Zappos delivered quickly and got it right the first time. Will definitely use them again, even though I prefer not to do business online.

I have been looking at various New Balance walking shoes. This one does both running and walking. I have had this style before. Very reliable in looks and comfort. Very supportive in width. The other NB I bought was a different style and it was brown. I liked it but my wife did not. So she wanted me to have a more stylish shoe.

I continue to buy this shoe for all three of my sons (age 17-21). I want them to take care of their feet and this shoe gives great support while providing excellent comfort. They all three have other non-supportive shoes they wear From time to time, but this continues to be their everyday go-to shoe. All three boys are big (6' and taller) and one plays football at the collegiate level. He gets shoes FREE, but this is still his favorite. The shoe is pricy, but unlike many others on the market, they are well constructed and they last.

I don't think I have ever purchased the same shoe back to back but I did here. Bought the blue ones last year and went with the black ones this year. Best kicks ever.

Great looking shoe. Excellent heel cushioning and support. EE width fits correctly. Not overly wide or narrow Vs other New Balance shoes I have tried.

I really like these shoes! They're very comfortable and look good, too! I have a wide foot (4E) and can hardly ever find them in a store. I like New Balance because they look good, feel good and most of all...they're made in the good ole' USA! My wife and I both love Zappos for wide selection, ease of shopping and returns if necessary and wonderful customer service.

I have flat wide, (EEEE), feet and wear substantial orthotics. These are some of the only shoes that I have tried that fit perfectly and they are extremely comfortable. No problem accommodating the orthotics. They are highly recommended.

Other than slow regular postage, the service was excellent! I received exactly what I wanted for the price I was quoted.

I can't say enough good about dealing with Zappos. Over the years they have been very consistent 5 star service and never a disappointment.

New Balance sneakers continue to produce a comfortable, satisfactory product. I was looking for the earlier model, which I really liked, and this updated version is superior. I am very satisfied.

This is the third time that I have purchased these shoes, so you know that I like them. The most convenient purchase was, of course, through Zappos.

I am a soccer referee of college and high school level. I am also 48 w/ chronic plantar facitis and arch pain. not many shoes work for me, but these w/ a superfeet copper insert are excellent. My foot is locked in at the ankle and toe box is just right. Nice quality but a bit on the pricy side.

GREAT SHOES! I got my new shoes and tried them out for a few days in the house. After that I started wearing them daily with no problems. There was no break in period or any discomfort and to be honest, I never really thought about having new shoes on. Size and width were what I expected and the workmanship was without any flaws.

It is the 2nd pair of NB´s 990v3 I bought and they are absolutely perfect for all day walking, running or whatever activity that requires to be standing for long periods of time.

My feet measure size 14¼ so I ordered a size 15D. I selected a blue pair of the M990v3s. I love everything about them. They are absolutely the best fitting and most comfortable shoes that I have owned. The shoes feel light on my feet and great for walking. This is my 2nd pair of NB 990s and they fit great. I have a wide foot and the large toe box is real comfortable. I like the stability and support they provide!

A long time fan of the New Balance 900 series I recently received my 990v3s. I have all sorts of foot problems with fallen arches, bunions and twisted hammer toes! I use custom orthotics daily so I remove the accompanying insert. I long ago gave up on dress shoes and now use black and beige New Balance for casual dress. They are true to size, extremely comfortable and sufficiently stylish for my purposes.

These shoes were a little tight in the toe. I wear a size 15. I would have taken half a size bigger if that was offered. As they were broken in, they fit a lot better. I like the support in the heels and sides.

I wanted to wait on giving a review, and see how the shoe held up, and was afraid about some comments to do with a smell coming from this model, after the shoe got wet. The shoes are holding up fine, and they got soaked two times now, and no smell. I'm happy with the shoes.

These are super well made, super comfortable sneakers. I do wish they had a tiny bit mor padding under the ball of your foot, but I think that's more about my specific foot needs. They look great, and fit as expected! They are a bit expensive, but quality made in America is worth it.

Since the 1st 990, YEARS AGO, this has been 'my shoe.' As a heavier runner, now walker, I've found the 990 to have: exceptional stability, good support, good wear, and all around comfort. I like the shoe so much that I have been known to keep an extra pair in case ND changes production - LOL.

I purchased these for my husband who has pain in his feet on a daily basis. He says these sneakers feel good & don't hurt his feet. He always wears a wide shoe.
