I am amazed at how comfortable these shoes are. I had surgery on my right foot 3 years ago because my tendon tore on the left side and my arch fell and I was flat footed after this on my right foot. The surgery has since failed and my ankle is again rolling in and swells like a balloon. I cannot wear any shoes except flip flops, which I have been advised to stop wearing, and wear a good supportive tennis shoe (which I hate tennis shoes). I have purchased several pairs of tennis shoes that claimed to be special for feet problems like mine and special supports and all that stuff. I have returned every pair, they were no more supportive than a regular pair of tennis and they hurt my foot. When I saw these advertised on here I was skeptical, but I bought them. I have only had them 2 days, but I want to say thank you! I can finally walk straight, no limping, my foot is straight, no swelling of the ankle, and the arch support is great, and they are comfortable. I highly recommend these shoes to anyone with a pronation problem.

I have terrible feet. I needed a tennis shoe with a wide toe box. This one does. It has a great arch support also. My only complaint is that I wish it were a lighter shoe.

I can't say enough about how great these are. I have knee problems and was having problems walking my 2-3 mile regime. These align your ankle and knee properly and No More Pain when I walk!

I have been having extreme pain in my ankle for many months now. The Dr said it was a achilles tendonitis. I tried different stretching, icing, heat, everything that I had heard or thought of myself. I could not go down the stairs other than going one step at a time. I watched a video on Orthaheel shoes and decided that I would give them a try. These are amazing. After four days of wearing these shoes, the pain is gone for the most part and I can now go down the stairs normally. I can't recommend these shoes enough. Additionally, my husband has been having knee pain for the last year. He has gone to physical therapy, had MRI's, gone to the gym to build strength, but still had pain. He just thought it was from his rheumatoid arthritis. I bought him a pair of these shoes to try as well. He has said that his pain is starting to subside as well. These shoes are fabulous!

I am in my late 40s and was having some intermittent plantar fasciitis. For a decade, I'd been wearing New Balance shoes, but it seemed to be time to try something different. I read online about Orthaheel, and bought a pair in December 2012. They fit great, right out of the box. After the first 30 days of daily wear, my feet felt much better. Six months later, I'm back to my previous level of exercise intensity. I like these shoes so much that just ordered a second pair.

Best sneakers ever! I have plantar fasciitis and have gained quite a bit of weight because it has been too painful to treadmill or walk very far. These walkers (and other Orthaheel sandals) have profoundly increased my quality of life. I have them in 2 colors: black and the white with blue trim. They do run really big so keep that in mind. I normally wear size 5.5 in sandals and size 6 in sneakers and boots. I bought size 5 in these sneakers and they are very comfortable and have spare room in the toe area. Love them!

The shoe is wonderful. I have problems with my feet as I have RA. The doctor recommended these. I am so glad he did. The are quit reasonable in price and the return policy is true to its word. I had to return a pair and had no problems returning and exchanging. I just love Zappos and Orthaheel. I have three pair of Orthaheels.

As always, Zappos service is excellent. The product is as advertised. I like it but I don't love it. probably will not purchase Orthoheel product again because they are too wide for my feet.

This shoe fit better in a half size smaller. I have several foot "issues" and these are really comfortable to walk in. The shoes are a little snug, however, a half-size up, the heels slipped. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

I developed Plantar Fasciitis this winter and experienced extreme pain when walking. I bought several pairs of Orthaheeels, including this one. My foot runs wide, so I bought the 8w--it was a perfect fit. The shoes are comfortable and supportive, and my heel/foot pain is gradually decreasing overtime. My only negative on this pair of shoes is that they don't seem very breathable and make my feet feel hot when walking. Otherwise, I would recommend them for anyone with PF.

Roomy in the toe area, sturdy, comfortable, size runs large so I had to exchange my normal size 9 and go to an 8.5.

I love these shoes. Super light weight with great arch support. If you like the Tide flip flops like I do, you'll love these too!

