I received my New Balance sneakers today (Friday) and they are so nice and comfortable. I was between an 8 1/2 and a 9 size; however, I had a pair of old New Balance sneakers that I bought 10 0r something like that, years ago and I bought a size 9 and I tried them on and they fit like a glove so I went with the size 9 and bingo, it worked. They fit. So I was so happy. So thank you Zappos.com. You are my #1 website.

These are comfortable and perfect for walking. I have them in white and use them for work.

I was in desperate need of comfortable shoes for my 12 hour shifts at work. I am a CNA at a nursing home. These are absolutely perfect. Hands down, these are the best work shoes that I have owned.

I had a hard time finding these shoes elsewhere. They have a wide enough toe box. Lots of heel cushion for my heel spurs. Will reorder. Wish it came in something other than black and white. No more knee and back pain. Tried the Orthaheel shoe and it was too tight. My orthotics fit perfect inside and still have comfort. I'm a teacher and on my feet all day so comfort is important.

I bought these shoes just days before a trip to Spain and wore them every day on the trip, walking between 5 and 10 miles each day. My feet really appreciated these shoes! They are not stylish, but they are extremely supportive and comfortable.

I found these shoes to be very comfortable and supportive. They have soft fabric around the ankle and on the shoe tongue. They feel stable and have room for my orthotics. And, they almost look dressy enough to wear with anything! Except, they do have a reflective logo on the back of the heel, which people have noticed!

Great shoe. True fit. I love the roomy shoe box and the ease with which my orthotics fit into them. Plenty of room for my high arches and instep, too. Not too heavy either, but provides good support and warmth in the cold winter weather.

I had not been a Zappos customer before, but when I had to return a Christmas gift from my husband, (Aigner pocketbook, design flaw), I checked out their site to see what I could use my credit for. First and foremost, it was over a year since purchase of the pocketbook, and I had actually called them to find out how to contact Aigner. They were incredibly warm and friendly and assured me that there was no problem with a return, they understood immediately why the pocketbook would have a problem. Such a difference from the usual response from a company about a late return! As for the New Balance shoes, I have worn them for years, and as usual, I was completely satisfied with my purchase. It is Zappos and their customer service that I can't say enough about!

Very comfortable and great support. I have a weak right ankle and with this shoe I'm able to walk and stand without a lot of pain. I would definitely order another pair!

A perfect shoe for my imperfect feet. I needed a shoe with a deeper heel box and this shoe was recommended to me.

Very comfy shoe and brand was recommended by my foot doctor. Not all sneakers are wide enough for me even the ones marked WW. These fit great. Took out the inner soles and added my doctor prescribed orthotics and they work perfectly. Bought them in black velcro as well.

I got these shies for my daughter who has cerebral palsy. Shoes are almost impossible to find for her in a wide. These shoes are perfect for her. I am about to order another pair for myself. Needless to say, I am thrilled.

I needed an all black shoe for standing all day at work. I was supposed to be wearing "business professional" shoes but none of them were comfortable enough for me to wear all day, so my boss told me if I could find an all black shoe she would let it pass. I didn't want something that looked to "senior citizen" either. These fit the bill perfectly. They are super comfy and I was able to wear them all day without the intense pain I'd been experiencing for years with other shoes. The toe box is nice and wide, good support, great shoe if you need to stand/walk all day long.

These sneakers are comfortable and offer room for me to put my own insert. They are well made, durable, attractive, and the only style that I wore for the past 10 years. I hope they will continue to make them. They offer good support for overpronation and fit my small feet like a dream. My husband also wears this style in men's black. They are good walking shoes and good for the gym too.

I bought this shoe because of recent foot problems, including bunions and an irritated nerve along the top of my foot. I was looking for a wide and deep toe box to accommodate my orthotics, and a very cushiony tongue that wouldn't further irritate my nerve. This shoe is working out very well for me. I'm finding it more comfortable than the 1540s, whose thick heel hurt my hips. I got it in a wide because of my bunions and it has been very comfortable so far. I got an 8.5, my normal sneaker size (half a size up from my normal shoe size). Great service from Zappos as usual!

This sneaker works great for me because of the larger toe box. Other shoes tend to pinch the top of my big toe. I've always been a fan of NB and these are no exception.
