The back suede model was very stiff and uncomfortable. I purchased the 6W (I'm normally a 6.5 M) and it was still too narrow. Unfortunatly I had to send them back

I have other Sam Edelman shoes that are comfortable but these felt hard and cheap. Very little cushioning and the sides were very rigid. Great look8ng boot but unfortunately they’re going back.

I bought 9.5W and struggled to get the shoes on around the heel area in bare feet. If you intend to wear socks, forget about it.

If you live in New England or any place that has a chance for snowy conditions, this is not the shoe for you unless you only plan to wear them indoors. I prefer a bootie with a good grip so I can wear them in winter and these have absolutely none. The bottoms are slick as an ice rink. The sizing was also off. I usually wear a size 7 and would have probably needed an entire size up in these. They are very pretty and have rave reviews, but they didn't work for me.

These boots are beautiful, the putty color is so neutral it will work with almost anything. Unfortunately I have to send them back because they are so narrow (I ordered medium width) that my foot hurt just with the 3 minute try-on walk in my house. I never wear wide shoes, always medium width, but these are so narrow I have to return them. Also, I have a bony ankle and the height on the bootie was sure to cause problems on my ankle bone because they hit at the ankle and had no extra moving room at the top of the shoe either.

Super cute shoe, but the second I put it on it felt tight around my toes and there was very little arch support. I was bummed, because I love them, but I sent them back.

These would have been great and I probably would have kept them, but there is absolutely no tread on the bottom. I nearly slipped on carpet so I can't imagine how these would fare on a slick surface. I bought several Chelsea boots and these were the least comfortable even though they are very cute.

Felt a little smaller than a size 11, also ran pretty narrow. Overall, nice boot but not a good fit for me and had to return.

I wear a 7.5W consistently among almost all brands, and I couldn’t even get half my foot in these. Very disappointed as I thought for the price, I would be happy with them.

Just okay. Cute look, but Not comfortable at all, very hard leather that doesn’t give and the bottom sole is loud and slippery. These have all of the attributes of a high heel pump, not what I would expect from a low heel bootie

Very cute booties BUT they did not at all feel wide in the width. Could hardly get them on and off my feet. HUGE bummer to me. Have to send them back.

I loved the shoes but were way too narrow even though I ordered a 6 wide. Wish I could have worn them as they are very well made and sharp looking.

I wanted these boots to work, because the quality of the suede was lovely and it was just the style and heel height that I wanted, but it was not meant to be. I ordered them in several sizes to find the right fit ... 9M, 8.5 M and 8.5W. The 8.5 W came closest to fitting my somewhat wide foot (half the time I can make do with a M and half the time I need a wide when a shoe is excessively narrow). But with each of these sizes, my heel slid around in the boot a lot! In addition, it felt like the footbed of the boot wasn't as wide as the bottom of my foot. It felt like the side of my entire foot went beyond the edge of the footbed. Not great. I'm not sure if all booties have the issue of sloppiness in the heal, but particularly because of that issue these boots will go back.

I have a narrow heel, so i often buy shoes that run on the narrow side, but these are too narrow in the toe box. Had to return them, they are just not comfortable, even with a thin sock.

I'm normally a size 8.5 or 9. I usually buy a 9 though especially in pointy toed boots to allow my feet to not feel cramped. The 9 in these was too long and felt so tight, the 8.5 too cramped. So glad they offer wides. I ordered an 8.5 wide and it fit my feet perfect. Not really wide but prevented my feet from feeling cramped with light socks on. I ordered two colors, the black suede which I'm sending back because it shows every speck of lint and dog hair and the putty colors hitch I'm keeping in suede which goes with everything and is gorgeous. I will probably get the black leather ones instead of the black suede because they're just such a stylish boot once you figure out your size.

I ordered this bootie in a 8.5 W, but it was still too narrow in the toe box. Sometimes a W, when a WW is not available, will fit but not with this brand. I did like the Putty suede color and the style.

Love the style of this boot, I have another pair of Petty in olive from about 5 years ago, so I've worn them a lot. Unfortunately, the heel slips on this one, so I guess the fit has changed. Sadly these are going back.

Tight at the toes, but I could've lived with that. However, my heel just wouldn't stay in the shoe. I'm a 9 in a SE ballet flat, an 8 1/2 in a SE sandal, but this size 9 was a little narrow at the toes (and I have somewhat narrow feet), but really wide at the heel causing my foot to slip up with each step. The shoes are adorable and look to be well made and I'm sorry I have to return. The sole is slick and not rubber, which isn't great for a wet winter.

This shoe was too wide around my 9 1/4" ankles. The footbed had very little padding and I felt little arch support.

The sole is so slippery, that it's dangerous to walk. Booties are a little short. Returned them even though the suede is nice and soft.

These are super cute boots, but the front part of the boot that hits my ankle was awkwardly tight. I had to send them back. I do not have thick ankles, so I think it was just a weird cut.

This shoe is stylish, but not very comfortable.

I wanted to love this Bootie. Kudos to Sam Edelman for making cute shoes in a wide width. Unfortunately, the plastic soles and heels are a deal breaker on this otherwise solid purchase. I wore them right out of the box, and fell in the restaurant walking in. They have plastic without any kind of traction and I wore them without thinking I could get hurt. I did. Icing my swollen knee and regretting this purchase. I never considered a shoe would be designed without thought to the wearer. I can’t return them and I’m hoping the dr says it’s just a painful sprain or twisted ACL. Buyer Beware. Sorry Zappos. You,as usual, are wonderful and the boots were received in record time.

These booties look amazing! However, the wide was not really very wide at all. I am a consistent 7W, and these hurt around the widest part of my foot. I was also concerned with how slippery the bottoms of the shoes were. They are going back, and I am trying again with a different brand.
