I purchased 2 pairs of these shorts in preparation for a week in the summer Florida sun at Disney, and I couldn't be happier with their performance. The are super lightweight, not heavy like "normal" cargo shorts from Levi or other department store brands. This came in hugely helpful because I didn't get fatigued just wearing them. The interior mesh lining feels like what you would find in a swimsuit, but it doesn't chafe the way you would expect a swimsuit to. I like the strong Velcro closures on the right leg and back pockets, and the zipper pocket on the left leg helped store items like sunglasses on the more violent rides. They are extremely water resistant. Splash Mountain lived up to its name, and I got wet, but, again, the material shed the water without soaking it up and causing exponential weight for me to walk around in. My only dislike is the belt. It's a nylon belt with a basic clip, but it doesn't stay tight. I find myself having to re-tighten it throughout the day. Beyond that, these are very nice shorts, well made, and I would recommend them.

light, comfortable and easy to wear. i have 3 pairs now. the belt makes it a little difficult to get on but it's always there and that's a big plus! great value for the money.

I live in Coastal SoCal. I recently retired. Home base in SoCal. But travel in a trailer for fun. These shorts are now my retirement uniform. I have four pairs, different colors. Comfy. Functional. Perfect for all outdoor activities. Golf too.

These are great for traveling and hiking. Also look great for going out for a casual lunch. They are light weight and do not wrinkle much. Perfect for hot weather.

My husband never wants me to buy him anything; says he doesn't need anything. Going to family reunion in Estes Park, CO - bought him two pair. Told him they would be comfortable if we went on a hike, etc. I asked him if he was glad I bought them, "yeah, these are okay, comfortable." (for him that's a rave review!)

These shorts are excellent quality and with the extra stretch, a perfect fit. If you have larger legs above the knee, they can be a little tight while sitting. Otherwise, the perfect light weight, stretchy travel short.

Let me start by saying I'm a guy in my mid 50's. I consider my self fairly hip. That's why I like the longer length of these shorts. I don't want to look like all these older white guys running around in short shorts. I love these shorts for the warmer weather we get here in the Sacramento area. I like wearing these out on the boat as well as around town. They are very comfortable!

Color was good. Fit was good. The fabric is sturdy yet lightweight and comfortable. I'm very pleased!

I love these shorts. They are lightweight and have plenty of pockets for storage. The black belt goes well with the green shorts color.

Bought these to play golf in hot Texas. These are great shorts. Fits perfect and keep you cool while playing golf.Highly recommend!

These are great shorts. They are lightweight but sturdy. These are perfect for hiking on established trails in warm weather. The included belt is a nice bonus.

I like this style shorts because they work well for hiking and bicycling and look dressy enough for casual wear. I added a new pair to the sma style shorts I made a couple years ago. One comment is that one piece of the plastic buckle comes off the belt and I can't find it. Wish it was possible to buy a replacement buckle.

I was looking for longer legged shorts; ones that came about to my knees. These 12 inch were the perfect shorts. They are very light weight, and a great material. I have now bought another pair and they have become my go to shorts during the summer. Believe me they are nice looking and you can't find better shorts.

I have purchased this product before and was very satisfied. I owned a very similar model but a 11 inch length. I was hesitant of getting the 10 inch since I thought it would be short. I was very impressed with the good quality and design of this product. The fit is great and they are extremely comfortable in Houston TX, summer weather. I would wear this shorts every day if possible.

I ordered my normal size and these were a perfect fit. The material is lightweight and dries quickly. Length seems fine and I am on the tall side. Very comfortable and practical summer shorts.
