These shoes were even cuter in person than on the website and I'm so sorry I could not keep them, but they were between a half and a whole size smaller than the size marked, so I couldn't even try them on. The Zappos service was excellent and I'm sad the shoes did not work out.

I wrote a review when I first received these shoes, but I wanted to write an updated review. Because after 6 months those shoes were in the trash! The leather on them did not hold up and they were scuffed and looking awful! I've bought $15 dress shoes at Walmart that stayed nicer longer! Very disappointed with them for the price. Don't waste your money.

This is my serving pair of these. I loved the first in terms of comfort, but this new pair SQUEAKS with every step I take. Both shoes.

These are really pretty, but they run extremely narrow. I bought a D (wide) width, and couldn't get the shoe on at all. Note that the system defaults to "felt true to size" and "moderate arch support". Since I couldn't get the shoe on, I can't provide real life answers to those questions, so I left the defaults. The shoe is definitely much narrower than expected.

These fell apart after only a few uses. I used my foot to prop a door open (didn't rub the shoe against the door or anything crazy) and the leather on the toe has torn and they now look trashy. They were comfortable and a nice looking shoe but they just didn't last.

Very comfy but poor quality! These scuffed at the toe literally after the third or fourth time wearing. Now I’m stuck with an $80 pair of flats that are fit for the grocery store and that’s about it. I? really love the comfort and style, but they aren’t made well.

Very adorable looking shoes!! Ordered the wide size as my pinkie toe often gets squished & I thought I'd give a wider size a chance. No luck with this shoe. Did not seem to have much support either. The stitching top edge caught me across the big toe at the joint so I knew I'd be having issues before long. Not a shoe I'd be willing to spend all day on my feet for!

These are not navy blue. They are royal blue with a navy accent and they're a weird finish, almost like fabric stretched over faux leather. Can't speak to comfort as they didn't make it out of the box. They are going back!

I ordered these shoes for trade shows. I was looking for comfort over style. Only after one show (granted it was a long hour 4 day show) they were worn out and I developed Plantar Fasciitis from standing in these shoes. No support at all and in so much constant pain. I regret my purchase.

These shoes are a perfect example of how shoe designers and engineers don't take into account that a LONGER foot requires MORE VERTICAL SPace--feet are proportional, and it's not like my feet are fat, just long, but there wasn't enough space from footbed to toecap--these pinched like crazy around the toes.

Soft Spots doesn't make wide wide shoes. They mark them as such but they are narrow shoes, VERY NARROW. Badly cut and badly designed, IF YOUR FEET GET SWOLLEN OR OYU ARE A BIG WOMAN, they will not fit you. Very frustrating because they have some cute models. The manufacturers should re-design they wide wide line.

Soft Spots shoes does not have wide wwide shoes. They call them and mark them "wide wide", but they are narrow, very narrow. Their shoes are badly cut and designed, a pity because they have some cute models. Women with swollen feet or big women will be frustrated and disappointed when receiving these shoes.

I bought a Black Calf Ionic pair and a Peacoat Navy/Black pair, both 7 M, my size. The Black pair fit but the toe box on the right shoe pressed on the top of my toes. The Navy pair was so small I thought I had received the wrong size, it was too small to judge the width. Unfortunately I purchased 2 other pairs of shoes for a total of 4 pairs and they came in 2 Boxes. I never had a problem with returns before but was told as I was exchanging 3 pairs and returning one I would need to send the one pair back in a different box. I received 2 pairs in a box and only had 2 Zappos boxes. I had to get a supervisor as the associate who was assisting me said I could send them back in a bag???I was so frustrated after 15 minutes on the phone I cancelled everything. The supervisor and associate was apologetic but I am afraid to re-order as I will now have over $1,000 dollars tied up in shoes and nothing on my feet.

The toe leather peeled off. Very unimpressed with the quality for the cost

my foot is exactly 11 inches long. unfortunately most 12 mediums don't fit, I will stick with the trotters.

Just received these shoes in the mail, opened the box and was bitterly disappointed! That is why the 1 star rating. Beautiful shoe but not close to the colored portrayed online. I was looking for the burgundy color as shown to match my dress for a wedding but received a light coppery-bronze instead. The shoe was very comfortable, but sooo not the color shown on the website. Unfortunately,Back they go!

Nice looking shoe, but unwearable. The toe box is so flat I can barely squeeze my fingers in there, much less my toes. I tried to take out the cushion in the shoe, but the whole shoe loses its shape and fit. Won't be getting Soft Spot shoes again!

Very narrow. I have several shoes by the this brand in the same size and I could barely get my feet into these. On the flip side, they are very attractive shoes; I was sad to send them back.

These shoes are poorly made. When I first got them, they seemed alright and like a good comfortable work shoe, especially for someone with wide feet. However, I've had these shoes for only 3 months and they've been falling apart for 2 months. The padding at the bottom of the shoes are completely eaten away, the leather at the front of the shoe is scuffed and ripping off. Also, did I mention I ONLY WEAR THESE SHOES AT WORK. I don't wear them on the street and they are still in horrible shape.

Loved the style of the shoe, but when I tried it on, it was so painfully tight that I couldn't even stand up in it without severe discomfort. Had to return these shoes.

Sadly I will not be wearing these again. They were so wide in the heel that I walked right out of them. Also, the outside edge is so high that it rubbed painfully against my ankle bone. I was miserable in them throughout the day.

I ordered these shoes for a wedding. The shoes were pretty and would have gone well with my outfit. But, the shoes I received were nearly a full inch longer than they should have been for a 9.5 narrow shoe. There was too much paper crammed into the toe of the shoe and the wooden stick that is lodged between the paper in the toe and the heel of the shoe, in an effort to retain the shape of the shoe during shipping, had stretched the shoe to the point that the upper part of the shoe heel that hugs the ankle was stretched way past the bottom heel of the shoe. Since the shoes are ordered online, there is no way to immediately try another pair of shoes to see if all size 9.5 narrow shoes in this style are the same. Therefore, I cannot give an adequate review since they were defective when received and had to be returned. Other than this problem, I was pleased that the shoes arrived in a very timely manner and much sooner than expected without having to pay $25 expedited shipping charges for next-day delivery.

I'm so disappointed. I love the look of these shoes, but when they arrived, they were way too small. Am exchanging them for a larger pair. Hopefully the new ones will fit better and I can change my review.

I ordered a 10W, which is usually plenty big. This shoe is extremely stiff and much smaller than sized. The leather hooks in over the ankle making the shoe smaller. couldn't even get it on my foot.
