As a runner I have tried every brand of running shoes. I have found that Asics works the best for me. They are comfortable, fit my foot size and fit my running style.

This is my second pair of Nimbus 14s and they are my favorite running shoes. They're well designed for "neutral" striders and have plenty of support in all the right places. In addition to being light and sturdy at the same time, they last quite a while. I gave the style 4 stars only because the color combinations are a tad wild, so I chose the same grey-blue-purple scheme twice in a row. I hope they are in no hurry to redesign this one.

I used to be a Nike lover. I tried Asics because I was running a lot more and a sales person found me in a weak moment. I'm glad they did. It has been about 7 years since then. I keep trying other brands only because my husband is cheap and gives me crap every time I buy a pair. I keep on coming back to the Asics. My husband realizes I spend more money trying other brands and replacing them so now he supports me. These Asics have no break in time. I put them on, work for 13 hours no blisters, and no soreness. They were great from day one.

When my old ASICS Gel-Nimbus needed to be replaced, I first tried a pair of Nike Lunarglide 4's. They didn't provide enough support in my arches or cushion so I decided to spend the money and buy a pair of ASICS GEL-Nimbus 14's. I replaced the insole with a high end cushioning insole (the ASICS insole isn't bad but I like all the extra cushion I can get). After breaking the ASICS Gel-Nimbus 14's in for about 2 weeks I now run in these shoes. For me there's plenty of cushion. I run around 16 miles a week.

Zappos...delivery was great! Can't beat the customer service. My only complaint is that I had a hard time knowing how the shoe widths ran compared to the retail version.

These are made larger than the Nimbus that I've previously had. I usually buy a new pair of Nimbus every year. I love them! I run in them, and I have a pair that I wear to work as a nurse all day. I have these in the pink, and they get so many compliments on the color. Not to mention that they're super comfortable for walking all day and for running!

I have been trying on all different types of pronation and support shoes for the last 3 days and these were the best (besides the Kayano Asics which they didn't have in my size). The only difference was that the Kayanos were cheaper & had a higher arch support they also felt pretty sturdy &'cushy.' For a running shoe I liked the Asics GEL-Nimbus 14! Surprisingly I felt these were better than Brooks Cadence, Nike Reax, Asic Gel 33, and a whole line of shoes ranging from Saucony, Other Asics, Brooks, and Mizunos. That says a lot! I haven't run in them at the indoor track or on pavement just yet but they feel amazing and don't seem to rise up on the heel when walking which is an issue I had with a few other Asics I tried on. I'm not typically a "Pink type of girl' but they are cheery and more unique than the bland white and pastels.

I have a real problem with pronating. Customer service very helpfully directed me to the location of information on which shoes prevent pronation. I've worn these nearly everyday since they arrived. They are so comfortable and have really reduced the pain I was experiencing. I highly recommend these shoes!

I've had these since July and they are awesome! I love how they feel and the cushioning is helpful for all the walking uphill that I do.

Most comfortable shoe in a long time. I am a walker, over 4 miles a day, on hiking trails and flat trails. I have narrow feet, so these shoes even the medium is well suited for me.

I am glad to share with all buyers that this choice of Asics is by far the greatest detailed shoe. It has a remarkable fit, and true to size. The description Zappos gives this shoe is accurate and I was rewarded with wonderful service. I was wearing my shoes on the morning of the second day. Seamless, gracious service. Thank you.

I always love purchasing my new Asics! I love the Nimbus. I have run using the Nimbus 12, 13, and now 14 and they are all awesome. They get me through my training runs for races and then just keep on going right through the races too. They are light, breathable, and comfortable. I've never had a blister or black toenails in these shoes. Just love them, and especially the new bright pink! I've been hit by a car, so the brighter the colors the happier I am! Love the shoes. AND LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the color. I've bought every pair of Gel-Nimbus and they never disappoint on comfort and support.But finally running shoes with a little character that aren't super ugly.

I love these sneakers! I have bad feet and I put these on, and they were like magic, I was able to walk without pain and jogged for the first time in 3 years, and for 7 days in a row after pulling them out of the box, amazing!

I've worn this style since training for my first marathon, so I know it's a winner. This was the first time to purchase them online and not through a running store. The happiest part of my purchase through Zappos was that I could get them in this fabulous color! No running store here even knew this existed. And I think pink makes me fast.

I have a high arch and small feet - size 5. This shoe is perfect for me. I've had all sorts of knee problems until I started running in these shoes. They are perfect for me.

Best running shoe I've found. I started with the 13s and the 14s are even better. Just be aware that every pair - even the same size - fits slightly differently. So keep trying and you won't be sorry!

This is the second pair of Acics Gel-Nimbus I have purchased. They are pricey, but they are the most comfortable tennis shoe I have ever owned! And probably the only kind I will ever buy again.

I always have used the Nimbus and loved it - but just used these new updated Nimbus 14's and they are awesome. The step feels a little cooshier and yet they are supportive. They are the best shoe I've had yet.

Asics always delivers, shoes feel great. Zappos VIP gives absolute great service!

This is my 2nd pair of Nimbus sneakers because I can't imagine wearing any others. The gel pad and cushioning feel like you are walking on a cloud. It absorbs the impact when walking and cushions your joints. Awesome shoes worth the exorbitant price!

This is my fifth (sixth?) pair of Nimbus and this pair fits as well as my first. I'm not the biggest fan of the color scheme but that doesn't affect the comfort at all. Great fit for a neutral foot.

I found these run large. I have always taken a size 11½ in Asics. The Nimbus-11 were my first running shoes and my favorite. I also wore the Nimbus-12 then my disappointment led me to Brooks Glycerine 8, (also 11½). With all the improvements to the Asics GEL-Nimbus 14 , I was eager to try them so I ordered my usual 11½ size. They feel half a size too big. I wore them outside for a couple runs and would not feel right returning them at this point. Be aware that you may need to try these on first and if you are on the fence about returning them for a smaller size, just do it. Half a size too big is too sloppy and blisters are just not fun. Other than the size issue they are super comfortable with the memory foam addition. I like the style and I am thinking of ordering another pair in size 11 just to give them a fair shot.

Love these. Upgraded from Nimbus 13, which I also loved. Both shoes feel like walking on clouds. Have plantar fasciitis and need lots of cushion on my heel. Do lots of walking on hills. These are perfect!
