I run mostly inside and lift weights and bike. But the low profile shoes we're not getting it. Read the reviews on these and fell in love. These are nice and padded but not heavy! Love them. They are a bit snug on, but seem to stretch out. You may need to order 1/2 a size up, especially if you like thick running socks.

These shoes stand out in a crowd. I love the color combination and always get compliments when I wear them. They run narrow so I had to go up half a size from what I normally order in running shoes. The arch support is incredible: you can actually feel it pushing up on your arch when you wear them. I like these alot but like my Brooks PureCadence even more.

Wow. I'm in love with these shoes. I like minimal shoes, I hate wearing cloggers were I cannot sense the ground. This shoes were the perfect balance of cushion/comfort and minimalism. I've been doing most of my running in Nike Frees 3.0 v3. While I loved the connection with the ground on those, my feet felt like they were taking a beating when running longer distances. These shoes are the answer. They are even lighter than the Nike Frees, maintain the 4mm heel-to-toe drop, and offer the much needed comfort and support my other shoes were missing all while maintaining a super low & light profile. I'm not joking, I look forward to putting these things on whenever I can because they just feel good. The only downside I noted, which doesn't impact me, they are a glove-like fit and I have normal to narrowish feet. So if you have wide feet, I would suspect that these would feel a little snug.

Love at first sight! These shoes felt amazing right out of the box, and I love how they hug my feet -- especially the midsole. I have very narrow heels, high arches, bunions and long toes. I usually wear a size 9 (EU 40) in casual footwear and 9.5 is perfect in these shoes. People with wide feet may have problems. I haven't tried these on anything over a few miles yet, but they're also super comfy for walking around or if you work on your feet all day. These shoes are as light as air, and I've received many compliments on the style and color!

These are so good that this is my second pair, for when the first inevitably wears out! I have narrow feet and a high arch, usually wear 8 1/2 or 9. The 9 is a perfect fit. Best walking shoes ever.

These are a really light weight and super breathable sneaker. They are also super cushy and flexible at the same time. They do seem to run narrow compared to nike, with is great for me because i have a narrow foot. I wear a thinner sock with these because there is an elastic band that runs over the arch of the foot and can feel a bit tight if a thicker sock is worn.

I didn't know what arch support felt like until I put this shoe on! I had ordered a much cheaper shoe at the same time and was hoping to go with the cheaper one, but once I put this on my foot I was in love. And they are a super good looking shoe too! My feet feel so supported in these, absolutely phenomenal!

These shoes are super comfortable! Since I am increasing my distance in preparation for a half marathon, I was afraid I would wear out the sole faster than my budget could replace it, but I have worn them on short runs and often wear them to work on casual days. I'm a teacher and on my feet all day, and these shoes keep up with me.

This shoe is perfect for people with very high arches. It will fit like a glove, most comfortable light shoe I have ever worn. If you have normal to low arches skip this shoe. It will bother your arch.

Finally! Shoes that fit my extremely narrow feet! I've never been able to get into running before, because I've never (even with the help of running store associates, special lacing techniques, or doubling up on inserts) been able to find a shoe - either stability or minimalist - that isn't too wide for me. I do have to lace these almost as tightly as they can go, but I'm still so happy with the way they fit. I'm not sure I'd call them minimalist though; they feel very supportive and super soft, like walking on marshmallows. I recommend going up at least a half-size when ordering. I wear a 10/10.5 in normal shoes, an 11 in athletic-type shoes, and had to get the 11.5 in these.

Love. I've been working to lose weight over about 3 years now and finally reached the 65 lb mark. So, as part of increasing my workouts, I wanted to add in running. However, whenever I've tried in past years, I would get terrible shin splints. So, my runner husband suggested these shoes and I'm so glad he did. I've been running 5-6 miles runs regularly now for the past month and while I do have some muscular soreness in my lower legs (to be expected, I think), I don't have the crippling shin pain I had in the past. I credit these shoes (plus some for the lower weight - but mostly the shoes). I love the roomy toe box and the mesh that keeps my feet cool. I now run and workout mostly without socks and it really helps with keeping me cool. The one tiny drawback is that when I first started wearing these shoes, I found them difficult to get on my feet without crushing the back of the heel. I've worked that out now - just by keeping my finger on the heel when I slip my foot in the shoe. I've ordered my second pair so that I won't be left without when or if Brooks decides to change the model.

