Shoes are comfortable but a bit narrow, I ordered a 10 W. I decided to keep them hoping they will eventually stretch a little for a perfect fit.

These will get the job done (I am pregnant and a teacher) - comfort with enough of a dressy look. They are not exactly fun or super stylish, but the foot padding is unmatched! They have been rubbing at the heels a bit. I am wearing Band-Aids on that area for now to prevent a blister. Maybe it will be better after some time has passed.

The shoes were comfy for walking, yet still appropriate for the office. Unlike other flats, these shoes have just enough of a heel so that it won't wear down as quickly as other flats, which is important if you walk or take public transportation to work.

I just got these in the mail and they fit beautifully. I have to get extra wide because of my bunions and these are wide enough to support my bunions (I put weight on them). Usually they stick out over wide shoes and I end up wearing a hole in the shoe because I walk on the non-supported part of the shoe. The only problem with these is that the heel part of the shoe only has support in the middle of the heel. I usually put weight on the outside of my heel. As a teacher, I'm on my feet all day so this could present problems. I will have to wear them for a day to see how they feel.

Toe box too short but otherwise extremely comfortable. Chain on top of shoe is not well matched to the fabric, takes away from the "class" of the shoe.

Great shoe once it is broken in. I have a wide foot. Initially the toe box is tight but does loosen up over time. The heel area is also wide which isn't where my foot is wide so my heel slips out after about a year of wearing them. I am on my second pair, wear them at least 4 days a week. Overall a good shoe.

Easily the most comfortable shoe I've ever warn - I wear them everyday to work! The bad side is that they make your feet smell. :(

These are the most comfortable shoes right out of the box, so much so that I've worn out one pair in black, bought another, then blue and another in brown. I wear one pair or the other every day at work. The only negative is that the 2 last pairs that I've bought have developed an aggravating squeak when I walk. I've even thought about not wearing them anymore, but not quite ready to do that yet.

They look good, are comfortable, and are just what was missing from my wardrobe. I wear them often. They get a little hot when I wear them without slipper socks, however.

They're very nice with comfortable soles. However, the toe box was a bit tight for me despite me getting the extra wide, particularly at the 4th toes of each foot.

I wear a 12 and these were too small. When you're a 12, you can't size up, so I have to return these. They are very cute, so I'm bummed.

Usually wear an 11WW, but Softspots has been inconsistent with sizing and I had to return the 11 and reorder in a 12WW. Toebox is short. The larger size, however, is very comfortable and I can wear them all day with no pain (no easy feat these days). However, these shoes make my feet smell like something unholy. I don't usually need a foot spray, but it is a must with these shoes. I'm assuming that the leather-look lining doesn't breathe, but the odoriferous emanations are overpowering. I've taken to sitting at my desk at work with the shoes off so that my feet can air out a little. One hour in these babies is enough to produce a stench so pungent as to render unconscious the most hard-core medical examiner. So if you're looking for a comfortable shoe and aren't concerned about such social niceties as smelling pleasant, this is the one for you.

The cute shoe has a very comfortable foot bed. I was a good fit without socks. My toe nails touched the top of the shoe and this felt uncomfortable for me so I'm returning them.

I love these shoes! I have a hard time finding narrow shoes, and these are perfect. They are incredibly comfortable, and they are cute, too.

Cute shoe - have to send back! I generally wear a size 10, and it feels like my toe is hitting the top of the inside of the shoe! Bummed...they are cute & wide is not available in my size and do not want to take a chance going up a size!

I have had bunion surgery on both feet and I've been trying for quite sometime to find a flat that doesn't "rub me wrong" and it seems like this fits the bill! And good arch support as well for a flat.

I wear between 6 1/2 and 7. I ordered the 7 because I thought it might cut across my bunion (I can't wear wide). It fits well but maybe needs a heal guard. The shoes are very pretty and comfortable. It goes with both suits and jeans. The two tones look very rich.

Excellent cushion in the sole, shoe was true to normal sizing for Softspots. Wonderful shoe for a long day at work. Only complaint is that the tip of both shoes are showing scuff marks quite early. A bit of polish hid most of the evidence of early wear and tear but I would expect this after a year or more of wear, not a month.

I bought these for a vacation in Europe because I wanted to be comfortable but was tired of looking like a typical tourist in my white sneakers. They look great. From a comfort standpoint, they were fine for a half-day of touring, but I think my feet would have gotten tired if I had worn them all day.

Very soft, comfortable insoles. Cute, stylish look, can be dressed up or down. A little short, but my usual size is okay. As usual, Zappos service is unbeatable!

So hard for me to find a comfortable shoe for daily wear in a wide width that looks stylish. The heel bed was a little wide on these but overall, the great arch support and comfortable low heel (I hate flats) has made these my go to shoes for any 8+ hour work days.

Wonderfully comfortable shoe! I almost always get blisters on my heels when breaking in new shoes, but not with these; they fit like a glove from Day #1. These shoes are nice enough to wear at the office but casual enough to wear on the weekend. Very happy with my purchase.

I got these in the copper and I'm overall very happy with them. They felt snug in the toe box when I first put them on, but I often wear shoes cut very roomy in the toe. They're feeling much more comfy in the toe after a couple wearings. Super cute with skirts or pants, and I'm able to wear them all day without blisters - I have super-tender skin on my feet, which can be a real drag. Debating whether to get these in the black as well.

Since this shoe was not offered in a 10.5, I ordered a 10 wide. The width was good, just a bit short....11 would have been too sloppy. Love the style,!!! Able to wear with a variety of clothes.

This shoe runs really wide. They were seriously comfy and I think they would have totally worked if the width had been right. I was debating between this shoe and another one - but my feet were swimming in these shoes. My other issue was that the insole was glued in (i.e., unable to use my orthotics). I tried them on top, and they squeaked. (I wasn't a fan of the gold circles on the top, but I could have lived with it if everything else had worked out.) Back they go.