Love them, love them. They do a better job with my flat feet than my pricey orthotics do. I ordered a second pair just for "dress".

I got these for my mom due to the fact that she is on her feet often and usually comes home in pain. She has a bad knee and since I got her these I do not hear complaining. She says it is like walking on a cloud. They are true to size and are a little wide but for her they are perfect and this is probably her second pair already. She wishes there were more color or style options but as far as comfort they are 10/10.

Have a high instep and the shoes were recommended by my Physical Therapist. Also purchased insoles for my other shoes. They are great! Shoes run a little large so I suggest 1/2 size down.

I ordered these for my mother. She has plantar fasciitis. She was having so much trouble walking in her regular shoes I ordered these for her. She loves them. They are worth the money. Very supportive and they have a great arch support. These shoes will help relieve the pain of plantar fasciitis.

I They have a very high arch like other Orthaheels except they are a lot harder without cushioning which is harder than I was expecting. I can put in a insert to make softer but I am still unsure if I like these. I love other orthaheel bedroom shoes and last year's model of the flip-flops and their flat mules I love for the comfort. I wish they made more in white or/and goldtone solids to go with more outfits. I also wish they made more without the toe post. So many cute ones with the toe post but so many cannot wear the toe post. I love the leather ones the best.

I have tendonitis, and wear an orthotic in this shoe. Although many athletic shoes are orthotic-friendly, I have found this to be the most comfortable, and the price is quite reasonable.

Received my Orthaheel Walker and immediately tried them on. I have a high arch, and this shoe has the best arch support I've found. Wore them in the house 2-3 hours, and discovered that the bunionette on my right foot was seriously hurting. I have a doctor's appointment soon, and will see if anything can be done for the bunion and if not, I may return the shoe and request an 8 1/2 size to see if that will solve the problem. If it were just a shade wider, it would be perfect. So my ranking reflects not on the shoe as much as on my own foot. I also have arthritis so a comfortable shoe is important to me and helps with my balance.

This shoe is great. I first learned of this shoe when I purchased it from the specialty shop that made my custom orthotic. It fits in the shoe nicely, but the shoe is equally as comfortable without it. I have a bunion and the toe box on the wide is roomy. I liked the shoe so well I thought I would try and find it online and save some money. That is when I came across Zappos! The price was cheaper and they sold it in both the blue trim and the pink trim. I like that the shoe doesn't look like an orthopedic, old lady shoe. Okay, I am 58 and on my way to being and old lady myself, but... The delivery was fast, the product right on. I would recommend this shoe and recommend getting it from Zappos!

After having a lengthy bout with plantar fasciitis, Orthaheel shoes are the only ones I wear. Since I got rid of the heel pain and started wearing these shoes, the pain has not returned.

I waitress two days a week and I suffered from bad arches for years. I had expensive orthotics in another pair of "brand" tennis shoes, but still my back was bad at the end of the day. I got a pair of Orthaheel flip flops from QVC and loved them, so I thought I would give these a try. My back does not hurt and my feet feel great! You need to get these! I got the wide width but could have stayed with the regular. These do not feel "cushy", they aren't supposed to so don't let that throw you off right away. Walk in them a few days in the house so your feet get used to the arch. You will love them!

These are absolutely great. I have dealt with plantar fasciitis twice and the only shoe I could find to aid me in walking was Crocs. I no longer have plantar fasciitis but I do turn my feet in and out when walking and these shoes keep me from doing that and really aid in less backaches. I wore these the first time and was on my feet for 3 hours with no issues. They're really great.

First Zappos customer service is the best! I have a pair of the Orthaheel Mary Janes and love them. It did take a while to get used to but now they are my shoe of choice. I ordered these for walking and found the fit completely different. I usually take a 6 wide but these felt a half size larger and just too wide for me. I talked with customer service at Zappos and they have arranged everything. High marks for Zappos customer service personnel!