These are literally the most delicious shoes I have ever put on my feet. I am a modern dancer and a runner and these shoes are almost as good as being barefoot. I have tried many other types of shoes, and I always feel like my foot is in a box. These shoes shape to your feet, hug your feet, and uplift your arch in a way that you don't want to take them off. These are my favorites shoes ever!

Love these for several reasons: (1) very cute; (2) tons of arch support; (3) fit like a glove. They run smaller than normal though...so order up unless you have a very narrow foot. I think my foot is normal/slightly wider than normal and I had to order up one size. I generally wear a 6 so I ordered that first but had to exchange 'em for a 7 (which I never wear in tennis shoes). Love them! These are my first pair of Brooks (I generally wear Mizunos or Asics), and I'll definitely start looking at this brand from now on!

Perfect crossfit shoe for people with high arches! Lightweight, great support, awesome colors available. The only bad thing is that they wear out quickly!

I am not a runner, but wanted a less bulk shoe for walking and decided to try these. I love them! Plenty of support without the heft and clunkiness of regular running shoes.

Love these sneakers! Colors are great, nice arch support and stylish. The only thing that takes some getting used to is the elastic band under the shoelaces that can be a bit tight. Not tight enough to make marks in my foot but I do feel the pressure.

I've had these shoes for about a month and I really like them. They're not quite minimalist shoes because there's still plenty of cushion/protection on the bottom. There is minimal ankle support. I wouldn't recommend them if you have weak ankles or are just starting running. I got my normal size and they fit well. They're a little snug if you have medium thickness socks, but it feels secure when you're running. They're cute, too! I've gotten a lot of compliments on them.

Tried several running shoes before settling on the Brooks PureConnect. Tried shoes geared for stability as well as the barefoot sensation. I found these shoes to be the perfect match of comfort and performance. They fit nice a snug, but my toes still have plenty of movability. I used to develop shin splints after nearly every run, but haven't had any since switching to the PureConnect's. Highly recommend!

First of all, order up a half size to full size, they do run small. That being said, these are my favorite pair of running shoes. I now have 3 pair, different colors. I have been running in them since June, and wearing them to outdoor bootcamps with lots of jumping. These are the most comfortable shoes I've worn. And with them forcing more of a midfoot strike, I am running faster than before. These shoes are also holding up well. Overall a great shoe!

I tried on about 20 different pairs of running shoes before I settled on these babies. They are so comfortable! I feel like I'm walking on marshmallows. I wanted to do the barefoot running thing, and found some great ones (Saucony Hattori -- also very comfortable). But after running in them for a couple of weeks I found that my poor arches felt like they were going to collapse. These are the perfect compromise between regular and barefoot. They are still the "zero-drop" so that you don't have a large chunky heel, yet they give ample padding and support. Love them.

I love the Brooks PureConnect. This my third pair of these shoes. I am a neutral runner and am training for a Half-Marathon. I have taken them to the gym, on trails, and on the road. They are equally comfortable in all areas.

Best thing that ever happened to my long distance running! Love these shoes. They're best for mid-foot strike, short stride runners. I'm 5ft 4in & 105 lbs, so this lightweight shoe works well for me. This is my third pair. Now that my muscles & ligaments have grown accustomed to these shoes, I wear them for marathons. I have remained injury-free and I believe these shoes have played a role. Best of all, they will improve your race times. Their design & efficiency help your posture and your speed. If they're right for you, I highly recommend you give them a try. Enjoy!

Love them! It's a great transitional shoe for those interested in trying something other than the traditional shoe. I've been in Nike Motos for years and decided to switch things up. The Connect will help promote a midfoot strike and a forward lean. I wear a 9 and the fit was good. The way the shoe fits you should feel arch support regardless of your foot type. Warning, you will feel the difference if running on gravel. I'm very happy with the Connect.

The Brooks PureConnect is the perfect shoe for Zumba and Latin Hip-Hop dance classes! It has premium cushioning and support without weight. I can pivot, jump, run and dance my butt off in these shoes! I normally wear a 7 medium width and had to get these in a 7.5. They run a bit narrow, but my foot is narrow so it wasn't an issue. Once again Zappos supior customer service got these to me in 2 days! Yeah, Zappos!
