Good comfortable shoes for running or walking. I often try another brand but keep coming back to them for their fit and comfort. If you use orthotics you probably need a half size large and one width wider.

After trying many sneakers to be used for the gym and walking exercise, I opted for this style. I've been buying NB for several years and found that I needed to got up a width in recent years. These sneakers are very light,made in the USA, length is true to size as well as width. They are made well. I've had this product for about 3 weeks and like them.

I ordered the New Balance shoes and I did not receive them after 4 days. I called to see what had happened to my order. The agent that answered the phone was very helpful. She after 2 minutes found out the ordered had not been processed. She then explained that she would reship the shoes free of charge. I will be a loyal Zappos from this day forward.

These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I've worn these every day since they arrived. They fit great, are light and cool. Great for running and walking. High quality.

This is by far the most comfortable, walkable, best athletic I have ever purchased. I was wearing Brooks (which I also like) but Dr making orthotics so I needed a shoe with 0 pronation. Fantastic.

Only had these for a week but so far I really like them. Did some research and these appeared to be best for moderate pronators. Zappos had them a little cheaper than others and got them to me very quick.

I use these shoes for walking. I try to walk over 2000 miles per year. These shoes are the best on my feet. They are the most comfortable. The have two problems. 1) The sole wears a bit too fast for me. 2) You can only wear them to do your run or walk. After you use these shoes you must take them off so they can dry. These shoes are not for indoor use. They will get wet and stink. They have been discontinued and replaced with Version 4.

In the last few months, I bought several brands of shoes in search of one that would accommodate my very wide 4E width. This is the best shoe I could find and will be my go to shoe moving forward. They're comfortable and supportive. Wide foot? Try this shoe.

These are the only shoes I am comfortable in and the 4W are super hard to find now. Zappos took my request and let me know when they were in stock. Couldn't be happier with price or service.

Great shoes. My only "go to". I have been using NB for more than 35 years. And Zappos is unrivaled in service. No other company even comes close.

I love my new NB990s, this is my fourth pair of NB99X. I get a new pair about every two years. I had ordered NB993s from Joe's New Balance Outlet to try to save some money, but had to return them issue with the heel in one shoe, and had to pay for return shipping...

These shoes are excellent and New Balance is the best. These are very comfortable, high quality, and wide. I can only wear 4E shoes and these are perfect I will continue to buy them.
