I have never worn New Balance shoes. So I thought I would give them a try. I love these shoes. They have good support, good arch support and I love the room for your toes. I will be ordering another pair.

These sneakers are fantastic! I am a nurse, spending many hours on my feet...always 'on the go.' This sneaker is amazingly comfortable, yet provides terrific support. The heel has a wide base, there is great arch support and a wide toe box. while not 'sexy' it does not look like grandma's orthopedic shoe! I am usually a regular width but did order wide based on a prior comment about the brand running narrow. My former favorites were k Swiss. The type I preferred is no longer available.

Ordered the first pair in nursing school -wore them out. Ordered the second pair during my first year as an RN-wore them out. Last night a patient pooped all over my shoes so they are done. One the site ordering the same pair for a 3rd time. Not one foot pain EVER.Need I say more?

I have plantar fasciitis (heel spurs) and these shoes are a Godsend. My Mom recommended them as she also had spurs and the orthotics in her shoes from the doc didn't help. These did. We are both very happy with our purchase. They are true to size and great for nurses, too!

I love these shoes. They come in my size 9½N. They do not need to be broken-in, they are comfortable to walk in the minute you put them on. They cost a little more on Zappos, but I get free shipping and returns without the re stocking fee. I have ordered them a few times and have ordered them in black. I have had foot surgery and have no problem walking in these shoes. I hope that Zappos keeps them in stock and sizes for me. I have also gotten them for my daughter who has foot problems and she loves them, too.

Very comfortable and great support. The first day I wore them I walked around the block wearing them and my feet felt great! I have plantar fasciitis, but with my prescribed insoles the shoe was perfect. The size was good and I think they are pretty good looking.

We moved into a new home which we love and it has granite floors. I knew this going in, but got these shoes to help with fatigue on days I'd be cleaning, etc. The extra support is wonderful. So glad I got them!

These are the perfect shoes for my wide, flat feet. They felt comfortable the first time that I put them on; no break-in needed. Just the right amount of arch support. My feet are wider in the front (bunions), and in this shoe my heels do not slide up and down when I walk, but stay firmly seated in the shoe. Good side to side stabilization. I like that they are a plain white. I even got a compliment on them the other day. The only suggestion would be to add tabs in back to help pull the shoe on with.

These are well made sneaker! But, they slip off my heel. This is a common problem with my feet. I wish they worked for me. They are a bit heavy feeling.

Very comfortable shoe. On my feet all day and bought these years ago to solve foot pain. This is my 3rd pair.

This shoe allows me to use my orthodics and is very comfortable. Zappos is an exceptional firm with outstanding employees. I like to place my order by phone, not online. I'm 82 and feel more comfortable talking to a human being! Thank you!

I wear orthotic braces on both legs & need a wide shoe that is comfortable & fits well-these shoes are perfect! They keep my feet warmer than my sneakers & are nice looking!

This is a very comfortable shoe. I have to use socks that are padded in the heel and ball of foot so my arch does not rub. I get a perfect fit with no irritation every time I have purchased this style (and I have purchased at least four since they replaced the 927) it is always a reliable and comfortable fit and comfortable walk. I walk in the malls and I walk outside. They are always comfortable even when I work in the yard digging or walking.

Customer service is great with Zappos. I received a different brand of shoes in a New Balance box. I called the company and explained the situation and was offered a coupon to make up for the error. I was amazed--and the correct shoes showed up in less than 48 hours before the original order was even returned. The representative on the phone was so nice, cheerful and made my day! I have dealt with Zappos over the years and have always been satisfied and this order was no different. It happened there was a glitch in one of their distribution centers and they notified me immediately and gave me a discount for my next order. The order arrived 24 hours after originally scheduled.

I have been trying to find a shoe that fits my extra, extra wide foot for a while now. This shoe fits perfect and is very comfortable. With my diabetes my feet swell up and I needed a shoe that would fit even with swollen feet. These shoes allow me the room I need.

Dependable New Balance. For the last 10plus years, I can always order the same size and they fit perfectly every time no matter the style. Thank goodness for Zappos where I order on a Friday and get the shoes Wednesday.

I have happy feet wearing these shoes. Shoe has a nice boxy toe box that gives room for toes.

This is my second time ordering New Balance 928 - one pre surgery to accommodate a brace in a wide size and this one post surgery in my regular width. Great fit and a stable base for support.

I have been wearing these shoes for 7 years, since my back surgery. They absolutely help keep my body aligned and reduce my pain. I have had several pairs and have never found a shoe that compares for support or comfort. I only wish they were more fashionable.

After my first purchase from Zappos which was very pleasant I made this second purchase. The shipping was lightning fast, the merchandise was as advertised and cheaper than anywhere else. There was a problem with one of the shoes construction which made it uncomfortable to wear so I called Zappos to make a return. The service representative at Zappos was a delight to work with in making the return and was very happy to initiate a replacement order without even receiving the returned item. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had in working with service representatives from any company. The owners of this company should be very pleased and proud of the representatives they have working with the public.

Immediate comfort. Perfect fit for very hard to fit feet. Offers stable gait and I'm walking better after less than five minutes of donning this pair of shoes. I ordered these shoes because I was recovering from a foot injury and needed to transition out of a podiatry boot. My regular New Balance athletic shoes weren't supportive enough and I read on a podiatry site that this model is super supportive. They are perfect for what I need and have eased the transition out of that awful boot. They are comfy, supportive and a good overall athletic shoe. They will be perfectly fine for normal walking and running as well.

Finally I have found a great pair of walking shoes that have great support. I wore them all day and they were still comfortable at the end of day. I like the wedge sole. Thank you.
