Love these shoes. As someone with problems in joints, I am so thrilled to have shoes that help me feel better. Love these and my sandals. Hope that I can find a really comfortable winter shoe for work and being a little dressed up from Orthoheel.

After being a long time (20 year) loyal NB customer, I needed to find a new shoe brand because NB has discontinued most of the shoes I wore for Plantar fasciitis pain. NB seems to be going in a different direction with their brand for the past several years. I am a letter carrier and need good arch and pronation support. I decided to give these shoes a try, and I am very happy I did. You will definitely feel the supports, so I would advise to wear them only a couple hours a day. This is my new brand from now on.

I wear a 7 1/2 wide. I have a hard time finding shoes, I am on my feet a lot, so I need a comfortable shoe with good support. This shoe is one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever had. I would definitely buy again, shoes have good padding and lots of toe room.

I used to wear Keds a lot, but my physical therapist told me to get shoes with more support. I tried another brand, but, when I found these, I was hooked. They fit well, are comfortable, and do not look too bad. I plan to order the same shoes in black for the Fall and Winter. I did have to return my first pair as they were too narrow. The wide fits perfectly!

I'm old, nearly 70 and my feet hurt. I try to walk five miles a day for exercise and I've tried shoe after shoe. The Orthaheel Walker is the best shoe I've ever owned for that purpose. The interior support cradles my feet and works like a dream. This is my SECOND pair and there will be a third when these wear out.

I've been wearing my walkers for 3 weeks and I love them. I've had prescription insoles for years. I don't need to wear them with my walkers. My daughter told me that this is the first time she has ever seen my feet up straight rather than leaning in. They are a little hot but worth wearing.

Great walking shoe with plenty of arch support, runs short so order 1/2 size larger. Had to replace removable insole with one I can use my heel lift with.

These sneakers are very comfortable! I normally wear a size 8.5 wide and ordered that size; however, I had to return then and reorder them in a size 8.5 regular. The toe box if plenty roomy enough! The arch support is amazing!

Nice walker with excellent arch support. I walked all over Boston's freedom trail with no pain and feet didn't tire out like they do with loafers. I wish orthaheel would make a classic leather penny loafer. For now I settle on a pair of orthaheel orthotics I'm my loafers and it helps.

I have had these sneakers for about a week now and wanted to really try them out before writing a review. My feet swell so I ordered these a 1/2 size larger and in the wide width and they fit/feel perfect! When I first put them on I was feeling a pain and immediately thought I should return them, however, after about an hour the pain was gone. My feet didn't start to hurt until later that evening, AFTER, I had taken them off. Now I'm realizing that I had worn bad sneakers/shoes for so long that my feet just were not used to all the support. I hhave neuropathy pain & edema, due to being mobility impaired. My nerve pain has decreased SIGNIFICANTLY and so has the swelling in my legs. I first heard of this brand on QVC about a year ago but never purchased them because they were a bit pricey and the added tax with s&h really seemed high. So when I learned of this website and saw all the great reviews for customer service, I decided to order them. I'm so happy that I ordered these sneakers from here, much more affordable and customer service is PHENOMINAL!!

You are not supposed to wear Orthaheel shoes for long the first time you get them, but when I received mine yesterday, I did not want to take them off! I have numerous foot and toe problems and no arch, so these shoes were definitely needed. I love them! Also, Zappos sent them quickly, so I didn't have to wait long. I will be wearing Orthaheel shoes forever! I am totally pleased.

If you have foot and or heel problems this is the shoe for you. Very comfortable. My physical therapist told me that these were a must have. I can actually walk for an extended period of time.

These shoes have been a great help for my Plantar fasciitis. I can put them on first thing in the morning and be on my feet all day without pain.

My plantar fasciitis almost disappeared after wearing the Orthaheel Walker for 2 weeks. I had to wear flip flops to the mall for a pedicure, and alas, it returned. But as soon as I started wearing the Orthaheel Walker during the day and Orthaheel slippers at night, it's almost gone away again. And this is after I'd been wearing other walking shoes in which I'd inserted a store-bought orthotic.

These shoes are great! I'm 26, so style probably matters a bit more to me than the target age group for this company. I'm not fond of shoes that are mostly white, but it is definitely better than all white. I have a really high arch and generally I need to add both a full sole arch support and a single "bump" support in order to get a high enough arch that doesn't collapse. I don't need anything extra with these shoes. I have small feet and one has a bunion, so I normally end up buying a child's size 3 (children's shoes are often wider than adults). I was excited when I saw these not only came in a 5, but a 5W. Adult wides are often in shoes that are narrower than normal, but this is an actually wide. These are the first shoes in years that I haven't had to break in!

This Orthaheel walker shoe has helped me with my back and knee. I walk so much better straight. I will be buying this brand of shoes from now on.

Truly the most comfortable sneaker that I have ever worn. I have flat, wide feet, and the sneaker provides incredible support. I have been getting pain in the ball of the foot when I walk long distances in other shoes. In these shoes I have walked for miles with no pain. Love them!

I walk for a living and have been dealing with plantar fasciitis for the past 6 months. These shoes may look a little stodgy but they're the only sneakers that have helped alleviate some of my heel pain.

I injured my back from L2 - L5 and was prescribed orthodics which are very expensive. You know, the economy today is so money I watched the TV sale station for 2.5 weeks and decided to take a chance. I love these shoes. I just washed them in cool water along with the insert and they are holding up as if they never saw a washing machine. You see, I live on a farm and hygiene is necessary. I just purchased two pairs of inserts for my farm boots. I have been hooting to everyone I know ever since. God has gifted someone with a enormous and thoughtful creative mind to design such comfort. I hope I can find my husband a pr but it is difficult since he is a size 7EEEE. Maybe I this suggestion will plant a seed?

Only shoes I have found that help correct my severe pronation. I put them on in the morning and able to walk pain free all day! It's well worth the cost!

Great shoes. I just had some foot surgery and needed a sturdy pair of shoes...these are great and come in a wide width also so my toes were not jammed in the toe bed. They are also not real clunky looking either. I do own a few pair of Orthaheels and love them...especially the slippers!

I love my new sneakers especially since I have a painful heel spur. The arch in these are so perfect and they are a pleasure to wear. I can now look forward to many miles.

Zappos has the best service and delivery. I order online and hate waiting for a product, and I don't have to with Zappos, they can be trusted. I have many Orthaheel shoes and since I have flat feet, they work great with the built in arch, and I don't need to purchase a separate arch support and that saves me money!
