

Very cute and comfortable flats! True to size. Very happy with this shoe.

I really liked the looks of this shoe until I stepped down in it. It wanted to gap on the sides. I would so like to wear a low heeled shoe but often gaping is a problem. I don't want to blame the shoe but it is not right for my foot. I guess that's why I gave it a 4 star rating.

Correction: I had ordered two pairs of shoes and wrote the review on the wrong pair. The Softspot shoes were simply too large for a 9.5 Narrow shoe and kept slipping off my heel when I tried to walk. I apologize for the confusion and the error in reviewing the shoes. The other pair of shoes were Naturalizer shoes that were defective when received.
