The manufacturer states that the shoe is made of "leather upper." However, the thin material ripped off the first time my daughter wore the shoes, leaving a ghastly half inch scar on the top. It no longer looks dressy, but messy.

These shoes are terrible. I have wide feet and usually a 10 EE fit me perfectly no matter the brand but these tore my feet up! I bought them to wear to a job interview and boy did I regret it. After wearing them for only 2 hours and only walking about 1 mile total, my heels were destroyed. I had horrible, full thickness wounds to my heels that were incredibly painful and took forever to heel. Stay away from these if you have wide feet!

I had to return these shoes as they were too tight in the toe area. I tried a size up but that was too big. They are such cute shoes but I am only giving one star since I have several others that fit me perfectly.

These shoes ran really narrow. Very comfy, but took a couple of size/width changes to get a fit. I had to get a wide (normally get regular width). These shoes fell apart from the inside! My pinkie toe wore a hole in the inner lining in a matter of 2 months, and the insole was a huge moisture sponge that quickly turned into a stinky mess.

This shoe is super comfortable and fit really well but I feel the quality is very poor. Zappos was wonderful and replaced the first pair due to within the first month the shoes were coming apart. The pair they replaced them with we're coming apart and looked terrible after about 2 months I was advised with the second one that I would need to contact the manufacturer who I emailed and have never heard back from. I really did love the fit of these shoes and would have bought another pair if they had of held up better.

These shoes are super cute and very comfortable. However, the leather is terrible quality. I have had them for about 2 months and both toe areas of my shoes have peeled leaving the shoe with Grey areas. Super disappointed and I will not be buying another pair of these despite how comfy they are.

I was so looking forward to these shoes, but alas I was sorely disappointed. With bunions and a wide foot, they were very small. I now know not to order soft spots. Thanks for Zappos fast service!

I was very disappointing with these shoes. The insole liner was very flimsy and was soon torn up, exposing the padding underneath which crumbled and came off on my feet. Also, the leather top scuffed off easily, basically ruining these for work shoes. Quality is not worth the high price of these shoes. Will not buy from this brand again.

These shoes have a distinct upward curve to the toe box. I felt like I was wearing "I Dream of Jeannie" shoes. Back they go.

The shoe toe was too snug and my toes were right up against the the shoe. The shoe felt narrower than a WW. I will try the shoe 1/2 size larger and see if it makes a difference.
