I love Softspots style and comfort, but these shoes are smaller than normal for the size. Tight across the knuckles.

These are very comfortable and I would have kept them but I felt that they were too short. I usually wear an 8 but could have used an 8½. I would need a size longer to allow room for my toes. However, since my heels are narrow I would have had a problem with my heels slipping out.

I wear a 9WW and love the Softspots Presto style. These pinched my big toe as soon as I put them on. I tried walking on carpet, but could tell that they would not last all day. Very cute shoe, though.

I was very disappointed usually Zappos has very good quality shoes. Unfortunately, I had to return the shoes not a good fit overall. Too tight it seems they run smaller than usually even though I order a wide size it was not wide enough, and the shoes were so hard it felt like hard plastic. Not quite sure happen to the quality of these shoes.

Scuffs somewhat easily. Pity because it's a great shoe otherwise, cute and comfortable. But the scuffs make it look bad quickly.

Comfortable but the leather wore off easily. Would not buy again unless there was nothing else leather in this style. If I did, would have been much more careful.

Disappointing quality. Scuffs are highlighted in different color - didn't last longer than a year.

Thought that this would break in with time but the shoe is really unforgiving and tough on my feet. Would not recommend.

Shoe was way too small! Ordered a 10m and couldn’t even get my foot in them!!! Wear a 10m in every other brand.

There is no way this was a "WW" width. Adorable shoe, but I was very disappointed w/ their idea of the WW category.

The shoe hurts and may be too small. Unfortunately it seemed fine when I tried it on at home, but once I wore it out, it hurt, and they has not changed as I've worn it, so wearing them in doesn't help.

I hate wearing these shoes. But I love the compliments I get about how cute they are. They are not WW, they fit like a a normal M width shoe, which means for a WW foot they pinch in many places. The shoe length was fine. Overall I’m so sad that these shoes are so cute and I hate them so much bc they hurt my feet.

It’s hard enough having big, narrow feet. These shoes made me feel like Cinderella’s stepsisters. Very tight and short.

Way to tight across the toes. Cut into bone above big toe. Cute, but impossible to wear.

These shoes are lovely and very well made but they just didn’t work for my feet. The toe box (front of the shoes) is too tight for my long toes. I tried two different sizes and medium and wide widths without success. I was so disappointed. Zappos makes it easy to order, exchange and/or return. This makes it easy to find the shoes you love. Zappos customer service is top notch. They are there to assist.

Comfortiva - Posie. I generally fit 8W in Skechers but decided to get 8WW (EE) in this shoe. Immediately they pinched across the ball of my foot and I knew I couldn't wear them for any length of time so I returned them. They were the right length and very cute though.

I so wanted to like these shoes. They were exactly what I wanted: cute, right amount of support, and the right heel. But after trying 2 sizes in two different widths, I sent them back after trying them around the house for 3 weeks. No matter what size or width I tried, the toe box seemed low, cramped and narrow. Even in a larger size, the top of the shoe crowded my toes. I could’ve kept them, but they probably would’ve stayed in my closet. So I reluctantly sent them back, thanks to Zappos’ great return policy.

The quality of leather is very questionable. One shoes has a defect( wrinkles). The shoes are very stiff and I can’t imagine to wear them for 8 hours at work. Had to return them back.

I have bunions so ordered a WW. The toe box was small and it hurt my foot - it hit in just the wrong place. I never would have thought this was a W let alone a WW. The leather seems to have little ‘give’ and so it just plain hurt.

Really wanted these to work! Too narrow to be comfortable, but tried the wide & it fell off my foot.

Way too narrow and shorter than marked. Going back.

Granted I need a slim or AAA heel & this was an AA but I have some flats that are medium width that stay on my feet better than this one. I think it may be because the toe box is so short. There is not a lot of shoe to hold on to your foot. I had to return it.
