Ordered a size 13 woman's, they ran just a tad big, very comfortable, a little heavy for running. Great fit for long skinny feet like mine!

Drawn to these for the colors and the fact that since I took up moderate running for exercise about ten years ago, Asics have always fit the best and had the best feel on longer runs - I'm not a long distance person - 5 miles is about my max. I should have taken the other reviews seriously though! I am always a size 11 in all my other Asics, and usually can't wear brands that run smaller (Nike, etc.) had to get a half size up in this Nimbus 14 - and the fact that there was an 11.5 is a miracle in itself, so thankful for that! Also would advise against them for anyone that runs even a bit wide. I have a somewhat narrow foot and I do feel this narrower toe-box myself that others are speaking of. While good for exercise, I don't think I could wear these all day, it feels like there just isn't enough room for my big toe medially.

Loved the feel of the gel sole, but couldn't get a good fit. The toe area is roomy, but the last pinches. Had to send them back. Too bad, loved the colorful style!

I love the bright colors of this shoe and I previously had the Asics Nimbus 12 and 13. I do a boot camp style class with a lot of sprinting and HIIT and these shoes do really well. Great for someone that prefers a lot of cushion.

I love these. I get compliments galore on the colors (I have what was called jolly rancher) That being said they are not the cushiest. I finished training for a 1/2 marathon in these and had real pain in the ball of the foot that I never get with Brooks.

Absolutely love the neon colors on these shoes. The Gel-Nimbus 13 had a lot more padding--I called them my cloud shoes because I really felt like I was walking on clouds. These still have a decent amount of padding but not nearly as much.

I am a huge Asics fan and I've been running in Asics for 3 years now, this recent purchase is okay, nothing against it but not as great as my old pair of Gel Kayano 16.

I'm a 68 year old nurse. I wanted color in my life and I wanted comfortable shoes to work in. I got both with these shoes. I have never worn Asics before. But I'm glad I got them. They are expensive.

I like the Asics because they seem to be a bit wider in the toe. They are very comfortable and wild looking! When I run the strike makes a noise instead of being a soft rubber meet the road. I'm not typically a loud runner so this is very noticeable to me. Perhaps it's the sole itself, what it is made of that is causing the sound or maybe because I am running outside and it is cold. I still like them and have great luck with Asics.

I tried a pair of Brookes and sent them back. I'm an Asics customer all the way.

I had been looking at these shoes for about 6 months before I decided to purchase. I teach Zumba and go through shoes fairly quickly. My heels were really hurting, so I knew it was time for a purchase, so I took the plunge and got these Asics. As soon as I put them on I felt RELIEF! There is nice room in the toe box - I do not like my shoes snug, I like to have movement in the toe - this shoe has it. I also have flat feet and do not like an arch support that feels like a rock under my foot - this shoe has none of that. The heel support is excellent for the type of bouncing we do in a high impact Zumba class. Not to mention, they are very slick looking (I got the black/neon/pink). Definitely recommend these.

First let me say these are beautiful sneakers! They are just gorgeous! However I am an underpronator and I run about 20-30 miles a week, making these not the best sneakers for me. After a week I had to switch to the Asics Cumulus 14, which were much better for my feet. Nimbus 14 did not provide the support that I need and resulted in a lot of ankle pain and shin splints during runs. The Cumulus were better for my moderate underpronation. I am 5"9' and 140 pounds. These sneakers will be used as fashionable lite wear. I hopes this helps some of you that are looking for that great pair of running shoes!

I run in these 16-22 miles a week on average, road surface, treadmill and some gravel path. They have always been comfortable and I forget I am wearing shoes. However I have been trying to transition to a mid foot strike and it is a little hard with these being so structured. I seem to be able to keep them for up to 300 miles.

I have always worn Saucony or brooks running shoes because Asics didn't have enough cushioning. However, this shoe has the forefoot cushioning that I need and is extremely comfortable through the rest of the shoe. The lacing system makes the shoe tight around the mid foot and I will probably go down a half size when I purchase my next pair because the shoe slips a little on my right heel. The ride is great through and the shoe is sleek. The only change I would like to see in this shoe would be making them a little lighter. They are currently 8.7 ounces and I would p prefer closer to 8 or less without losing the cushioning. I don't know if I would run over 10 miles in this shoe due to the weight. But, overall this is a great shoe!

This is another great shoe from ASIC, with the exception that it is a bit less supportive around the ankle. Other than that, I love the color, stability, and comfort. True to size.

My problem has been plantar fasciitis, over a year now. I need good arch support (have high arches) and padding. I only walk -- no running (am "older"). Never spent this much on shoes, but guess my days of the cheap-o's are over. These shoes help a lot -- a whole lot. My dog is happy because he's getting long walks again. I'm happy because I can walk again. I bought a second pair to keep on "standby" in case they discontinue these. Style I grade so-so -- it's just not as important to me as comfort and walkability!

I have a bone sticking out of the back of my foot and could not find any sneakers that were tolerable to wear. I ordered these in a wide size. They still do not feel quite wide enough if I am exercising, but my feet do not hurt at all if I am just walking around. I would recommend them.

These are my first Asics athletics shoes. The grey, lavender, and blue color is attractive. These shoes are lightweight with cushioned soles. I have a neutral gait and narrow feet. The shoes seem wider and longer than I expected in a 9.5AA. The tongue of the shoe is somewhat short. The Mizuno Wave Inspire 8 gives me a better fit, but I already have the only color combination for that Mizuno style in the AA width. I'm a gym workout person, and not a runner, so these are okay for me.

I've heard good things about Asics and so far these feel pretty good. I've never worn the brand before. The heel feels a little lower in the back than other brands. I wore them out shopping one day and my feet were sore on the bottom. Not sure if it was the shoes or just being out so long. I've yet to run in them...that will be the true test.

The Nimbus 12 model fit my foot perfectly. I have a wide forefoot, but the regular width fit well. Nimbus 14 is shorter and much narrower in the forefoot. The 15 didn't fit either. Sent them both back.

I had read (not on this site) that this brand/model were perfect for those with wide ball of foot, narrow heel, high arch and instep, but in my experience this was not at all true. Incredibly tight across the ball and instep and seemed to run small. Had to return.

I was a bit disappointed. I've been a big fan of earlier versions of the gel nimbus. They have fit well with my high arch. This model is not quite up to par. It's smaller and tighter than the usual size 8, with less room in the toe box. Overall, it fits lets well than earlier models and seems a little less well made.

These are cushioned but a quality issue. I have always word Asics and loved them. My high arch, narrow heeled, wide forefoot feet are usually very comfortable in Asics. These shoes delivered in fit, although the heel was a tiny bit sloppy. The problem was the eyelet tore through on the shoelaces when I was trying them on. Upon closer inspection, it appeared that this could be a common problem? I decided to keep the Mizuno Wave Riders and send these back!

I bought these shoes only because of the color. I usually buy Brooks Ghost 5 shoes, and I wish I would have done it this time. No other brand for me but Brooks. I bought a wide with and it feels like a narrow, and my heel keeps slipping up and down in the back. I am a nurse and on my feet for 12 hours a day and I will not be wearing these to work.
