I am a bus driver in a large city, so use my feet all day. These lost their support and comfort in very short time. No support on the sides - and felt as if I had no shoes on at all. I have been very unhappy with this shoe. My suggestion, for a work shoe, would be Skechers Work/D-Lite. I have worn these for many years, but thought I would try these hoping they would work.

I purchased these shoes and had to return them. They are way too hard and stiff for walking comfortably. The inner sole was very hard, and very uncomfortable.

I bought this shoe in May and they are already worn out. My first pair was certainly not this one. The shoe is different and must be made with inferior material now.

Nice shoe, probably super to walk in, but my normal size was too short - my toes hit the end of the shoe, they don't make a half-size larger.

Possibly the most uncomfortable snaker/shoe I've ever tried on. The bump that hits the sole where your arch is, is extremely high. The heel and arch area have no give at all. Not terribly good looking either...

The left shoe feels like it has a knobby thing in the middle of the ball of the foot. It's uncomfortable while walking, but since I've worn them I couldn't return them. They are also very hot, so not a good shoe for summer. I will not be buying this shoe again.

These were torture to wear for even a few seconds. The super duper arch support hits where my arch isn't. They are very very very stiff and hurt just with them on, not attempting to walk. I don't care if Dr. Weill recommends them, they are awful.

These did not work for me. Having owned the Orthaheel flip flops for several years and loving them, I was hoping that this shoe could be used for long walks with my dogs. I have PF, arch and ankle pain, probably due to arthritis. Besides the fact that it's hideously ugly, it really hurt my feet. My bad in not testing it around the house first with shoe covers, as I can no longer return it. Shoes are very individual. What works for one person may not work for another. Be sure to test it out first before wearing.

I purchased this walker based on the performance of my other Orthaheel products but I find them to be very uncomfortable as the footbed under the ball of my foot does not have enough support. My foot feels like the center of my foot is collapsing in on itself therefore I can only wear them for short periods of time. That is mot at all like the other products from Orthaheel. I am very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone. Two thumbs down for these.

Did not like these at all. Very plastic-y, especially for the price. They look like they should be less for the shoes.

I feel bad leaving such low ratings for this shoe but bear in mind that this is based on my personal experience and I may just be the exception. I ordered these shoes based on the rave reviews about how comfortable they are. I'm a server at a bar so I'm on my feet at least 8 hours at a time and moving around quite a bit. I typically wear a 7.5-8 depending on the style (heels, sneakers, boots, etc). I ordered these in an 8, as I do with all sneakers. These were surprisingly bulky in appearance, especially when I put them on. I have a pretty small frame at 5'5 so these shoes made me laugh when standing in front of the mirror...I had clown feet! My boyfriend made a remark about wearing "army boots." Aesthetics isn't as important as comfort but these were a bit bulky for my preference. They did make me noticeably taller though, which I really liked! I would have considered keeping them if they were as comfortable for me as others have reviewed. The arches felt really high...but this is where I may be completely foolish. I have a lot of muscle tension everywhere. The "pain" I felt from these shoes were more like a really really hard foot massage in one spot. It was bit too much to handle though.. it went beyond "hurting so good" and on to just hurting. I think that, had I kept them, my feet would have eased on the muscle tension and they really would've ended up helping me in the long run. Unfortunately, I don't have the patience for that so I returned these and went with my Nike Dual Fusion in a different color. As always, Zappos was a pleasure to work with and I didn't have any hiccups in my shopping experience.

I ordered the Orthaheel tennis shoe size 9 wide, received the wrong size, tried a total of 4 times to get the right size shoe, to no avail. People were nice, but still no shoes. Will order from Orthaheel website directly. Zappos did not please me at all.

I wore these shoes less than 10 times and after walking for a few hours they hurt my feet alot. Very disappointed as I had hoped they would feel better.

For the price I expected some style. They look okay on line, but look very cheap like. Something I could get at Wal-Mart. But, I could walk awhile without pain. Recovering from a torn tendon. Comfort is a 5, if you don't mind ugly.
