I searched forever for the right pair of zumba shoes, and I recommend these highly! I know they are for running, but these make a great zumba shoe because they have a low profile (good for turning) but have a good amount of cushioning (for all that jumping). Other running shoes had too much traction and height which hurt my knees, and dance shoes don't have much cushioning which hurt my feet when I have to jump a lot in zumba class. The Brooks PureConnect are perfect! Super comfortable and pretty cool looking, too.

These shoes run small. I had to order a half size up on this shoe. They had excellent cushioning and very good arch support. Normally I wear a 9 in running shoes and had to return these for a 9 1/2. My other Brooks PureCadence fit great, true to size and felt like I was running on air. I'll have to give these a few weeks and will comment further.

The arch support is exceptional. Best ever. HOWEVER, they are VERY narrow. I have narrower feet through the arch and they are still narrow. I ordered the mens in my size and they are perfect. I wish there were some other color choices with each gender.

Very narrow. I've transitioned to minimalist shoes and found these to have too much cushion. Had to return.

Loved the look of this shoe but sadly after wearing them three times I developed pain in the ball of my foot. I believe I have Morton's neuroma and the toe box of these is a bit too narrow . They are very cushy and true to size . A great shoe just not for me . Now I'm out some money but that's my problem. As usual Zappos is the best. I do wish you could return or exchange after wearing as The Finish Line allows. But all in all a great shoe for the right person and cute .

You know that feeling that you can run twice as far when you get a new pair of running shoes? Love these shoes. They are super cute, super lightweight, and keep my feet cool. There are only a couple bad things: 1. The grooves on the bottom are the perfect size for trail rocks where I run (not a huge deal, but stopping to pick out a rock on an 8-mile run can really throw your rhythm). 2. They're not great for rain - my husband and I have done a couple long runs in the rain, and his feet (Brooks Adrenaline) are always dryer than mine are when we get home. My toes definitely are squishing at the end. No bother though, these shoes are fantastic. The comfort definitely outweighs the bad things, and I'm not sure how they'd fix those issues and still maintain the awesome lightweight feel of these shoes. I plan to order these again when I need a new pair.

Funky-cool style. I get compliments on them all the time. Comfortable and well-cushioned footbed. I have size 11 wide feet. I have to wear these size 11 shoes without socks. With socks they are really tight. Overall it's a pretty narrow shoe. I am keeping them but not for my main running shoe.

Cute shoe but it runs small and is narrow. I ordered a 1/2 size larger than what I wear in a Brooks shoe and it was still too narrow. Had to return them.

From reading reviews, knew to order 1/2 size larger that I typically wear in running shoes -- but no one mentioned the high arch support. Too much arch support for me so I had to return. Otherwise, they felt very comfortable.

At first these shoes seemed very comfortable and lightweight. But after a few weeks, not so much. The tongue of these shoes is unusual, it is very thin and stiff. I got blisters from the tongue after I ran about 3 weeks in them. I average about 15-25 miles a week.

I bought these shoes and want to love them, but I have two problems with them. First, my left foot is slightly larger than my right. While they fit perfectly, the back of the shoe is shaped such that it rubs on my left ankle when I run and makes me bleed. These shoes fit snug, which is fine except for this. So if they would fix the shape of the back to be like other sneakers (dip instead of point) they would be fine. My second problem might have to do with pronation. They say this is a "neutral" shoe, but the arch is a bit higher than average. I feel this makes me run on my toes a bit more, which I thought I would like, but since I have an injury on my outer right calf, and these shoes make my calf muscles sore faster, it hurts my injury (a congenital hernia I just can't make go away). It makes me sad because otherwise, these shoes are light and very comfortable. The cushion is great, the look is great, but the support just isn't "average." My cheapo random sneaker from TJMaxx hurts me less. I wish these shoes worked because I love everything else about them. I normally get a 1/2 size bigger in sneakers, but you might try getting a whole size bigger for these.

Oh my god. These were so tight and so small, I could barely put them on, and 8's are my regular size.

These are the best sneaks I’ve ever had! Recommend size up. They seem to be a narrow shoe which is good for me but thought you should know.

I love these sneakers!!!! I wear them in my kickboxing class, running on the tread mill and walking my dog. I originally thought I was going to have a problem with them because they are soooo much lighter than any other sneaker I've ever worn, but they are great. I just ordered a second pair in a different color.

Considering I have narrow, flat feet, these shoes are great. I bought a half size larger and they fit perfectly. I also like the style in the weight, they're very light. My toe pain has decreased since I started wearing these to run.

This is my first pair of Brooks, and they are a winner! I run about 30-35 miles a week, these were great right away. I'm wearing them in a half marathon next weekend. Super light! I usually wear an 7.5, I got these in an 8.

These are terrific shoes. Brooks shoes run a little short for me. I usually wear a 9.5 or 10 and I need a 10.5 in Brooks shoes. They are very comfortable and look great. They hold up to heavy use.

I bought the size larger than my usual size because I need it for my next marathon. I wore the shoes for a test run. It felt light. Looks good on my feet. I'm excited to wear this on the day of the marathon.

Great even for cardio workouts. Great arch support. Bought 1/2 size larger than normal...same as with Asics or Nike. Plan another pair soon!

I love these shoes. I did order a half size up after reading reviews and they were perfect. Very comfortable, they do fit nice and snug around the arch and I really like that. I am a novice runner and have found them perfect for me. I am not sure they would work for someone with a wide foot, but found they have plenty of room in the toe box which is very important for me. Overall, I love Brooks shoes, and have worn them off and on for a lot of years.

Like walking on air! These shoes are a good transition to barefoot shoes. A little narrow in the toe area compared to Marrells, but very light and comfortable.

Love these! Formally a Nike Free lover, I am extremely disappointed in the new Nike Free options out this year (rigid and just not the awesome shoes I'd grown to love in '11). These offer a good deal of cushioning and ventilation. The colors in the Pure Connect 2 are way better! Also, these are a bit snugger than my typical size 10 but I'd not say a whole half size. Thinner socks solve the snugger fit for me. Now if you tend to run between sizes, I'd suggest ordering up though. Minimalist shoes tend to run smaller in my experience. This is my first pair of Brooks and I am impressed with the comfort! (And I'm 36 weeks pregnant which may explain the slight snug fit but they feel so good on my poor feet! Can't wait to get up to a respectable speed in these!)

I have gotten tons of compliments on these shoes. They are so lightweight & are very comfortable. I use them for running & also wear them while teaching my Zumba Fitness classes. They are great & would highly recommend!

1. Stealth: cannot hear you coming 2. Smooth: nice look 3. Featherlight: feels like there is nothing on your feet 4. Heavenly: walking on cloud 9 5. Best fit and comfort ever in athletic shoes that I have ever bought. I am in my 50's and I have large feet, and they are fairly inexpensive! 6. I have received loads of compliments when I wear them! But I must admit that I am not a runner, I bought them just to wear to work. So I cannot address the fit for a runner. But if you are looking for comfortable everyday walking around shoes these will definitely please!
