I'm very sorry but these shoes just hit my bunion & were not going to work. Too bad because the cushioning inside was wonderful.

I ordered these shoes because I have super flat feet and have been experiencing pain for several months now. I needed a shoe that wasn't flat-flat and would be able to hold a custom orthotic. Unfortunately, these shoes weren't it. They felt comfy enough since they had excellent padding but that may have been why they didn't fit me. Depending on the shoe, I can go from an 8 to an 8.5. I ordered an 8.5 and they felt like an 8. I just don't want to bump up to a 9 so I'm returning them. Too bad because they were really cute.

I bought these in blue and brown and initially I loved them. I have a wide foot, 10W, and these fit and felt great even after long periods standing. The problem with them is that they do not wear well. Any little scrape to the toe and the leather tears open and even with polish the tears and scratches show. They should only be worn on carpet, not on the street or a sidewalk. I really love the fit and wish the company would make them with better leather. If they did, I'd buy one in every color.

I loved the style, but the 9 dug into my heel and the 9½ slipped up and down. Sadly I will have to send both back.

I wear an 8EE and these were tight. I think an 8.5 would have worked better, but ultimately I went with a different shoe.

Upon 20-25 minutes of wearing, the footpad of shoe began to irritate the balls of my feet. Also, upon wearing for short period, the top of my big toe became irritated because they rubbed the top edge of shoe. Very cute shoes and really wanted them to work, but I'll be returning.

Very pretty shoe. However, it hurts the top of my foot and does not fit my heel very well. I will keep them to wear when I will not be walking very much.

I love these shoes....BUT I ordered a half size up as recommended by other customers and the shoes are too big, so I ordered my regular size, which is only half a size smaller, and the shoes are too small. I decided to keep the big size, but now I have trouble keeping them on my feet. Maybe I'll stuff cotton in the toes. I ordered the double wide which actually works great for my feet and fit my foot width well, which is the only reason why I'm keeping the shoes at all.

I usually wear an 8.5 and I had to return because they were too tight. If you are a half size, I would go the next size up. I'm definitely getting the 9 though! They look awesome and so comfortable!

Right out of the box, these shoes seemed well made. They were comfortable except for the fact that they were too wide. My feet were slipping out at each step. Have to send these back.

This is a cute shoe and I was really hoping it would work for me but it did not. It fit snugly and I prefer a looser, lighter, roomier feel. The shoes felt heavy, hot, and stiff on my feet. On top of that, they make a weird sound when I walked, like the shoes formed a vacuum around my feet and air was popping as I walked. So I had to return them.

These really do feel like standing on pillows. Unfortunately, in the pair I received, the sole insert was shorter in the left shoe than in the right. When I stand in them, my toes hang off the insert on the left and are a little scrunched on the right. At this price I'll be returning them.

I wanted a dressy pair of flats that were comfy, and these seemed to fit the bill. However, the leather scuffed really easily on the toes, which are a lighter color. I have bunions, so I wore an 11W and they were a good width (in case anyone else has a bunion issue and wants to know).

These were cute! but the length seemed short. I was hoping to order longer, but I'm at the the top of the size offering.

Very cute but they just didn't fit well. I ordered the wide which were a little too tight for my toes so I then tried the extra wide and the shoe became too loose.

The shoes are very cute-- But the size isn't just right. I first bought 8/12 M - too wide and my toes to close to the end of the shoe. So I exchange them for 9 narrow. I kept them, but they are still now the correct fit. I just can't buy shoes from Zappos- they just don't fit correctly.

I just got these today and walked around in the house with them on. They are not comfortable. I ordered an 8.5 which is what I normally order, but the shoes seem a little too narrow across the top of the foot and they are not quite long enough. They are cute so I am going to return them and try a size 9, but I am a little concerned that they may not work for me.

I ordered the 8.5 (normal width) first and the shoe would barely go on my foot and they were snug and too small. This is my typical size. I then ordered the 9-wide and when they arrived they were too small and the width was okay, but still my foot was too big. I am not going to be ordering any more sizes; this shoe just isn't for me.

These are sturdy and overall comfortable while still being moderately cute (i.e., not too dowdy). However, (1) I found them to be on the short side, with my toes a little too snug at the end of the shoes; (2) the upper (not sole) part of the heel is a little high, stiff and maybe strangely shaped, so they tore the skin off the back of my heels the first several time that I wore them. Now, with band-aids and/or tights (was wearing them barefoot), my feet seem to be adjusting, and they're OK.

These are very cute shoes and are for the most part very comfortable. I had to return them because I found the toe box to be hard and my big toe rubbed against the top. A larger size (8½) did not make a difference. I really wished that the toe box was softer. This might be the case for all Softspots shoes since I had the exact issue with a different style.

I wear a 10M, and ordered a 10M. These shoes are way too tight! My daughter, who wears a full size smaller tried them on and said they felt snug on her as well. I am ordering a size up. Shoemakers don't think women with big feet need 1/2 sizes, so there is no choice for a 10 1/2. Very disappointed because they feel like they would be super comfy!

I'm a professor with a fashionable wardrobe and need shoes to match it. My problem is that I have really wide feet and bunions and have a very difficult time finding shoes that fit, are comfortable, and do not look like "old lady" shoes. I was looking for a professional, fashionable shoe that I could wear while teaching and also when walking across the enormous campus where I work. Unfortunately, this isn't it. I tried them on at home, and after about an hour of just sitting at my desk -- not even walking around, they hurt and I wanted to take them off. Even though I ordered the WW, they were just too narrow and stiff where my foot is widest. The style isn't horrible, but they do border on "old lady."

These fit fine, but were not nearly as cute in real life. I wanted another pair of work shoes, but they just don't look dressy enough. Very comfortable, but not dressy. I'd say these are fine for casual weekend shoes, but not the office.

I was so excited to get these, but when I put them on, I immediately noticed the shoe digging into my ankle bone. They felt very comfortable and looked great otherwise, but I couldn't bear the thought of having blisters. I intended on using them as an all-around work shoe (with suit pants and skirts), particularly for our conventions which require a lot of walking and standing for hours in line. I ordered a Size 6 and the fit was perfect. I usually get a Size 6 or 6.5 in Clarks shoes, for reference.
